Também o jardim privativo e a possibilidade de fazer churrascos; A proximidade da piscina e do parque infantil da urbanização; Ter maquina de lavar loiça e roupa e ter todos os detergentes disponíveis;
Não ter maquina de café expresso; Da falta de manutenção em alguns detalhes da casa.
