Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The door has a digital lock. The key code was received in msg ahead of the arrival. The only small hiccup was that after entering the key code, one should press a button with "unlock" symbol. We pressed "#" instead, as this was how the previous digital lock works. But, we figured it out quickly. The apartment is small in size, but, sufficient for a short stay. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is super and the shower is excellent. The washer/dryer included is a bonus, although we had to figure out how to use various buttons, as the words there are Norwegian, not English. The kitchen is equipped well and the appliances appear to be quite new. Of course, it would be even more convenient if there are some creamers available for coffee and a bit of cooking oil for cooking.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Great appartement in the harbour of Jørpeland! The appartement is equipped with everything you need for you stay. Everything is as described in the advertisment. The location is perfect if you want to hike the Preikestolen. In the evening you can make a short trip to the lovely island Jørpelandsholmen. The hosts Petter and Linette are wonderful people! They are really kind and helpful to make you stay as perfect as possible! We would definitely come back here again if we are looking for a place to stay in Jørpeland!

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026De locatie was prima. Klein appartement, meubulair in orde, het appartement had een airco, maar was vooralsnog erg warm s avonds en s nachts. Dekbedden ook erg warm voor de zomer. Een paar grotere bekers zou fijn zijn.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Vstup do apartmánu je přes kód v elektronickém zámku, který se po uzavření dveří sám uzamkne. My byli v apartmánu B v 1. patře, který je přístupný z ulice po úzkém dřevěném schodišti. Apartmán je dobře vybaven, místo smetáků byl k použití jen nefunkční elektrický smeták. Odpadky se třídí v popelnicích umístěných vedle domu. Výhled z apartmánu je do nové zástavby. Kola lze uložit na terase pod vlastní plachtou. Parkování je na ulici nebo 150 m na parkovišti v přístavu. Obchod REMA 1000, který je otevřen PO - SO 7-23 nebo centrum města je 10 minut pěšky. V okolí města je spousta možností na pěší i cyklistickou turistiku. S majitelem byla skvělá komunikace, na e-maily reaguje. Podmořský tunel ze Stavangeru je za 119,- Nok. Byli jsme spokojeni.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Huoneisto on keskeisellä, mutta silti rauhallisella paikalla. Maksuton pysäköinti talon edessä. Preikestolen on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä. Huoneistossa on kaikki tarvittava ja kaikki oli erittäin siistiä. Isäntäpari piti aktiivisesti yhteyttä jo enne majoittumista.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce superbe appartement, avec un agencement bien pensé, décoré avec goût et du matériel haut de gamme. Très bien situé avec facilité pour se garer. Fermeture sécurisée de l'appartement top. Réactivité et des messages d'accueil et se tenant à notre disponibilité pour le moindre souci. Petite terrasse et le tout en parfait état de propreté. Nous avons passé 2 jours très agréables dans ce grand confort.
La vue est un peu restreinte mais pour nous cela ne nous a pas gênés puisque nous étions souvent sortis.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Nice location and well maintained. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the the unit. The full size fridge, microwave, and range made it easy to cook meals in the apartment. Definitely recommend!
The stairs up were a little tight with the gutter on the edge of the unit below on the right side. It would have been nice for parking to be available and an EV charger for the rental car, but there was plenty of street parking and a charger at the Rema 1000 on the other side of the port that we could walk to.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Veldig bra local, nærme til sentrum og manger handler butikk. Korte vei til turer plass. Veldig komfortabel seng og koselig stue. Barnet veldig fornøyd med tv canal. Mangler bare noe kjøkken utstyr som stor kopp(krus) , vannmugge. Totalt veldig fornøy.
Gardiner er ikke dekke lyst.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Velmi útulný a naklizený byt téměř v přístavu malého městečka. Komunikace s majiteli výborná, vše krásně nachystané, příjemným překvapením byl kávovar včetně kapslí! Pobyt 4 noci byl moc fajn, doporučuji!! Jediný zádrhel byla příliš měkká postel v ložnici, manžel to vyřešil spaním na rozkládací pohovce v obýváku, takže bez problému:-)

er was geen stopcontact naast het bed, dus telefoon opladen en gelijkertijd als wekker gebruiken was lastig en raam in slaapkamer kan niet echt open (geen kierstand). Maar bed was prima en deze punten maakten het verblijf zeker niet minder aangenaam!

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Die Unterkunft war ein spontaner Glücksgriff. Eigentlich wollte ich hier nicht halten, war aber nach dem Aufstieg zum Preikestolen so nass und durch, dass ich spontan eine Übernachtung angefragt habe. Ich bekam prompt eine sehr freundliche Antwort und konnte innerhalb einer halben Stunde anreisen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte mittels Schlüsselkästchen und Code. Beim Betreten der Wohnung brannten ein paar kleine Steh- und Tischlampen, sodass es sich fast wie Nachhausekommen angefühlt hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet alles, was das Durchreiseherz begehrt. Selbst Kaffeekapseln und Tee lagen bereit. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sich auch auf der Terrasse niederlassen.
Erschrocken hat mich nur der Rauchmelder… nach dem Duschen ließ ich kurz die Tür offen und scheinbar ist der Melder so sensibel, dass er sofort darauf reagierte und mit einem ultralauten Fiepen Alarm schlug. Er ließ sich aber zum Glück recht schnell und unkompliziert wieder ausschalten.

Vi hadde problem med komfyren, fikk den ikke på, måtte google og klarte det til slutt. Etter et par minutt streiket den for godt. Måtte gå på restaurant for å gå middag. Vi fekk heller ikkje på støvsugeren.

Die Aussicht ist durch Neubauten verbaut.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung - wir wären am liebsten für immer geblieben. Überall schöne Beleuchtung die uns als erstes Willkommen geheißen hat. Super schöne moderne Ausstattung alles was man braucht vom Waschmittel, Regenschirm über Kaffee alles vorhanden. Super sauber, hell und mega gemütlich eingerichtet. Schöner Sitzplatz draußen auf der Veranda. Gastgeber unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit es wurde immer gefragt ob man alles hat. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen....so eine schöne Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie auf unserer Reise.

Parking instructions weren't clear enough. Owners said we could park anywhere on the street but we were told that some of the street parking near the apartment was saved for customers of a nearby shop. Other than that the place and the hosts were great!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2024Very clean and cosy apartment in a small and nice town. Though the house was built in 1896, it's very nice outside and inside everithyng is new and in very good condition. There is washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, induction cooker, tableware. There were capsules with different kinds of coffee for the coffee machine. It was a pleasant surprise to find chocolade for all of us and two maps showing popular local tourist routes. The apartment is close to inexpensive store Rema 1000 where you can buy food, close to the sea and just 20 minutes by car to Preikestolen. Check-in time was up to midnight, but we came at 2am and that was not a problem bacause we had a code to open the door without meeting the owner. It was the best apartment of three that we have visited on our trip to Norway. Thanks a lot!
