Lugnt tempo på hotellet och aldrig fullt vid poolområdet. Utsikten var fantastisk och trevlig frukost på terrassen. Trevligt att bli bjudna på cava och frukt då vi firade 25-årig bröllopsdag-men också lite pinsamt att behöva påminna om det när det inte kom på den tid och dag som bestämts…

Lätt bedagat rum och avsaknad av det lilla extra man förväntar sig av ett femstjärnigt hotell. T ex inget vatten som ingick på rummet vid ankomst, förvånansvärt i ett varmt klimat och på ett femstjärnigt hotell. Nescafé och mjölk fylldes inte på dag 2. Det kändes inte heller tipptopp rent, dök upp dammtussar och små hårstrån här och där. Inget strykjärn på rummet. Vi förväntar oss mycket mer för det höga priset vi betalade och av en vistelse på ett 5-stjärnigt hotell.

Het ontbijt was goed, de bedden waren goed. Het was erg schoon en een fijn zwembad.

We vonden het alleen geen 5 sterren hotel. Er stonden geen flesjes water op de kamer ( of je moest er voor betalen). Ook lagen er geen extra spullen in de badkamer, zoals douche mutsje, naaisetje, wattips enz.

La posizione molto tranquilla pur potendo raggiungere a piedi il centro in pochi minuti. Colazione favolosa, cortesia dello staff e una spa davvero favolosa.

L’emplacement du hôtel est très bien et donne directement sur la plage/mer. Le calme du hôtel c’est un plus et avoir un parking gratuit c’est très pratique. Petit déjeuner varié et agréable.

Piscine intérieure froide. Chambres anciennes, cabine de douche très peu fonctionnel. Un coup de modernité est nécessaire.

As piscinas do hotel são muito boas, a vista também é incrível frente ao mar. Os funcionários no geral são muito atenciosos e prestativos um destaque para a Sonia da recepção que é um amor de pessoa.

Achei um pouco abafado os corredores, não tem ventilação natural ou via ar condicionado, então o cheiro do carpete que fica molhado dos hóspedes saírem da piscina não é muito agradável.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel - klein und fein, keine Bettenburg wie oft typisch auf einer Ferieninsel. Ruhige, traumhafte Lage an einer kleinen hübschen Strandbucht. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Generell grandiose Küche mit einer guten Auswahl an schmackhaften Speisen für Lunch und Dinner. Die Restaurant Terrasse bietet einen einzigartigen Blick aufs Meer. Gemütlicher Outdoor-Pool in hübscher Terrassenlage flankiert von schönen Palmen. Bei Schlechtwetter bietet der Indoor Pool eine großzügige Alternative für entspannte Badefreunden. Alles in allem offeriert das Grand Hotel Palladium ein perfektes - rundum Paket für erholsame Urlaubstage. Sicherlich nicht das günstigste Hotel auf Ibiza, aber Qualität hat nun mal seinen Preis.

The staff is highly professional and very friendly . The property is a roman style building with high ceiling and wonderful and very big roman style indoor spa, pool and warm pool. Outside the pool is the excellent offering a beautiful view to the sea and nearby islands- Best location for relaxing and enjoying the seaside (with direct beach access or 5 min away by car from the most beautiful beach side of Ibiza). As well the restaurant is one of the best we have been : best paella so far in Spain, wagyu etc. The restaurant is located on the seaside and each morning and evening the view is so beautiful that you want to comeback. The AC is working perfectly so that the sleep during hot summer nigts is very pleasant. We had also a beautiful room with seavirw, terrace and loungers .

