1. The automatic door is very sensitive that you will commit mistakes more than 3 times especially for first timers to use automated lock system, for which I guess is not very common to most people. 2. The room arrangement is making it look congested as it is. I am not an expert in interiors but it could be improved. 3. The furnitures are old and rusty which makes them look dirty whilst the sheets, surely are regularly washed, but, their colors are already fading that makes you hesitant to use, especially, the cover of the sofa. 4.Parking. The building doesn't have a designated parking area and we were told to ask the security upon arrival, which they gave us a spot after discouraging us first that there is no space and the other areas were by the trees only, until we were given one but it's not even a parking area, it is only beside the road. 5. HOSPITALITY. Upon confirming our booking, i message the host thru booking that we will need a parking since we will bring our car. He/She replied that there is a charge of 200php/night and that he/she will look for our parking area and will update me. And then, he/she messaged that there is no available for us and that we will wait for the guard to find us one upon arrival. I was upset because what if on our arrival we won't have one, and then he/she replied that i should just cancel. And the time that he/she told me to cancel was already pass the cancellation and refundable period.

Proximity to the airport. Outside the premises looked a bit sketchy but it is fine if you got a car. Communication with the host was great.

Family not like it. - -although the owner was responsive but i the place stinks as soon as we check in. We had to buy bugs spray and disinfectant at dawn time so we can rest from a long flight. We checkout a day early and did not used up all our days paid. No refund

I love the comfort of the beds. And I also love how it feels like home.

After we paid the parking fee, the guards assigned us our designated parking area. However, when we returned from shopping the next day, we found that someone else had parked in our spot. While this wasn’t the host’s fault, it would be helpful if the owner could ensure that a dedicated parking space is available for each guest to avoid such issues.

The area was close where we reside and it's convenient to go home anytime. Just the traffic during peak hour since it's close to public market, ferries.

They should cover the pool fees if the guest were staying that day for free and not per day. If exceeded the room occupants that I can understand.

This was our second stay in Seawind this trip although a different unit and owner from the first time. The complex is well designed and attractive to look at with very nice pools and common facilities. The interior decoration varies by unit, this one was pretty basic, but it has the essentials. Good for large families due to bunk bed in one bedroom, I think the other one has a pullout bed if I remember correctly. We had some glitches such as accidentally taking the key with us when we left, the owner and her siblings were very understanding about dealing with this and we appreciated that because we were under a lot of stress at the time.

The units are really small, main room feels cramped. Bathroom furnishings were cheap, felt like they bought the least expensive sink and toilet available. No storage space in the bathroom. No separation of shower from other furnishings so dirty water gets all over everything. Very basic, low end kitchen furnishings also (though functional).

Cleanliness and the design of the room

Room, Facilities, WIFI, Host, Location are great but of course it's far from downtown. If you want to have a great rest before your flight you can book 2 days here. We should have booked 2 days if we knew that the facilities are great.

the swimming pool

This was our second stay at Seawind (two different hosts) and we love the location, close to the airport and Sasa ferry. Security has always been helpful and provides peace of mind. The air conditioning was a life saver and the pool is nice, our baby girl really enjoyed the pool, playground and Netflix. WiFi was also good and came in handy.

We missed having access to a microwave, the sewer smell coming from the drain was bad the first day and a half but cleared up after use, foreign visitors might have trouble with the lack of hot water. We could have used a clothes drying rack, with only 3 towels my wife had to constantly wash clothes and had trouble drying them without one. Also, regarding location, street food is right outside but isn’t something the average foreign digestive tract can handle, Seawind is a bit far from other food choices.
