The washing machine didn't work but our host offered to pay for our laundry service.

The property is small but has good layout. The window view is good at nice when we can see the city lights. The park/ playground outside is convenient to enter, the facilities of the park are great & safe for the kid to explore.

The drill/ contruction of neighboring 😢 Unfortunately we didn’t know there was a site construction from neighbor. It was so loud… since early in the morning.

We really liked everything about this apartment, especially that the host is very friendly and helps with everything he can. It feels like a 5* hotel. The communication is very easy over whatsapp, the host speaks english very well, is attentive toward the guests. Its a local residence area, you will not meet many tourists. + very helpful host + fast wifi + big windows + great view from the apartment + nice and clean building + shops in the same building + many local restaurants 1min walk + apartment recleaning for 200k + washing machine

- some tools in the kitchen could be renewed (still usable)

Excellent location. There are many grocery shops and restaurants around. This property has 2 A/C. Good hot water. Water pressure is very strong. Good mattress. I slept well on it. Good security. Very friendly staff. Good size for one bedroom. Everything is good overall.
