On the morning of February 28th, the reception staff were extremely rude. We are guests in room 606, and my mother and I wanted to have breakfast. We offered to pay, but the receptionist's first words were, "What’s is your problem? The breakfast needs to pay." I replied, "I know it costs money, and I already said I was willing to pay. Can I pay by card?" Please punish this employee or have him undergo retraining. All other staff members were friendly, polite, and treated customers well. This is my opinion of your hotel. Thank you.

とにかく立地がよいです。便利でした。

もう少し広いお部屋にすればよかったです。

Buena ubicación

Camas incómodas (tienen un plástico encima del colchón), más que un hotel serían habitaciones de un edificio compartidas con otros inquilinos y hoteles. En foto parece mucho mejor de lo que es en vivo.

This is a hotel shared with other hotels, so the next door could be a room for a different hotel. Anyway, it's located in a lively block in Nampodong that has those outdoor vendors with food (pojang macha). About two minutes walk to bypung (kangtong) market, and two minutes walk to jagalchi station, so it's in a super convenient location. The lobby is located on the third floor and the front staffs are very friendly. The room is very clean as well with a water purifier in the room. You can also leave your luggage in the lobby. The only thing is that the hotel building is not located in a major street, and there are pojangmachas near the building as well as some really old looking buildings, so the surrounding is not "fancy".

スタッフさんがとても丁寧で親切。日本語で普通に対応してくれて、タクシーの手配から行きたい所への行き方など親切に教えてくれる。

지하철이 매우 가깝고 주변에 전통시장과 쇼핑몰 ,식당등이 가까워서 좋았고 객실도 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 수건도 잘 보충해주어서 좋았습니다

写真見てとてもキレイだけどこの値段だからと期待してなかったのですが、写真のままでとても良かったです。 フロントのスタッフの方もとても対応良く、日本人や日本語が話せるスタッフがいるのでとても安心でした。 フロントは3F、他のホテルもフロア違いでありました。ホテルというよりコンドミニアムっぽい作り。 1F入口には警備室あり。 出たらすぐにコンビニや、屋台がたくさんあります。その先には国際市場、反対側にはチャガルチ市場、歩いて約10分には地下からも地上からもロッテ百貨店に行けます。 駅出口からは約3分ほどでした。 アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、タオル、バスタオル、ドライヤー。 バスローブや歯ブラシ、スリッパはなし。 シャワーとトイレはガラス扉があるのでよかったです。 部屋にウォーターサーバーがありました。 部屋のコンセントは韓国のが枕元に2、USB2です。私が泊まった部屋は釜山の港が見えるビューで夜景がステキでした。 オススメします！

地理位置很好，樓下就有很多小店，從地鐵站5號出口走三分鐘就到，交通很方便。

별도 유료주차해야 한다는점 외에 모두 좋습니다

地下鉄とバス買い物は全部良い場所でした。ホテルも静かで良いですが部屋が狭くて！今度からはちょっと広い部屋にします

We have a wonderful view on the city and sea! It was beautiful both at night and in the morning. We were happy to receive help from friendly staff.

The property is good for 1 night. It was not easy to find the entrance, and it was quite cold in the room.

立地も良く清潔で、快適に過ごせました。部屋には大きな冷蔵庫や冷凍庫もあり冷温水器まで、あったので水にも困りませんでした。 フロントの方も親切で、また利用したいと思いました。高いビルなのでエレベーターがなかなか来ないところだけ残念でしたがそれ以外はとても良かったです。

Good position, very clean. Loved the water dispenser in the room.

The room is smaller than we thought, and the view was not on the sea as expected. It would be good for the breakfast to be a continental one: we would have added it in that case.

The location was very central to all food markets and was very convenient to access the main street that had all the shops and convenience stores.

The signage to the entrance was not really clear. Staff could improve on helpfulness regarding attractions near by and how to get to attractions from the hotel.

You could not use the washing machine even though it is featured in some pictures. Had to go to laundry service.

浴室中有浴缸可以使用～而且冰箱也很大，空間又是可以讓我們3人可以好好整理行李箱的～真的覺得很棒👍 樓下就有便利商店和小攤販，附近也有很多餐廳可以吃～宵夜也沒問題喔！！ 交通與生活機能都很棒❤️

繁華街と港が近くが近く交通も良かった。

The bed does not feel comfortable. The pillows are too high and therefore the sleep quality is a bit terrible.

The location of the accomodation is really good. It's possible to easily navigate to any part of Busan, and it's located just 15 minutes away by subway from Busan station. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean.

There's a picture of a sign to the coin laundry what implies that there is one. There is no coin laundry and, although I stayed for a month and there was a machine in the room, I wasn't allowed to use it.

Quiet, clean, good location

The room is very clean and seem like newly renovated. Fridge is very big and can have street view from window. It like small apartment with kitchen. It is walking distance from subway station and easy to take intercity bus. The location also convinent to go night market and food street. Value for money for the location, facility and cleanliness level.

Have kitchen and washer but it can't be used for short stay guests. Some of the near by shops seem like >18++ rated haha. Not to request extra mineral water and towels as will have additional charges.
