A very good place to stay. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. We had a great stay and everything was just as expected. Highly recommended!

The cleaning lady was nice and the landlord was nice.

Not as advertised with the pictures. Supposed to have a pullout bed not so much. No trash bags or soap for the kitchen area. About 15 minutes from the tourist area. Close to the main/big Souk which was okay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was good

We requested the property for an hour early check in , but was rejected . And the host has told us to come after 15: 00 , so we arrived at 15:30 , but the property wasn’t ready , everything was in mess and still an engineer was working to fix AC and then the host asked us to come after 18:00 and we did so, but still engineer was working. And also ,we didn’t had hot water for 24 hours and the next day again an engineer come do fix the water.So , during our stay we didn’t have privacy in the property, because more of the time someone was there.It was what we experienced. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. I was travelling with my family, including three children and an elderly parent, so having suitable accommodation and reliable support was especially important to us. Before arrival, we were told there was air conditioning in each room, but when we arrived, we found that the air conditioning was only in the living room. This was a significant issue for us and one of the concerns we raised. The property did eventually provide two fans, but by that stage it felt like too little, too late and it did not resolve the main issue. We tried repeatedly to get support from the property, but communication was poor and our concerns were not properly resolved. At one point, three members of our family ended up having to sleep in the living room, which was not what we expected from the booking. We also received a WhatsApp message from the property that we felt was rude and dismissive. Rather than taking ownership of the situation, it felt as though the issues were being pushed back onto us, which only added to our disappointment. In the end, because the issues remained unresolved, we had no option but to leave the property early and pay for alternative accommodation elsewhere. I want to make it clear that Khadija, who was helping locally, was polite and worked hard. Our disappointment was with the management of the property and the lack of effective communication and support. For me, a great host is not simply someone who is helpful when everything is going well. A great host shows up when things are not going well, listens to the guest, takes responsibility and does everything possible to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Booking.com also contacted the property on our behalf and gave them a deadline to respond, but we have still not received a satisfactory resolution from the property. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at this property.

L’appartement est joli et confortable, bien situé à côté du Souk et à proximité de restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Très bien pour 2 personnes mais contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif de l’appartement il n’y a pas de canapé lit mais un pauvre matelas de 5 cm d’épaisseur qui traîne dans un coin et qu’il faudrait déposer à moitié sur le canapé d’angle pour avoir un couchage supplémentaire… nous avons donc laissé le matelas par terre dans la chambre, et avons dû demander une paire de draps supplémentaires. Pour le propriétaire des lieux il semblait évident que 3 personnes dorment dans un lit double!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, Khadija est adorable et ses petits déjeuners marocains délicieux. Le logement est spacieux, joli, typique , confortable et bien climatisé. La proximité du Souk (200m) est top et la plage n'est qu'à 2.5kms, cela se fait très bien à pieds en moins de 30 min, la température est idéale (petit air marin agréable, juste éviter le plein soleil).

Par contre, petites remarques pour améliorer le confort quant au matériel, un étendoir pour faire sécher nos serviettes de toilettes ou maillots de bain ou encore un balai/serpillière (dans un placard) ou notices pour utilisation du four, etc seraient appréciés. De plus, la cuvette des toilettes était cassée, elle devait être remplacée mais cela n'a pas été fait....

L' emplacement, idéal pour faire le souk. Le logement est atypique car en étages et très grand. Il y a même une terrasse. Literie confortable. Clip ok dans chaque piece.

Nous avions informé de notre arrivée et le logement ' était pas prêt. Nous avions un rdv après et nous avons été très en retard. Nous nous sommes rendu compte que la personne qui s'occupe du logement est rentrée pendant notre absence. Nous avions convenu d une heure de petit déjeuner qu elle n' a pas respecté. Il faut savoir quelle prépare le petit déjeuner dans la cuisine du logement, c est assez particulier. Elle a voulu rentrer dans le logement pour nous préparer le petit déjeuner sans frapper. Cette manière d' être intrusif et de ne pas respecter les horaires m a beaucoup dérangée. Je n' ai jamais vécu cela pendant mes autres hébergements au Maroc. En apparence le logement est joli,mais les couverts étaient sales, il n y a avait pas les produits d hygiène indiqué. Pas de tapis de douche, pas de porte serviettes... Pour 1 nuit ok mais je ne serai pas resté plus. Petit déjeuner plutôt moyen comparé à tous les autres que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour. C est dommage car il y a un beau potentiel.

