I enjoy many things here. One of the beautiful perks that come with the Raid is the staff members like Adam, Nouhaila,nadira ,zakaria. Amazing people I like their energy they’re always positive and always there to help.

I enjoy the roof top is very comfortable to come after a hot day. The rooms are look great also they’re very comfortable . Each room have their own restrooms which that is amazing in my eyes.

El RIAD esta muy bien situado, a 3 minutos del Zoco. El personal es encantador y muy servicial. Adam un chico fantástico que te ayudará en todo aquello que necesites.Lo recomiendo para viaje con amigos y/o familia. Las habitaciones son competitivas, puedes disfrutar de un baño relajante en la piscina después de las caminatas que realices, y también relajarte en la terraza durante el día o la noche.

Our stay here was amazing! Adam was the best host you could ask for and probably the only reason we didn’t get lost. His knowledge of the medina was so helpful and his food recommendations hit the spot repeatedly. The riad itself is a gorgeous, peaceful sanctuary, it is slightly out of the busiest souks, in what felt like a more local neighbourhood which was lovely, all the locals (including the cats) were very friendly. For a first time in a rather new place, every single member of staff went the extra mile to make you feel as welcome as they could. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts up on the terrace were delicious and a great way to start the day. Thank you to all the lovely smiling staff who made our stay so great, we really appreciated your hospitality. Personnel extrêmement gentil et à l'écoute pour toute demande. Petit déjeuner royal sur la terrasse avec un gâteau différent chaque jour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce riad.

L emplacement dans la medina est idéal. Le Riad est très beau, et calme. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Nous avons particulièrement appréciés l accueil. L équipe du Riad est formidable. Adam a éte un hôte exceptionnel. Très gentil et dévoué, il nous a beaucoup aidé lors de notre séjour : recommandations, transport, achats dans le souk, reduction au hamam... Merci mille fois

What a fantastic location in the heart of the medina. The room was spacious and clean with everything you would need. The staff go above and beyond especially the riad manager Adam who went above and beyond to be the greatest host with hospitality unmatched. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a beautiful riad where you're treated more like family than a customer.

Merci au personnel incroyable de l'établissement pour leur gentillesse et leur aide. C'est notamment grâce à Adam que nous avons pu faire tout ce que nous voulions sans problème. Chaque employé de ce riad est attentif à nos besoins et fait tout ce qu'il peut pour répondre à vos attentes. J'ai rarement vu une telle qualité de service. Le riad est très beau et bien placé, mais sa plus grande qualité sont les personnes qui y travaillent. Encore merci à eux, nous recommanderons l'établissement.

Le seul reproche que nous pourrions faire c'est le manque d'insonorisation des chambres.

Todo perfecto. La estancia ha sido excelente desde el primer momento. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, facilitando todo el proceso de llegada y salida, así como Adam nos ayudó con la estancia allí. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable y repetiría sin dudarlo.

Adam, the hotel manager was great. He made sure we have everything we need and we are comfortable. He explained everything in detail so that we know where we can go and eat and what we can visit. He was constantly checking that we are having a good time.

Magnifique séjour au riad les Gazelles d’Orient à Marrakech. Un emplacement unique, qui permet de découvrir la médina et ses alentours à pied. Le personnel, aux petits soins, permet de profiter de petits déjeuners de qualité dans un endroit très calme. De plus, la gestion de ce riad par Adam est tout simplement exceptionnelle, il donne d’excellents conseils pour découvrir Marrakech avec que de bonnes adresses. Nous reviendrons!

We had a great stay at the Riad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Adam was in touch via What's App and helped us throughout our stay with transportation, recommendations and any other questions we had. Super friendly and easy to deal with. There was always someone to let us in and we felt very safe and supported during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and enjoyed!

Fantastische week gehad in deze sfeervolle riad in Marrakech, gelegen in een fijne en veilige buurt. Heerlijk ontbijt op het dakterras en supervriendelijk personeel. Speciale dank aan Adam voor zijn hulp en geweldige tips. Zeker een aanrader!

