Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Lokalita byla výborná, apartmán čistý a prostorný, komunikace bezproblémová, výborné vybavení (rolety na oknech, funkční klimatizace, základní suroviny v kuchyni), skvělé zabezpečení hlavních dveří, oken i balkonových dveří.
Problém s tlakem vody ve sprše, hluk z hlavní ulice (ale nic hrozného, dalo se na to zvyknout nebo neotevírat okna).

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Location — close to the sea, park, shops and bus stops. Air conditioning in every room and a clothes drying rack were a plus.
Noise from the highway. The wardrobe mirror was broken. The lack of a shower curtain was inconvenient, as water splashed everywhere and we had to clean the floor and toilet seat after each shower.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Все супер. Останавливаюсь уже не в первый раз. Удобное расположение, рядом марина, парк, остановка трама, магазины, кафе, аптеки, рестораны. Отличный сервис.
Единственный минус, странная, слишком любопытная соседка с верхних этажей. Но если ни с кем не общаться, Ваше путешествие пройдет супер.

I did not like that we did not had a stand to dry our clothes.

Ob prihodu (cca 18.00h) stanovanje ni bilo pospravleno in čisto. Po pisanju lastniku, so stanovanje za silo očistili (nove brisače, polstenina in wc papir.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Puikiai paruošta check-in/out procedūra, patarčiau ją atnaujinti, nes skalbimo mašina jau nauja:), patogi vieta pasiekti jūrą, vaikų žaidimo aikštelės. Patogus susisiekimas su miestu.
Kadangi prašoma išsinešti šiukšles, tai manau reiktų pasirūpinti, kad šiukšlių maišų būtų palikta daugiau.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2025The location was perfect. Very close to the beach, Floisvos marina and Stavros Niarchos center. Stores and restaurants are all around. Athens center is only a short taxi drive away. The apartment was ideal and everything you need is present. Also the information to enter the apartment is very clear and helpful. If you need anything the owner is always very kind and ready for your requests. Also a big thank you for the slightly later checkout.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2024We enjoyed staying here because there were enough space to have relax, also there is a cozy balcony, TV, big fridge, all stuff for cooking.
The bed wasn’t always stable enough to have a slip, also be aware of cockroaches and the fact that the door outside doesn’t have a door handle so you should always remember to have the keys with you while glinę outside. The washing machine is old and unreliable I’d told.