L’appartement est parfait, l’endroit est top, on est proche de tout ! Khadija est parfaite ! Le petit déjeuner est typique marocain et super copieux ! Elle a plein de conseils et d’adresses à Agadir ! Je recommande vivement !! 10/10

A simpatia e disponibilidade da Kadhija que preparava todos os dias um pequeno almoço maravilhoso e era sempre muito amável connosco.

Algumas questões com limpeza nomeadamente talheres sujos, tapete de casa de banho sujo que foi necessário pedir para trocar. Para além disso a nossa experiência foi marcado por algumas falavas nomeadamente um dia sem eletricidade e dois sem água quente, o que acabou por se tornar um ponto negativo da nossa experiência em específico

Khadija est exceptionnelle, elle gère absolument tout toute seule et a quand même toujours le sourire. Problème de canalisations à notre arrivée, pas d eau, elle a géré le problème rapidement...,le deuxième jour, pas d eau chaude, elle a aussi réglé le problème rapidement et toujours avec le sourire. Khadija est attentionnée, compréhensive et très professionnelle.

Le propriétaire,qui m envoie un message pour me demander de mettre une bonne évaluation, alors que nous avions les plombiers dans le logement pour remettre l eau chaude, ( l intervention a duré plusieurs heures), Pas professionnel du tout! J aurai préféré qu'il m envoie un message pour s excuser du dérangement! Si j ai mis de bonnes notes c est uniquement pour le dévouement de son employée Khadija.

Świetne miejsce! Do dyspozycji mieliśmy trzypoziomowy apartament z kilkoma łazienkami, w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, klimatyzacją oraz tarasem widokowym na dachu. Khadija przygotowywała dla nas codziennie pyszne śniadania, a ostatniego wieczoru ugotowała wyśmienitą, tradycyjną kolację. To niezwykle miła i pomocna osoba, która błyskawicznie reagowała na każdą naszą prośbę. ​Doskonała baza wypadowa, bo w pobliżu znajduje się największy targ w Agadirze, a mimo to okolica jest cicha i bezpieczna. Bez problemu i bez obaw zostawialiśmy przed obiektem wynajęty samochód. Gorąco polecamy!

Le propriétaire est très réactif et sait répondre a toutes nos demandes et question de façon honnête et détaillée. La maison est très bien située à 2 pas du souk. Khadija est serviable et a un carnet d’adresse digne d’un ministre. Merci à eux deux. Je recommande ce logement car en plus il est à distance de marché raisonnable de la plage même avec des enfants.

The apartment was comfortable for a short stay and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important during the hot weather. The location is very convenient. It is only about a 10-minute walk to Souk El Had, with supermarkets, vegetable shops, and food stores nearby, making it easy to buy anything you need. The apartment was clean, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Khadija is a very loyal, caring, and dedicated host who genuinely looks after the property and her guests. She personally welcomed us on arrival. She responded to our messages very quickly. On our first night, we realised there were not enough blankets and pillows for the three of us. Even though it was late, Khadija came promptly and brought an extra blanket and pillow for my daughter. She made excellent Moroccan tea. In addition, she recommended a reliable taxi driver for our airport transfer.

A few small improvements would make the apartment feel even more comfortable and homely: Provide newer pillows, quilts, bed sheets, and extra blankets or folding bed. Include shampoo,and shower gel in the bathroom. Keep dish soap in the kitchen. Add an iron and ironing board for guests. Install a wall clock. Place simple instructions in English and French explaining how to use the sliding window shutters, as they are not obvious to first-time visitors. Repair the sliding wardrobe door, which was not working properly in our apartment.

Bij aankomst werden we goed ontvangen. Het appartement was erg schoon en goed ingericht. We hadden alles tot beschikking en er werd goed voor ons gezorgd. Bij alle vragen konden we terecht bij de host. We werden goed geholpen en ze gaf ons ook goed hulp bij het bijboeken van een extra dag. Het ontbijt was echt lekker elke ochtend, wat zelfgemaakt was. De woning werd goed onderhouden en dat was echt te zien ook.