We loved everything, truly everything about the Grand Hotel Palladium Santa Eulalia del Rio. We truly did. Our room was beautiful. The breakfast was so, so good. Everyone was so friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant - Cesars, twice because it was so delicious. The location is incredible. The beautiful beach is steps away. The pool was glorious, big with a lot of chairs. We never had to worry about not having a chair. We were very close to the promenade which was filled with resteraunts and bars. We didn’t have any trouble finding a parking spot, better than expected. We had to leave early for our flight one morning and they made us a really wonderful breakfast box with fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice. Housekeeping was fantastic. We will be back. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Hotel con 26 camere, molto famigliare ed accogliente, posizionato in una zona tranquilla sul mare dove in circa 10-15 minuti a piedi attraversando un ponte pedonale sul fiume si arriva alla passeggiata del lungo mare che porta al centro di Santa Eulalia piena di negozi. La struttura è molto pulita, il personale super disponibile e gentile. La camera con balcone è grande con vista sul mare, wi-fi funzionante, ristorante del hotel con un buon menù a buon prezzo e una colazione variegata ed abbondante sulla terrazza del ristorante con vista mare. Piscina interna ed esterna grandi con acqua calda, asciugamani compresi, una zona sauna e jacuzzi e una SPA con massaggi favolosi a buon prezzo. La spiaggia pubblica è raggiungibile tramite una scalinata dalla piscina esterna dell’hotel, mare caldo e stupendo! Struttura SUPER CONSIGLIATA!!!

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abseits, bietet dafür aber einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Restaurants und Geschäfte waren bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und herzliche Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Da ich Veganerin bin, hatte ich bereits vor unserer Anreise per E-Mail nach veganen Frühstücksoptionen gefragt. Was uns dann erwartet hat, hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: Am ersten Morgen wurden uns unter anderem veganer Joghurt, Tofu, vegane Würstchen, veganer Käse und viele weitere leckere Alternativen direkt an den Tisch gebracht. Als die Mitarbeiter bemerkten, dass die veganen Produkte nach und nach fast aufgebraucht waren, wurden diese sogar noch einmal eingekauft, damit ich auch an den restlichen Tagen wieder eine so große Auswahl hatte. Einen so aufmerksamen, herzlichen und engagierten Service haben wir bisher in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Dafür möchten wir uns von Herzen bedanken. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war hervorragend – alles war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Wir haben wirklich nichts zu bemängeln und haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diesen besonderen Service. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ein kleineres, sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück. Etwas abseits vom großen Trubel, aber alles in Lauf-Reichweite. Keine Massenabfertigung, tolle Terrasse, Pool und Strandzugang. Einfach schön.

Es war eine wunderbare Lage mit schönem Meerblick vom Restaurant aus. Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage- wir konnten alle unsere Unternehmungen im Rahmen von 30 Minuten erreichen!

The hotel is around the bay, quiet, luxury feel with wonderful views of the sea. No rush for sunbeds, there are always some available. Breakfast is simple, healthy with a stunning sea view. Staff are all helpful. Beds are comfortable and air con works well. A guaranteed quality hotel a short walk from the main town.

A bottle of water each day in the room would have been welcome. Indoor pool was too cold to get in but we tried. Maybe offer treatments by the pool and make them a bit more reasonably priced.

I loved everything, especially outside pool with sealike water, front desk... gym, breakfast.

The only downside of all experience was at the breakfast time when I asked coffee few min after 10:00 am I was denied. I think when you pay so much for a room and portray yourself as a 5 star hotel, such a little thing that cost so little shouldn’t be denied. It wasn’t middle of the day, it was literally few min after 10.

The room was big and clean and Pilar at the reception was very nice and competent. The hotel is on a nice beach.

Het ontbijt vonden we niet super uitgebreid qua assortiment. Wel was het erg lekker. En het personeel was erg service gericht en vriendelijk.

Struttura datata,così come le camere. Doccia piccola e con doccino. Colazione NON da 5 stelle. Odore sgradevole lungo il corridoio e nella stanza forse dato dalla presenza della piscina coperta. Ci aspettavamo una camera cortesia dato che avevamo il volo in serata,ci è stato data invece la possibilità di lavarsi nello spogliatoio della “spa” E’ preferibile andare in un 4 stella ma di qualità

Lovely hotel, facilities good & pleasant walk to the town.