Das Riad ist perfekt um sich von der lebendigen und lauten Stadt zu erholen. Auf der Dachterrasse ist dies wunderbar möglich. Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich, insbesondere zu erwähnen die Frauen, welche das Frühstück servieren und die Zimmer reinigen. Ebenfalls super freundlich war der Nachtportier Zacharia, welcher immer ein offenes Ohr bei der Rückkehr hatte und viel Wissen über die Stadt mit uns teilte. Wir bekamen ein Frühstückspaket mit, an den Tagen, an welchen wir schon vor der Frühstückszeit los mussten.

Der Pool ist aus meiner Sicht unnötig, das Zimmer eher etwas klein. Das Riad ist etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt vom Platz Jemma el Fna. Dies ist nur ein Nachteil, wenn man gerne schnell auf dem Platz sein möchte.

The most memorable part of our stay was the kindness of the staff from the very moment of our arrival to our departure. Rooms were clean and pleasant and reasonably sized. Area was great for access to the markets, and Adam was there to assist with transportation when we did other tourist things. Bonus points for several of the local restaurants within walking distance

I’m not much of a tea drinker but it was better than the coffee.

We had a wonderful stay in Riad Les Gazelles. Our host Adam was very friendly, helpful and obliging. He assisted us from Day 1 to sort Sim cards, organise a Hammam massage in a local Spa, advice on where to eat and transport to Agadir. The Riad was kept very clean by the staff. A good location, close to the Souks and around a 20 minute walk to the main square.

Et surtout l’accueil incroyable d’Adam et de son équipe. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable grâce à lui qui a su répondre à toutes nos demandes, nous orienter pour les visites et a été d’une efficacité redoutable pour que notre séjour soit parfait et serein. Il Riad è situato in una posizione strategica, a pochissimi passi dalla Medina, comodissimo per visitare tutto senza rinunciare alla tranquillità. La struttura è meravigliosa: autentica, elegante e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La pulizia è impeccabile, davvero sopra ogni standard. La colazione è un altro grande punto di forza: abbondante, freschissima e davvero deliziosa, servita sulla splendida terrazza. Iniziare la giornata in quel contesto è un’esperienza unica, rilassante e di grande charme. Ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale è Adam. All’inizio eravamo convinti fosse il proprietario, invece è il manager… ed è semplicemente straordinario. Si è preso cura di noi fin da prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha accompagnati fino al rientro a casa, con una disponibilità e un’attenzione rarissime. Durante un’escursione abbiamo avuto un problema importante che da soli non saremmo mai riusciti a risolvere: Adam è intervenuto immediatamente e ha gestito tutto con una professionalità incredibile, facendoci sentire sempre al sicuro. È un ragazzo giovanissimo, ma con una maturità, esperienza e valori umani che oggi è davvero difficile trovare. Ma soprattutto è evidente quanto ami il suo lavoro: lo svolge con passione, dedizione e un’attenzione verso gli ospiti che va ben oltre il semplice servizio. Un sincero complimento anche ai proprietari del Riad per aver scelto una persona così: Adam è un valore aggiunto raro, che eleva l’intera esperienza a un livello superiore. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Riad Les Gazelles D'Orient Marrakech. Besonderen Dank an Adam und sein Team für die sehr individuelle und familiäre sowie herzliche Betreuung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Adam war bei Fragen jeglicher Art 24/7 erreichbar und konnte uns auch wertvolle Tipps bzgl. Marrakesch geben. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auf dieser nahmen wir auch unser landestypisches Frühstück ein. Im gesamten Riad war es angenehm ruhig. Für eine Abkühlung sorgte der kleine aber feine Indoorpool im Erdgeschoss. Wir können das Riad definitiv weiterempfehlen!😊

The Riad was amazing, clean, with a delicious breakfast and authentic traditional tea. The staff truly went above and beyond: Adam, the manager, gave us a perfect orientation of the city and was incredibly kind, even going to the pharmacy for us when we got a cold. Nouhaila served our beakfast in the morning with the brightest smile, and Zakaria, the night guard, was equally kind and welcoming. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire trip—highly recommended for a perfect Marrakech experience!

You instantly become one of the family in this Riad. The staff are genuinely great people and are willing to help with whatever I needed. Only a short walk from the heart of the Medina with plenty of attractions and shopping options nearby.