Era súper cerca del Soko y teníamos tienda para comprar agua y demás muy cerca. La zona es muy tranquila y no se escucha ningún ruido. Tiene aire acondicionado y eso facilita mucho el sueño en días muy calurosos

Fuimos con un bebé de 21 meses y no se le tenía en cuenta para nada. Ni en el desayuno (al menos poner un pan de más), además, se solicitó cuna, se aceptó y no nos la pusieron por lo que durmió todas las noches en la cama conmigo y no tenía toalla para bañarse. Nos dieron un papel higiénico para 4 personas en 4 días.

Muy buena propiedad, limpia, céntrica y muy práctica. Khadija, fantástica anfitriona, servicial y simpática que prepara unos desayunos ideales. Muy bien y recomendable.

Le logement est très grand et confortable. Khadija vient chaque jour nous apporter le petit déjeuner. Elle est très gentille et serviable. On sent qu'elle a à cœur que notre séjour se passe bien. Situé à deux pas du souk el had, le quartier est calme.

Bij onze aankomst stond Khadija ons op te wachten aan het appartement, we kregen van haar de sleutel en alle nodige uitleg. Khadija kwam iedere ochtend op het afgesproken tijdstip een lekker Marokkaans ontbijt klaarmaken. Khadija was heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar via WhatsApp, we konden haar alles vragen. De locatie is op 2 minuten wandelen van Souk El Had en kwartiertje van de zee. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn vlot bereikbaar vanuit de accommodatie.

Marokkanen ontbijten wat later dan wij gewoon zijn, als je een georganiseerde daguitstap plant, hier dus best rekening mee houden, want ontbijt voor 9u was niet mogelijk in de accommodatie. Maar in ons favoriete restaurant om de hoek kon je wel reeds vanaf 7u ontbijten (heel goedkoop), dus probleem opgelost :-)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very clean and has a Moroccan feel to it. We were very happy with the cooking facilities and the assistance from Khadija. She kept the place extremely clean and served us a lovely breakfast every morning. The apartment is very close to the Souk El Had for all your shopping needs. The air-con and free wifi were an added bonus.

We cannot fault this apartment as we like to have a self-catering option and a fridge. Some people might think it is too far from the beach which is a 30 minute walk but we love to walk so this was not a problem for us. There are also lots of taxis available so really not an issue. It is also convenient for the Souk which is huge. Supermarkets are also within walking distance.

Le quartier est pas comme je l’imaginais c’est vrai que c’est calme mais au début j’étais pas trop sereine dans le quartier, ça allait un peu mieux après. Aussi, pas de chaînes locales ou étrangères sur la télé, seulement du streaming, pas top pour suivre les matchs de coupe du monde. J’aurais apprécié le fait de trouver une bouteille d’eau en arrivant parce que l’eau du robinet est salée.

Wat een fantastische ervaring! Ons verblijf in dit appartement in Agadir heeft werkelijk al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Vanaf het allereerste moment voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Echt álles was tot in de puntjes perfect geregeld. Het appartement zelf was prachtig: super schoon, modern, comfortabel en gezellig ingericht. De locatie was ideaal om Agadir te ontdekken, en het ontbrak ons werkelijk aan niets. Maar wat ons verblijf écht onvergetelijk maakte, was de fantastische vrouw die elke ochtend ons ontbijt verzorgde. Zij verdient rasecht een gouden medaille! Elke ochtend toverde ze de meest heerlijke, verse en gevarieerde gerechten op tafel. Haar warme glimlach, gastvrijheid en zorgzaamheid gaven ons echt een thuisgevoel. Je proeft de liefde in haar kookkunst! Als je op zoek bent naar de perfecte plek in Agadir, zoek dan niet verder. Dit is een absolute aanrader en wij komen hier honderd procent zeker weer terug. Bedankt voor alles!