Spacious well equipped room. Good breakfast with different selection of hot food each morning which you can enjoy on the terrace which has a great sea view. Friendly and helpful staff. Siesta is a quiet suburb of Santa Eulalia walking distance or short taxi ride from the centre but with three of four good local restaurants. Nice sea water pool and option of another indoor pool. Local beach is a small cove but has a snack kiosk, beds and umbrellas for hire.

Equipment in the small gym needs upgrading.

Friendly staff / service - very helpful eg early check-in and late check-out, loan of an umbrella for the beach, local recommendations. Great location by the sea and lovely hotel pool. fantastic room - good size with huge terrace and views of the sea. Nice relaxed breakfast with good options and in- house restaurant with terrace views of sea.

Needed to use a lot of taxis to get around the island - not a problem if you hire a car as also has onsite parking. Bottles water in the room would have been great.

The location is amazing. Perfect getaway to relax, the pool area is beautiful and the view from the room is wow, the breakfast is good and can be enjoyed on tge amazing terasse, friendly staff etc.

It’s a bit old, could be a bit more modern. Also, there is a charging station for electric cars but it’s not working which was unfortunate.

Very clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Reception helpful and helped us organise a taxi.

Snacks in room - wasn't clear whether they were complimentary, No price list etc. 4 euros per snack. I would have expected a complimentary bottle of water. No balcony to sit on in the evenings. Service at breakfast below 5* - it felt like low season - very few staff. Very quiet if you want a little more life. Indoor pool could only be used if we told someone we were going to use it - didn't end up using it for this reason - no spontaneity. Overall I wouldn't rate as 5*.

Veel trappen maar dit is persoonlijk ivm handicap . Soms luidruchtig gast met kind bij het zwembad .

Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit und Bemütheit des Personals, die Aufmerksamkeit und das Flair des Hauses. Die Küche ist exzellent! Das Haus hat schon ordentlich Patina, aber das spielt keine Rolle. Kleiner flacher Strand direkt vor der Tür.

Ein Teil des Personals spricht nur unzureichend Englisch.

The Grand Palladium Santa Eulalia is an exceptional 5 star boutique hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Staff led by the Hotel Manager Salvatore were outstanding and met all our Customer needs. Ms Pilar at Reception including all the front office Staff were very welcoming. Ruben the Restaurant Manager ensured the cuisine was top grade. The location of the Hotel was fantastic with a private beach and pitched on top of a Cliff where we watched the Sun rise and Set every day. I would recommend this Hotel as one of the best in Ibiza 100%

El agua de la piscina interior estaba fría, no era climatizada.

Super hôtel positionné un petit peu à l'écart du centre ville (10 minutes à pieds le long de le mer) lui permettant d'avoir ce coté intimiste. On est directement sur une petit crique avec plage avec peu de personnes. il y a peu de chambres (26) et donc très bon service (petit déjeuner excellent). Grande chambre et SDB grande Piscine extérieure , Jacuzzi Parking privé Personnel de grande qualité , on a même eu un droit à une bouteille et fruits à notre arrivée car voyage romantique Je recommande vivement

Heel vriendelijk ontvangst aan de receptie. Welkomstdrankje op het terras van het restaurant met héél vriendelijke bediening. Overal frisse geur. Ruime kamer met prachtig zicht op zee én het zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijt met prachtig zicht! Oase van rust!

Met trapjes kom je meteen op het strand, wat zalig is (trouwens leuk strandbarretje wat verder). Het zou nóg leuker zijn indien er wat zetels van het hotel op het strand aanwezig zijn en we echt de keuze hebben tussen het zwembad en het strand. De muziek van het hotel ernaast staat vrij luid en is storend als je aan het zwembad zit. Maar dan Hotel Palladium niets aan doen.
