The breakfast was pretty good. Location was nice and right off the interstate. I had no problems.

The room was a little small for the price, but good enough.

We moesten het hotel evacueren wegen overstroming na de eerste overnachting. Bij aankomst was er ook al flinke lekkage maar daar is niet veel aan gedaan zo blijkt.

The staff was nice. There was an issue with pipes bursting on multiple floors and they called to let us know since we were not on property. But we did not end up staying.

The hotel had a pipe burst right outside of our room. A fire alarm went off during this time.

The layout of the room is weird. Having the sink in the room didn't provide any privacy. When I come out of a shower I use the sink and mirror to finish getting ready. The room with the toilet and shower was so small and tight.T he I had to pay $5 to use the internet for just a few minutes!!! We didn't stay for the breakfast ( due to the catastrophe described below) but there was almost nothing my sister (gluten free) could have eaten. It was sparse. Then the main issue was that the sprinkler system broke down and we had to evacuate. Water poured into our room onto my clothing, bags of medication and makeup and suitcase. We were informed that we would just have to check with all the hotels in the area to see if they had rooms for us ( we were two couples traveling together). We ended up in a Holliday Inn Express, paying more, but had a great breakfast and the room was normal. We were told by the gentleman at the desk in Wingate that we would get a complete refund which I hope is true. Nor a great start to our vacation!

The hotel is old and could use an update. The pillows were lumpy and the metal bed skirt under the mattress would bang since there was no room for your feet when standing next to the bed. The water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from real hot to cool. The hallways smelled real bad of marijuana. The rooms are not sound proof at all!

Good Location

We probably had the worst running the Hotel. Upon arrival we noticed a funny odor in the room then the nightmare began. Our room was directly next door to the ice and vending machines and we heard rust noise most of the night. We had been driving 13 hours and was exhausted so that didn’t help us sleep. Then at 5:50 the adjoining room next to us alarm went off and at 6:00am sharp construction workers that were next to us had a meeting in their room that last 35 minutes with very loud voices. We went down to have breakfast at 9:00am that was supposed to last until 10am and there was no food other than cold cereal with no milk and a crusted over bagel. No one was too concerned to restock things and the pancake machine was broken. I chose your hotel because it had a 8.1 star review but after staying there one night I would only give it a one star. For being a Wyndham you can do so much better….

Shower gel was totally empty. Shower head sprayed water out of the shower at the connection. Had to tie a towel around the connection point in order to shower.

The first room the bathroom door would not shut (warped). I asked for another room which was acknowledged by staff. We Could not sit on the chair as it was badly stained (in both rooms). The wall by bathroom was damaged. Not a favor of the metal bed frames as they clanged when your foot hit them. The entry to door outside was dirty.

It was a great location. We loved the staff. Breakfast was ok.

Had to ask for housekeeping. When we did they made the bed, took out the garbage and left us towels. Room wasn't swept, bathroom wasn't cleaned. We walked on gritty floors for a week. We finally just asked for towels at the front desk. The swimming pool was marginal and we chose to not use it.

I liked the location and our room was nice.

The room was next to the ice machine and soda dispenser, which was noise with each use, the opposite of the quiet room we requested. Between Bookings.com and the hotel relationship good things are missing. The room HAD NO LIGHTS ABOVE IN THE HALLWAY OR THE ROOM OR THE ENTRANCE! First time I have ever experienced this! I have traveled the world! I have seen so many hotels and this was one of the worse.

The hotel was located conveniently right off the Interstate. There was a very good restaurant within walking distance which was very convenient. It was what I had expected, very nice for a stop while travelling.

It was under $200 for a room

It was dirty (toilet, tub, floors, walls, etc.), no coffee maker as advertised, the window was broken, the bed frames caused static shock all night, the a/c blows right on the bed which is uncomfortable to sleep with, and didn't keep the room efficiently cool because of the window. It was a room, but I would have paid more or driven further if I had known.

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It took six hours to cool the room. We asked for a fan and never received it. We asked for a room change. None were available. We asked for a manager and he wouldn’t be in until 8am. We were leaving at 6:30. Beds were hard. Room lighting was dim. Breakfast was bad quality food with few choices.