La atención maravillosa, tanto antes del viaje como durante nuestra estancia. Adam ha cuidado absolutamente todos los detalles, en todo momento nos ha ayudado tanto con sus recomendaciones acerca de los restaurantes y sitios turísticos, como estando al tanto las 24h por whatsapp, por si necesitábamos algo. El personal de cocina maravilloso, soy celiaca y han tenido mucho cuidado con la dieta sin gluten. Anoche estaba resfriada y ha tenido el detalle de traerme una infusión para la garganta.Sin duda repetiremos. Gracias Adam por todo.

Adam is the star of the property. He’s not only the manager on premises, but is a guide for all the guests. Always ready to help and goes out of his way to do so.

The property does not offer much, no restaurant but a good breakfast. It’s rather simple but functional and a pretty good location overall.

Voyage fin mars, la terrasse n’était pas encore en service, ce qui pourrait être indiqué en description du Riad (pas de petit déjeuner ou de repas en terrasse). Literie et salle de bain qui pourraient être améliorées.

La gentillesse des gérants, la gentillesse du personnel pour aider, conseiller. Le séjour était très agréable. Le Riad est hyper proche de la médina et permet de bonnes balades très facilement. Merci à Adam !

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità da parte di Adam sono state impareggiabili, é stato sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta a partire dalle escursioni fino a fornirci un servizio di taxi in piena notte per il ritorno. L'amore per il suo lavoro arriva direttamente ai cuori degli ospiti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Non da meno lo staff che si occupa delle colazioni, Nauhaila e Nadira(spero di aver scritto in maniera corretta) sempre sorridenti ed estremamente gentili. Pulizia, cortesia, posizione fanno di questo Riad un porto sicuro per i viaggiatori. Se non ci fosse stato Adam non sarebbe stato tutto così perfetto. Grazie

We had a wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakech and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are incredibly helpful when it comes to recommending activities in Marrakech and can easily arrange reliable taxis to and from wherever you need to go, which made exploring the city stress-free. The staff are truly outstanding… warm, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Adam, who made our stay particularly memorable. Adam, being a local, shared great insights and was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout. His hospitality alone would be a reason for us to return. Each morning, we enjoyed a simple but delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice, coffee, fruit, and local pancakes or pastries. Such a lovely way to start the day. The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. With only a few rooms, the riad feels intimate and peaceful, which we really appreciated after busy days in the medina. Another thoughtful touch was how Adam ensured we didn’t get lost on arrival, they arranged to collect us and guided us directly to the riad, which made everything smooth and easy. The riad is very peaceful overall, though sound can carry between rooms due to traditional construction of thin doors, so a bit of quiet consideration goes a long way.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans Le riad. L’emplacement est idéal. La plupart des visites peuvent se faire à pied. Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant et attentionné. Une mention particulière pour Adam qui est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il se soucie du bien-être de chacun et veille sur les hôtes du Riad comme une grande famille. Nouheila et Nadira sont adorables et le service du petit déjeuner comme le service des chambres est parfait. Gâteaux faits maison et msemen tous les matins accompagnent un petit déjeuner copieux. Excellente localisation, proche des souks, et des visites. Taxis proches et surtout aucun bruit ce qui est très appréciable dans la médina!

The riad was lovely, well-located and reasonably priced. The owner kindly arranged a transfer from the airport which went smoothly. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were great. However, the main upside of staying at the Riad of Gazelles was Adam (fondly nicknamed Adam Gazelle) who added so much to our trip. He couldn't do enough to make sure we had the perfect stay in Marrakech. We loved having a chat and laugh with him and helping (hindering) him feeding the local cats each night. We would 100% book this riad again. Thank you Adam Gazelle and all the rest of the staff!

A hot tub/pool and bar on the roof terrace would have made the riad official paradise!

Riaden lå i et roligt kvarter, og var ikke generet af lyde ude fra. Der var pænt indrettet, meget marrokansk stil. Der var rent, og der var flere steder man kunne opholde sig og slappe af. Det var et fantastisk ophold vi havde. Hvis vi manglede noget spurgte vi efter det, og alle var så venlige!

Det er en meget lille ting, men der er meget lydt i riaden. Så når gæsterne og værter snakkede eller pigerne dækkede op til morgenmad. Kunne det høres meget tydeligt.