The place was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and a very spacious bathroom. The sofa bed was a little firm, but if you don’t mind that, it shouldn’t be an issue. Communication with the host was easy and smooth throughout our stay. Overall, it offered excellent value for the price we paid, and the breakfast was a lovely bonus. There was a lot of storage space for our clothes. The surroundings were very calm. The window shades were excellent and the early morning light didn’t wake us up. Thank you again for having us 💜

We didn’t have a toilet paper and had to ask for it, then it was given to us promptly. Another inconvenience was the fact that there was no soap for the dishes so we couldn’t clean them properly. Also it would be a nice idea to add shower gel and shampoo to the bathroom as we had to buy it ourselves eventually and I think it would make the stay more comfortable if it was provided.

Location: great location, just across the Souk Al had, quiet residential area. Easy access to souk, taxis, we took taxis to the beach but realised easy 25min walk with family took us to beach too. Host and lady who looks after are well informed and very helpful.

This particular apartment doesn't have access to rooftop and has one shower, so that might put someone off, see options in their suites before booking. Overall no complaints

Było za mało sztućców, Byliśmy w 6 osób a były tylko 4 widelce i 3 łyżeczki, ale daliśmy radę. To nie są sprawy, którymi należy się przejmować.

Établissement propre, bien équipé et conforme à l’annonce. A deux pas du souk ! Khadija fait un super petit-déjeuner et est au petits soins pour les hôtes !

L'emplacement. Mais attention vous êtes juste à côté de la mosquée. Donc à 5h du matin.....

Kadija, qui s'occupe de l'accueil, du ménage, du petit déjeuner, des services si besoin, s'évertue à rendre le logement convivial. Mais nous avons trouvé un logement dépourvu de vie, comme aseptisé. Pas une chaise, pas un cintre, pas de sel/ poivre/ huile/ sucre/ capsules de café/ savon ou shampoing. Dans les placards : le vide. Dans la description il faut mentionner que le premier étage n'a aucun accès à un balcon ou une terrasse. Qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle. Bref une logement propre mais sans âme ! Équipé économique et ça se voit !

Toutes les informations nécessaires au préalable par le propriétaire avec localisation de l'appartement ont été rassurantes. L'accueil chaleureux et le petit-déjeuner gentiment préparé par Khadija (une perle !). La décoration alliant modernité et le côté traditionnel Tamazigh est splendide ! La literie est très confortable. L'appartement est très grand avec toutes les commodités (terrasse avec table et chaises au dernier étage très appréciable). La situation géographique près du grand Souk avec passage fréquent des taxis. J'avais l'impression d'être chez moi.

Apartament położony blisko największego targowiska Afryki. Czysto i wygodnie. Miła obsługa. Komunikacja w języku angielskim. Komfortowo wyposażony. Są naczynia, czajnik, kuchnia gazowa itp - można samemu przyrządzić posiłek. W nocy cicho. Klima i tv działa. Wygodne łóżka. Cisza w nocy.

Łazienka jest OK ale można by było trochę ją odświerzyć.

Piękne i przestronne mieszkanie, w którym jest wszystko co potrzebne. Świetna lokalizacja. Khadija robi przepyszne śniadania i jest bardzo pomocna. Polecam!

Nice and clean apartment. Very spacious and value for money. Brahim the owner was very helpful and polite. Always answered my queries. Hotel Right next to the bazaar. Taxi drive away to all other tourist locations so hotel not near the hustle and bustle which we liked. Its more of a house than hotel. Khadija the cleaner lady was great and wonderful although sometimes there were communication issues but thats everywhere you go. Would 100% recommend if you want somewhere to sleep/breakfast and then away for the day. Nice little corner shop for your drinks and general items. Thank you to Brahim and Khadija. 😉

Nothing really to be honest. Everything was great! My only niggle would be that Breakfast was delicious but personally not enough for our group.

Apartament jest bardzo czysty, w dobrej lokalizacji, jak na zdjęciu. Blisko przystanek autobusowy, bazar, restauracje. Pani zajmująca się obiektem przemiła. Jedzenie pyszne, na zakończenie pobytu dostaliśmy pożegnalną kolację. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Traditional breakfast included by Khadija. Msemmen, omlette, bread, honey, oil and amlou, all served with some mint tea. Very close to Souk El Had.

El alojamiento es precioso. Es todo nuevo. Estaba todo muy muy limpio. La chica que nos atendió muy amable. Los desayunos de 10. Y un día nos hizo cus cus para cenar, sin cobrarnos nada. Está al lado del zoco. Que merece una visita. El zoco más grande y ordenado k he visto en Marruecos.

