Location is perfect, price is good, staff was trying to help us with issues we faced in the rooms. A/C was working fine (except once when it start leaking water to the room in the middle of the night). Breakfast was very good (just be aware that coffee is not included).

At first we got offered 2 rooms, none of them was the room we booked through the booking app. We took the more spacious room (probably half the sq meters of the one we booked). The room had no balcony (smaller room had balcony, to be fair, but the room was without furniture and too small for us), there was MISSING 1/4 of door to toilet so closing the door had not much effect to the privacy. On top of that there was strong smell of sewage in bathroom and since the door could not be really closed, the smell was all over the room. After 2 nights of complaint we got better room. The better room had full door to bathroom, which means no more sharing of your toilet sessions, great improvement. The sewage smell in bathroom was still very strong. In the better room we had no hot water. We asked for hot water. We got hot water after 3 nights. I really hate to be on the complainer side and what more, since ENG of men from reception was not on high level, my Egyptian wife was solving all of that + other things like missing soap, toilet paper, extra bed sheet etc. But the stay was not pleasant experience. Staff consists of young men who were nice and kind to us, but it is not enough - warm welcoming is not making a cold water in shower any warmer. Hotel rooms need serious maintenance and even despite the price is good, it is not that cheap to excuse flaws we faced.

Not clean. The facilities are basic which is fine for budget accommodation, but they were also quite dirty so sadly I could not recommend.

هذا النوع من الغرف لا يصلح للأستخدام الادمي أقيم في هذا المكان منذ سنوات ولكن هذه اول مرة اقيم فيها بغرف بانجلو داخل المكان الغرفة لايوجد بها سوي سرير و لايصلح للاستخدام، القمامة بكل مكان في هذا الدور.

何回かに分けて家族4人でトータルで40泊ほどお世話になりました。宿自体はダハブの他のホテルに比べたらキレイではないかもしれませんが（一般的なエジプトクオリティです）、朝食付きでこの料金は魅力的です。ルーフトップに日本食が食べられるお店があったことで子供たちからの評価も高かったのですが、2025年7月に訪れた時には残念ながら閉店しておりました。しかしスタッフのみなさんやワンちゃんや猫ちゃんたち、そしてキレイな海に心から癒されました。

This hotel is very wonderful and everything was clean and tidy and I really liked that it was like a camp and there were also wonderful Bedouin celebrations and also the reception manager Mr. Anwar welcomed me and his treatment was very nice and he welcomed us very much and I hope to visit this place again with my family

I didn't find anything that bothered me really because I enjoyed the sex and the Bedouin party that was downstairs.

It was a new stay at the hotel and the maid was good I listened very much

There was a Chinese restaurant near the hotel and it was making loud music that just bothered me.

i am vey happy with my stay at the seven heaven hotel . the cleanliness was excellent , the staff were very welcoming and the reception from mr. anwar was very friendly.

This is my favorite place for 3 years because it is close to the beach and in the heart of the tourist walkway and the staff was very friendly especially the reception manager Mr. Anwar and also Shady who welcomes any request

Es müssten ein paar Ausbesserungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden.

The location is close to everything you will need during your visit

Cleaning isn’t good, bed linings are so old with dark marks, fridges are rusty, toilet is smelly Everyday we had to fight with the receptionist for our breakfast even it’s included in the price!

The only good thing about this place is the location. Really close to the coast, restaurants, market and other stuffs.

Our group needed to change rooms because the toilet was broken and the smell from it was unbearable. Even with the new rooms we still had problems, because of the leaking faucet and AC. The breakfast was not good (actually they order it from a local shop), the staff were sometimes was confused and at a certain point amazed because of our complaints, but to be honest. Don't trust in the pictures as we did because we got really frustrated. We really don't recommend this place if you care about cleaning, breakfast, comfort and basic utilities.

The friendliest staff you could ask for. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like friends, not just customers. When we asked to switch to a private room with a bathroom and AC, they moved us immediately to a clean, comfortable room, no hassle at all. They went out of their way to help us explore Dahab like locals, not walking wallets. Their recommendations for restaurants and cafés were spot-on, and the diving instructors they work with are top-tier. professional, patient, and passionate. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Can’t recommend them enough.

The rooms aren’t exactly the most aesthetically pleasing or well-serviced. Ours hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. That said, for a short 3-night stay and the price we paid, it was manageable and didn’t take away from the overall experience too much.

Amazing place to stay in Dahab, the staff is lovely especially Aimen from the reception! It is located half a minute walk from the sea, it is right in the city center yet very quiet at night, breakfast is so good and abundant! Big Yes, Chukran! ❤️

Nothing, we loved everything!

Very friendly and flexible people and smiling warm owner, always up for a chat, cup of tea and the latest diving info. Not pushing for anything. Diving with Hassan was really nice, we've enjoyed it! Because we had a late flight, we could stay longer in our room than check-out time, which made our stay extra comfy.. We hope to return soon!