Rien à dire tout était parfait

Todo fantástico, el Riad es muy bonito y cómodo; pero por encima de todo lo que valoraría es el trato recibido por parte de las personas que trabajan allí. Solicitamos el traslado desde el aeropuerto y Adam nos vino a buscar a donde nos dejó el taxi, una vez en el Riad nos preparó un té y nos dió información muy útil para nuestra estancia en Marrakech. Estuvimos varios días y nos dió su número por si necesitábamos algo, la verdad es que se agradece cuando estás en un lugar en el que no conoces a nadie y puede surgir algún contratiempo. Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa.

This is a central, well managed Riad with excellent staff, the rooms are very comfortable and well serviced. There is a gorgeous roof terrace for relaxing in the sunshine , Central Marrakesh is a maze of narrow streets and alleyways so I would recommend the riad’s shuttle on arrival , you will be met by Adam and escorted to the riad from the taxi drop point , Adam , like all the staff , is very friendly courteous and welcoming as indeed are the owners, overall we had a lovely experience. Marrakesh itself is a challenge but worth the effort, Enjoy

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Prima ligging,rustig maar vlakbij de soeks. Zeer goed ontbijt.Vriendelijk personeel, met een speciale vermelding voor Adam. Was altijd bereikbaar en gaf ons veel info. Dank ook voor Christelle en Daniel.

Great central location, great rooms, nice breakfast and really fantastic staff.

The location was very well situated. Just far enough from the Medina for peace and quite but near enough to walk to the hustle and bustle. Adam the manager of the hotel was absolutely fabulous. There was nothing he wouldn't do for you day or night. He definitely went above and beyond, nothing was a problem for him. He met us from the cab and took us to get a SIM and showed us where to go to eat and drink in the Medina. He was so helpful. He is so happy in his job and he was such a lovely person. He would do anything for you and he definitely made our holiday one of the best ever. I would absolutely recommend this Riad to anyone that was going to Marrakech. Thank you for a lovely time we had.

El Riad estaba limpio, cómodo y el desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación dentro de la Medina apartada del bullicio a unos 10 minutos a pie de la plaza. La atención y amabilidad de Adam un 10 nos hizo sentir como en nuestra casa, el primer día nos acompañó hasta el zoco para ayudarnos a orientarnos en el laberinto de las calles.

Nos gustó todo. Una cosa la piscina en las fotos parece grande pero solo sirve para refrescarse después de un día caluroso por la Medina pero no para hacer largos!

🇬🇧 English ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay – beautiful riad and amazing hospitality We had a fantastic time at this beautiful riad. The French owner was incredibly welcoming and speaks great English. His young manager, Adam, went above and beyond—he showed us where to find local craftsmen and told us we could even call him in the middle of the night if we needed anything! One morning I wasn’t feeling well, and the lovely lady Fatima, who prepared breakfast made me a hot lemon drink that really helped. She also made us an early breakfast before our trip to Essouria , which we really appreciated. The room was very comfortable, with fully working air-conditioning—perfect after a warm day in the city. They also arranged a taxi for us—no haggling or stress. Everything felt easy and taken care of. Truly lovely people and a wonderful experience!

Riad with only seven bedrooms, so a nice & peaceful oasis with attentive staff. Daniel, Christelle & the wonderful Adam were very helpful.

It wasn’t a problem, and didn’t detract from our stay, but the Riad did advertise a bar, which there wasn’t.

The Riad was beautiful and very peaceful, perfect to chill after a busy day exploring the chaotic medina. Everything was very clean and everyday the staff would come and tidy up our room- every detail was considered. The highlight of our stay were the people who worked there. Firstly Adam was very kind and gave us amazing tips as soon as we arrived and even helping us buy a SIM card for internet. We also gave us great tips of the surroundings, restaurants recommendations and explain us how things work in the medina. Fatima and the other ladies were amazing too - very warm and kind when serving breakfast. And the owners Christelle and Daniel were very friendly and make sure we were happy with everything. They also gave us great recommendations and booked us a taxi in advance from and to the airport. For last, the taxi driver - Amid - recommended by the Riad was very kind too and helpful. A trip to remember and will be definitely coming back :)

It's almost a week since we came back from Marrakech, but the aura of it is still with us. And the big part of this impression is coming from our stay in this Riad. The owners Christelle and Daniel had created the atmosphere like you are at home, like you had known this place and these people. Adam, the manager, met as at the taxi doors and kept assisting us with resolving of our daily, small issues and questions very professionally. I could go on and on with my warm words about this place, already feeling that I'm missing this place and people.

