Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Bequeme Betten, günstige Lage, wir waren in 30 Minuten mit der U-Bahn in der Innenstadt. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Spielplatz mit Picknicktischen, da haben wir gefrühstückt, in fußläufiger Nähe konnte man Baguettes kaufen
Küche kann man nutzen, ist aber doch von den Bewohnern genutzt, Toilette ist relativ weit weg und man muss eine steile Treppe runter

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The room was within close walking distance to train station though snuggled away in a back street which was quiet. and the room was comfortable enough. Pricing was accurate for the accommodation which was fairly basic.
The bed (queen size and an extra single) was comfortable however, the pillows were flat and not of great quality. When I arrived to deposit bags (as arranged), the kitchen sink and all benches were cluttered with dishes, Bathroom was average shared space. I had booked with the intent to be able to make use of washing machine, however this appeared to be in constant use with the family of extended relatives living there. Did not feel overly comfortable making use of tea facilities, it was best to spend time away from the property. The grounds of the property had broken whitegoods and generally unkept appearance

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und wir hatten einen warmen Empfang. Die Unterkunft war sehr familiär, einfach und sauber. Es gab Gemeinschaftsküche und -Bad, aber das war kein Problem. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Das Internet war prima.
Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach und die sanitären Anlagen sind schon echt mitgenommen. Die Lage ist weit außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber sehr ruhig.

Стаята е на втори етаж по много тесни стълби,тоалетната и банята е на 1 етаж на който живеят собствениците на къщата.През цялото време миришеше на манджи,хазайката готвеше.Супер неудобно да си вземеш душ и да отидеш до тоалетна.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Vriendelijk ontvangst, mochten de auto binnen het hek parkeren. Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de keuken. Koffie en thee aanwezig. Genoeg info aanwezig om Anderlecht en Brussel te ontdekken.
Beetje gedateerd. Na het douchen van een andere gast, liep het water de gang in, waardoor natte voeten bij het betreden van de gang.

La salle de bains et les toilettes auraient besoin d'être rénovées. Descendre par l'escalier pour les sanitaires n'est pas pratique. Manque de contact avec les hôtes. Le quartier manque de restaurants.

1. Very hard to find, no signboard or reception, even the main gate of the property was closed. We had to put a hell of a lot of effort to get in. No clear instructions were provided beforehand.

Uske stepenice do sobe, morate da ostavite upaljeno svetlo u prizemlju inace ne vidite da se popnete jer se automatsko svetlo pali tek 3 stepenika pri kraju

The price of this room is very good, given how easy it is to access the city centre via the metro. It is important for guests to realise that they will be staying in a family home eg accessing the shared bathroom by walking through the family kitchen. The surrounding area has some fabulous cake shops and cafes.

La distancia del metro al centro es de 30 min. 1 sola ducha para todos los huespedes de la casa pero 9 de 10 en general.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2025A acomodação estava muito limpa, a cama era muito confortável. O Irmão da Arlette nos recebeu muito bem. Fica bem perto do metro e da estação de trem. O lugar é uma região residencial e é bem calmo. O aquecedor estava funcionando muito bem e a água era quentinha.
Achei que o banheiro tivesse dentro do quarto, mas tem que descer uma escada.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Zimmer sehr sauber und Bett mit 1,60 m breit genug. Die Matratze war sehr angenehm und die Gegend ist ruhig. Die Lage ist super, 7 Minuten von METRO und Bahnhof entfernt. Mit dem Zug braucht man 5 Minuten zu Brüssel-Midi/Zuid und 10 Minuten zu Brüssel-Zentral.
Es hatte mehrere Moskitos im Zimmer, ein Moskitonetz wenigstens an einem der beiden Fenster wäre gut.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2025We liked the lokation, it was close to the subway and not that far from center, it had its parking space and the owners let us leave a car there after check out, we were verry gratefull. It wasnt much, but we could expect more for that kind of money, there are 2 toiletts, but you share them.
It was way too hot.

My only issue was that the bathroom was on the ground floor, but it was almost never busy (there was another one with toilet and sink in case the first one was busy), and it was always clean. Considering the price, we were happy with everything. Thanks again.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2025You are living in the upstairs room in the house of a nice family. You can reserve a parking spot. Close to the highway.
To go to the toilet, you have to walk downstairs and through the whole house, where someone was always sitting. Having to go greet a stranger chilling in their home every time I went to do my business was very awkward. Not for the shy poopers. Also extremely tedious if you have to pee at night. It's extremely loud in the room, it took me 7(!!!) hours to fall asleep - my personal record. It's also right outside a ghetto, which encompasses 90% of the distance to the city center - would not walk there alone as a woman. Yes it's cheap, but the it was so all around uncomfortable that the value for money was still low in my opinion.

I didn't expect that the bathroom was shared with their family. There is no place to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. When taking showers, the water didn't drain well. The drainage was partially blocked. I learned that breakfast was not included when I arrived at the property.