It has a taste of luxury

The manager and the owner! They send before check other people to see the appartment! The stuff was very rude and they explained us 100x that we should be quiet! We booked it because of the rooftop and at the end there was no one! Really unprofessional!

The apartment is really big, very clean and in a great location, especially for the Souk El Had. It's about a 40 minute walk to the beach. The housekeeper Khajida was fantastic, she brought in a fabulous Moroccan breakfast every morning and even made a vegetarian tagine for us on our last night. She deserves 10/10!

The reason for not giving 10/10 is that the apartment has a slightly unfinished feel. There are no wardrobes or even hooks from which to hang clothes or towels, so not ideal. The whole upper floor is still under construction and the area shown in the photos as a fenced roof terrace with table and chairs, is just a high walled drying area, which was a big disappointment, as we were looking forward to being able to sit out.

Les odeurs dans les SDB L’heure du petit déjeuner prévu à 09h00 mais toujours avec 30 à 40 minutes de retard , de plus le jour du départ , pas de petit dej alors que Kadija nous avait affirmé nous le préparer la veille , le thé n’était pas chaud Attention, si vs vs garez devant l’appartement , méfiez vous pour partir car beaucoup se garent dans les autres rues de façons anarchiques, et c’est un euphémisme

Persönliche Betreuung von Khadija, Sie hat immer geholfen, egal ob Taxi, Kaffee Kapsel oder Müllbeutel. Das Frühstück war besonders lecker. Das hatten wir alles nicht so erwartet. Wir waren nur für drei Tage zu Dritt im Erdgeschoss in einer Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Alles Top ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Es war sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen wieder inschallah. Merci !!!!

Die Eingangstür das Schloss klemmt etwas und ist ein bisschen gewöhnung bedürftig, .

Le logement manque d'équipement comme par exemple 1 poubelle dans la salle de bain, pas de portant pour accrocher ses vêtements ou serviettes. 1 WC pour 6 personnes et en plus dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner très léger et sans café. Le café nous a été apporté avec un supplément.

Khedija was really nice and provided delicious breakfast every morning. She also got us taxi for the airport. Apartment is comfortable and located close to the souk.

Bathrooms have a strong smell from the sewer.

Fenêtre de la chambre qu on a pas pu fermer de la semaine , donc bruit le matin a partir de 5h50 tous les jours + serrure de la porte d entrée cassée mais khadija a réparée rapidement.

Das war wirklich unsere beste Unterkunft jemals. Unser Flug hatte sehr viel Verspätung und trotzdem wurden wir mit so viel Geduld und Freundlichkeit empfangen obwohl es mitten in der Nacht war. Es ist ein bezauberndes Appartment, alles ist neu, blitzsauber und wohlriechend. Die Betten super bequem, wunderschöne Beleuchtung. Am Morgen wurden wir mit einem traumhaften Frühstück mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen und Crepes und frischen Rührei begrüßt. Diese Unterkunft ist das beste was euch in Agadir empfangen kann! 12 von 10 Sterne!!!

Super miejscówka, przestronny salon idealny do wieczornych rozmów. Czysty i klimatyczny apartament. Pyszne śniadania i pomocna gospodyni.

A wonderful place in a very convenient location. The apartment is extremely comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated in a Moroccan style, with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring great rest. A special highlight was the delicious breakfast prepared on-site by Khadija. We highly recommend this place!

La Khadija, nous a procuré un bon service et un bon petit déjeuner et elle a la note d'un 10.

Les condicions de l'apartement ne son pas de 10. Il y a seulement un wc pour 4 personnes. Il n'y a ni cintres dans les salles de bain ni dans les chambres. Les salles de bain son dépourvues de poubelles. Le lit, pourtant présenté comme un lit « king size », c'est en réalité petit, car le matelas est insuffisant. Enfin, pour couronner le tout, il n'y a ni balai ni pelle pour netoyer le sol. Une pièce a été inondée et la peinture du plafond s'écaillait par endroits à cause de l'humidité de la pluie. Par conséquent, nous estimons que l'appartement mérite la note de 7.

hospodyně Khadija o nas dobře pecovala, její snídaně byly dobré a vždy se nám snažila pomoci.
