Please note that children under 36 months of age are not permitted to use the Infinity Pool.
Session 6 is reserved exclusively for guests aged 18 and over.
From 17 August, the Infinity Pool operating hours will change to 10:00–20:00. Detailed session schedules will be provided upon check-in.
Please note that on 14 August (Friday) and 15 August (Saturday), access to the Infinity Pool during the Adults Only Session will be unavailable for regular in-house guests due to the AC Euro Summer Pool Party. Hotel guests may purchase pool party tickets at a special discounted rate. We kindly ask for your understanding as this restriction is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the event.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Beautiful corner room, pool was a lovely temperature, could barely hear any trains or cars so the sound proofing was great. The bath was lovely and I loved the details like earplugs and eye mask by the bed. Also breakfast was really tasty
On arrival in the room, the air was really hot. It took 4 hours to become a comfortable temperature and 9 hours to cool down to the desired temperature.

The noise from the subway/train was extremely loud in the room and made it difficult to rest comfortably. There was also a noticeable moldy smell coming from the bathroom and shower area, which was unpleasant throughout the stay. In addition, I could hear bathroom noises from neighboring rooms, and the walls seemed very thin since I could also hear cleaning activities from the room next door. Most disappointingly, the quality of the toilet paper felt extremely cheap. There was also a strong artificial smell in the hallway and elevator areas, seemingly used to cover up carpet or other odors, which did not match the standard or class I would expect from this hotel. Overall, I was disappointed with the comfort level, cleanliness, and sound insulation of the room. 5th

We had the same breakfast three days in a row! Breakfast is expensive but not even extra-ordinary, the food is not that appetizing not a great variety, nothing to look forward to. Lastly the hotel breakfast ends at 10:30 but you will arrive there to have breakfast and you’d have to wait because there’s no space no tables available while you are waiting time is not waiting with you, and then when you eat, you have to eat in a hurry because they want to clean the tables at 10:30.that breakfast area is a whole schedule that needs to be figured out honestly, the staff tried their best, but the owner of the hotel and the management need to figure that out.

Seul bémol nous avons eu la vue sur le tour en face. Et l’éloignement du centre de Séoul mais il y avait beaucoup de choses à faire à Geumjong aussi.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025If you plan to visit this city, it’s definitely worth it, and I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff may sometimes have trouble understanding if you only speak English, but they always do their best to make you feel welcome. I really appreciated the warm welcome and the attention they give to guests. For Marriott members, it’s definitely worth presenting your loyalty card, as it provides some extra perks—I even received a discount on breakfast thanks to my membership. The rooms are another highlight: very well designed, luxurious for the price, brand new, clean, and smelling fresh. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025The place was beautiful, but I was bothered that I paid extra for a room credit but because I got to the hotel at 10pm I had no use for the room credit. Room service closes at 9pm which is very inconvenient and doesn’t begin until 10am which again is very inconvenient because I had to leave at 9am. The bed was also very very hard. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025시내 근처라 주변 접근성도 좋았고, 수영장+헬스장등의 시설도 좋았음. 조식신청도 했는데 알차게 구성도 좋았음. 그리고 체크아웃도 12시여서 여유롭게 준비하기 편했음. 가성비로 호캉스 하기 좋음.
성수기여서 수영장 제한이 있음. (그래도 2시간도 물놀이 하기 나쁘지는 않았음) 아쉬운점은 물이 너무 따뜻?미지근해서 물속에 수비드가 된 기분였음. 낮에는 물이 좀 시원하게 얼음이라도 넣어줬으면 좋겠다라는 생각이듬.

What we dont like? The staff seemed not to know about the “tax free” for foreigners, we were not able to refund the tax because the receipt they gave us have no QR code. The timing of the pool, it should close at a later time specially on summer, it closes at 6pm when the sun is still up and very bright and that time should be the best time to swim.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2025The property is very clean, nice and spacious and worth the money. The metro station Geumjeung line 1 and 4 is located just 10 mins away and connects to all major stations. There are plenty of pubs, food joints, groceries and 7-11’s around here. Hotel rooms has great views of the town.
Just that this hotel is far away from the town and would take easily around an hour by metro to reach any of the site seeing spots and shopping hubs.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025We didn't have breakfast. We were there visiting our son who had an apartment 20 mins walk away so the location was perfect for us. The hotel is approx 5 mins walk from the subway which we used most of the time to see Seoul. There is some noise from the trains as you would expect but it did not impact on our sleep at all or our enjoyment of the rooftop pool.