DISGUSTING. nasty black stuff all over the bed. very very hot in the lobby, hallways, & rooms! Windows were open when walking down the hallway, NO luggage carts. We did not stay the night & immediately left. Tried to get refund. But, still waiting on the “manager” to call me back.

The whole property is terrible. I would NOT recommend to anyone! Awful location, nasty hotel.

The breakfast was great and delicious. The attendant was super nice and really busy keeping everything stocked and doing a great job. The little pancake maker machine was really cool and fun too.

It was all good really except for the metal around the bottom of the beds. Every time they got slightly knocked, which with kids happened a lot, it sounded like cymbals going off!

The lobby and hallways smelled like chlorine from the pool. The room had a funky smell too. The whole property needed an update. Holes on the door and the wall needed filling. The metal bed frames were cheap and the the AC unit was loud when it turned on. There was a big event in town and the staff didn’t know anything about it or have any helpful information. The breakfast bar had broken appliances.

The work out room was very hot and there wasn’t a tread mill. There also wasn’t a remote for the TV in the gym and when I asked the employee at the front desk if there was a remote for it she stated she didn’t know.

The room was not cleaned up the second day. I paid full price, no discount, I expect service. Also, the drain in the tub barely drained so you stand in water when you take a shower.

The front desk was very kind and it was a cheap place for one night.

Would not stay here again. It’s not for us. It’s very run down, smells bad in the pool area and in the rooms. The breakfast was okay. No fruit options. The hotel needs work.

Bed was comfortable. Outlets were convenient for charging. Morning breakfast was good with numerous options. Room was clean.

Starting very early, we were repeatedly woken up by housekeeping knocking, and also standing outside our door talking loudly about how we weren't up yet. We got late checkout because we knew we would be tired and would want to sleep in, but after being woken up several times, we ended up leaving before even the normal checkout time. There were no "do not disturb" doorhangers available, and we did not appreciate having our sleep disturbed. The freezer in the room was also dirty, with some sort of sticky yellow goo, and our pillowcases were dingy and holey. Not worth the money; I'd rather camp than deal with that.

The front desk staff was awesome! Location was perfect. As a solo traveler I felt safe and well taken care of. Bed was comfy and breakfast yummy!

Room was a bit "dated" and there was some parking lot noise, but nothing too bad.

Looked like it would be nice. Wanted to like it but...

Breakfast was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for eggs and then they were the worst eggs I've ever had from a hotel. Not sure where they're sourcing them from, but stop. And, then where do you sit? 50+ guests and like 4-5 little tables. Other than that there were a ton of little inconveniences that just added up quick. Way too narrow hallways, like had to push the made carts out of the way just to walk through with luggage, a front door that opens to block the handicap/luggage trolly ramp, too small elevator area in the lobby. Shower rod in the room had been 1/5 busted and was hanging awkwardly. It also happened long enough ago enough for them to clearly paint around the issue. I mean why fix it? 5,000 mile road trip a dozen hotels and this was the only one I thought was horribly over priced.

It's a old building that needs maintenance, the pool is not maintenance the floor in my room was sticky a/c is broken my ear bugs fell under the bed when I pulled the bed out there were dried up spill marks drug paraphernalia and cigarettes under the bed and burn marks on the bathtub and the towels were hard & the bedding was old and had holes

This place was so filthy and someone had smoked in the room. The elevator floor was so sticky, ruined the bottom of my shoes. Told the front desk guy that someone smoked in the room, he didn't care. We left before 4 am as I couldn't sleep due to grossness of motel. The first bed springs were broken on the side.

The remodeled room was nicely done, the bed was comfortable for my bad back, the heating system worked perfectly, and the fact that breakfast was included.

The bathroom and vanity lighting was a bit dim. I highly recommend brighter light bulbs, especially at the vanity; it was too dim to properly be able to see to do my hair in the morning.

The room was very clean. There was a freshness about the room; no lingering smells. The bathroom was very clean.

1. The TV remote was difficult to use. Probably from over use. Should be replaced. 2. The shower head did not produce enough water (stream) flow. It was like turning on the faucet and getting a drip by drip flow. 3. Taking a shower in the morning around 6:30, the hot water turned luke warm.