I had the best three days staying at Riad Les Gazelles D'Orient. The hospitality I experienced was exceptional and blew my expectations and more! I first met the manager, Adam, as I arrived late in the evening and he had already prepared me Moroccan tea and biscuits for my arrival after meeting me outside the Riad and showing me the way through Marrakech's confusing streets! I loved how welcoming and informative he was, by showing me the easiest routes to take, attractions to see and how to travel safely. I met the lovely owners of the Riad the next morning, Daniel and Christelle, who really made me feel more like a family member rather than a guest during my entire stay. Daniel and Christelle kindly walked me through the maze of Marrakech towards the medina which was a great touch, especially for me as a solo traveller. Just such a lovely and kind couple. The maid and the chef in the Riad were lovely ladies who always greet you with a warm welcome - oh and the breakfast is awesome too! The room itself was perfect, the bed was super comfy and I slept like baby each night. I really enjoyed Marrakech, but staying at this Riad most definitely made my experience x10 better. I have to give particular thanks to Adam for being so helpful each day and night, ensuring I was comfortable, giving me great recommendations for food and even taking me for lunch at a traditional restaurant for some tanjia. I will absolutely be back to stay at the Riad in the near future! Merci beaucoup Daniel, Christelle and Adam!

Breakfast was yum, beds were comfy, and the staff were very hospitable. Adam was a great Riad Manager hosting us, drew on a map to show how to walk to places and showed us how to get there from the Riad so we could get our bearings.

The owners are absolutely fantastic and will truly go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic time. All the staff is caring and attentive and also very knowledgeable about the area. They can offer recommendations for your holiday based on what you are looking for to ensure its memorable. My elderly father stayed with them and he was looked after from the moment he arrived at the airport. Thank you all for being so wonderful! I can't speak highly enough and hope to go back and stay here one day!

The Riad is tucked away in a neighborhood and it's very quiet. It's a great experience to get away from the busyness of the streets and find your way back to the riad, where children are playing and the neighbors gather and greet each other. We loved meeting the people in the neighborhood, where everyone was terribly friendly. There's no question about the safety of this area as my wife and I walked at all times of the day and night from the riad neighborhood throughout the Medina. The souks and Jemmaa el Fnaa are about a 12 minute walk from the riad. Most important is the staff of the riad. We made our choice of this riad based on the Bookings.com reviews about the owners Daniel and Chistelle However, the staff of Adam, Fatima, Noella, and Nadira are absolutely the best. Adam is there to take care of your every need and goes way out of his way to ensure your comfort, safety, and happiness with one's travels. I work U.S. business hours when traveling and need good wifi in order to conduct business. The wifi was more than sufficient for video conference calls. We had an excellent stay and would come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay.

The riad was absolutely beautiful, from start to finish the hospitality was better than we have ever received. Adam was amazing, he welcomed us with a tour and Moroccan tea with biscuits, and showed us directions to the Souk and square. He went above and beyond for us, from booking us taxis to walking us to pick up points and giving great advice. He even came to the riad at 6am one morning to walk us to a pick up point for a trip. The ladies at the riad were also lovely and helpful, we felt at home. The owners of the riad we briefly met and they were very kind and welcoming. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious for 2 of us, and the breakfast was yummy. It was about 15-20 minute walk to the main square of the Medina. We are so happy with our choice of Riad and would return. Thank you :)

Nothing, it was perfect

The riad was beautiful and so relaxing, no detail left unturned. The staff were exceptional and could not have been more helpful, I have never stayed anywhere with such a high standard of service. Adam guided us late at night and in the early morning, his recommendations were also brilliant. The hosts, Christelle and Daniel also have great contacts for excursions, we were so grateful that they organised an amazing day trip for us, a sunrise hot air balloon which was a highlight of the trip. Marrakesh can be overwhelming (in a great way) but this accommodation is so calming the moment you walk through the door. Staying at Riad Les Gazelles D'Orient made a great holiday, extra special in every single way.

In riad noise really travels up and stafc were very noisy in morning and late afternoons when we were hoping for a rest before dinner. Breakfast was a bit unvaried. I am GF so a bit difficult but brought own bread. Beds very hard Rooms beautifully decorated but spoiled by number of A4 paper signs sellotaped to walls. It was a bit cold. Riad hard to find and a little away from things at night.