It’s really really a good hotel. Good location, close to the GoBus station. just 20sec to the ocean by walking. A lot of restaurants and shops are besides but the room is quiet. The staff here is so nice. He is a smart guy and always being available for helping. I really appreciate him. As to the rooms, they do have a lot of different kinds of rooms meeting all your needs. I booked a two beds room which’s simple and clean. I love it. I’ll stay here again in couple of weeks. I highly recommend the hotel. Forgot one thing. It’s more than worth the money.

The diving center, it was my first time to dive and they deleted the photos without sending them also I wanted to dive with my friend but they didn’t let me because thee was only 1 diver and we didn’t stay that long under the water , not the best experience with the diving center

It’s was okay !

The location is great right in the middle of the cafe zone 2 mins from the beach. The room have the basics what you need but u don’t expect fancy room which is totally ok for the money. The staff are really helpful and assisted me with every request specially Ahmad in the reception.

Basics like shower gel and soap in the bathrooms would be good additive to the rooms

Anwar is great

There is no better location in Dahab! Just across the street you find the beach and the best fish and seafood restaurants in town. In less than 50 meteres you can find liquor stores, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank and everything else you may need. This was my second time at the 7 Heaven and I’ll definitely stay there again. By the end of this year, the hotel will have a swimming pool, which will had a commodity not found in almost any other hotel in that area. About the staff, I can only say that they made me feel like part of the family! And for those interested in scuba diving, look no further, as the 7 Heaven has it’s own dive centre.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but some cosmetic care would bring freshness to the place.

I thought that the staff were incredibly accommodating, when I couldn't stay in my room with the shared bathroom because the bathroom was unusable they upgraded me for free to a private room which was super kind. They always offer you tea or coffee and are happy to help at any time. Really lovely guys. Also good location.

When I moved to the private room it was much cleaner and it is definitely advised to pay more for a private bathroom trust me. But the sheets were really dirty even when I asked for new ones they were stained and I think I got bed bugs/mite bites from them. I am now having to do treatment. If you go make sure you bring a satin bed liner so you are protected.

It's very cheap place in great location with extremely friendly staff! There is diving center with very professional instructors if you are interested in diving. Room was small, but clean.

The bath and toilet could be a bit renovated

The entrance, reception, and overall the place look nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very fulfilling and yummy. The size of the room and the fan were okay in the room. The location is super. The price is great.

The sheets were not clean and when shaking the blankets there was some sand or dust falling from them. The bathroom didn't seem very clean or pleasant to use.

It’s the most affordable room in Dahab with amazing breakfast and super friendly and hospitable stuff. The manager never let me carry anything myself to the room whenever he’ll see me having bags. They also let me keep the bag for the whole day after I checked out. Everyone from the manager on reception to the cook were super friendly and cheerful. I had the cheapest room, so it was very basic, but clean and I slept well there. Location is amazing near to everything u need in Dahab.

Coz the location is so central it’s not always very quiet, and u can hear the music from the cafe near by. The room was super basic, but for the value is amazing to have some privacy still.

Staying at Seven Heaven hotel in Dahab was okay. The staff was nice. The hotel is right next to the promenade where you can walk and go to restaurants or cafes.

The room was under the roof and didn't have an air conditioner, so it was still warm during the night. Since a hotel in the neighbourhood plays music very loudly, it was quite noisy also after midnight. In the room there was no dustbin and no hook where we could put our swimwear or towels in order to dry. The shower and the toilet were not very clean. We had to ask for toilet paper because they didn't put it there on default. The shower was clogged. They cleaned it, but probably it's a problem of the roars.

Dear Booking, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel in Dahab for three nights. We had higher expectations regarding the cleanliness and service, but unfortunately, we encountered several major issues that affected our comfort. Room Cleanliness: The room was generally not clean, and the bed in particular had numerous stains, making it difficult for us to feel comfortable. Lack of a Trash Bin: We noticed that there was no trash bin in the room, which is a basic necessity for maintaining cleanliness and convenience. Breakfast: The quality of breakfast was extremely poor, and the schedule was inconsistent. Moreover, the portions provided were insufficient. Staff Competency: The staff appeared to lack sufficient experience and professionalism in handling guest needs, which added to our overall disappointment. We believe that these issues need to be addressed promptly, as they do not reflect the standard of service we expected from your hotel. We hope to receive a response regarding the steps that will be taken to resolve these concerns.

The location and the crew are excellent. The location is in the center of the city and very easy to reach, and the crew are very friendly and supportive, the breakfast is great as well, simple and delicious.

For the rooms at the last floor, the facilities in the rooms and the shared bathroom are poor. However this is expected for the low price of these rooms. And they have other better rooms as well.
