Reviewed Oct 19, 2024Great facilities for our kids with the pool and playground. Also the gym was well equipped with a great view. We loved to watch the sunset from the apartment. Nice design, washing machine and ac.
We had a stove but no pan that worked with induction. Even after multiple times asking the host it took days for a working pan to arrive. Bed sheets had a lot of stains that needed to get changed. The whole apartment was not well cleaned with lots of hair from last guests. There was a strong smell from the toilet. Lots of rules everywhere but no locals seem to follow them.

I could not switch on the TV. Tried to unplug and plug, press the manual power button on tv but still could not.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2024We arrived quite late after 12am and the door password has expired (or something else happen, idk) and we cannot unlocked the door.We kept calling the host for about 15-20 minutes since it was already late at night. Once they answered and gave us quick solution we can enter the property. It is better if we got notified earlier if we need to check in before 12am or anything that could go wrong with the advance door system. Lesson learned for us too, we need to inform the host our check in time during their working hours. However, the host are very helpful and kind.
The lift system should be improve. During peak hour of checking out, the lift is congested with the people. We stayed at level 32. People from below level get in the lift eventhough its going upward. Should divide the lift for upper level & lower level. We waited almost 30minutes to get in and some of my family members going down the stairs from level 32 to level 5 parking..🥲

The management. On the day of check in, I texted the management asking whether I can check in at 3pm and they said can. When I arrived, I asked for the password to open the pigeon box for the keys but they told unit is not ready. At 5pm I got to check in! They should consider ppl travelling far and with small cranky kids had to wait for so long. Tell earlier and customer will be ok! They told can late check out at 3pm. But at 2pm the cleaner suddenly entered the unit without permission and telling us to go out. Does the management even communicate with those cleaners?! TV was also broken but they replaced it immediately with a new one.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2024The stay was comfy and much convenient but hahaha I can't seem to find a scissor. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent. Those beds are nice and comfy which can put people to deep sleep. The aircorn was cold and everything was working fine. And the swimming pool it's the best.
Uh, probably the deposit cuz it's Rm200 and normally all the hotels require Rm100 as deposits. But after all, the customer service is excellent. Replied fast and helpful. And most importantly, I get back the refundation in 2 days.

The management's and the instructions. Your form fill in information is too long and nuisance. And you didnt tell us about the door room instructions! We stranded outside for almost 20 mins, i texted the group and no one respond me until i have to call each one of the staff in the group. You guys makes me more tired at that time. Our 1st room got no Internet coverage and wifi at all! How i want to do my work all day and night? Then they gave me the 2nd room, oh my god the television is so so so small than the mamak stall one. Im very angry. Please provide a good facilities to clients, jangan asal boleh sahaja barang you provide. I feel so stress. Really stress and furious. Tell your staff to always alert the whatsapp group, dont abandon us like this. Please improve your management.

very bad service in terms of lift/elevator. too long waiting period especially during peak hour with no proper air flow system in the waiting area and don't even have seats. i was with my 67years old mother who is not capable of standing too long, together with my very active toddler who hates to stand still more than 10seconds. & not much chair/place to put towels/belongings at the pool area.
