Nice modern hotel, good facilities and layout. Very convenient for Epic Universe and the other Universal Parks. The rooms are a good size and well laid out. The pool and hot tub are a great feature after a day in the parks.

The hotel reception area is a bit sterile and does not have enough comfortable seating. The cafe area can get too full, with insufficient tables at busy times. Food is not cheap in the hotel and the Starbucks was quite costly too.

Que no incluyeran nada en la habitación, ni siquiera agua de cortesía. Tampoco me gusto que no incluyeran desayuno, aunque fuese algo sencillo.

Es todo muy nuevo. La zona de la piscina es muy bonita, súper familiar. Muy silencioso. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas y el personal muy agradable. El estacionamiento es pago

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) Brand new, stunningly designed, and the perfect stay in Orlando! Universal's Terra Luna Resort is easily one of the absolute best spots to stay in Orlando. Everything in the hotel is brand new, and the futuristic design in the lobby and throughout the property makes you feel like you just stepped onto a spaceship. What made our stay incredible: - Prime Location: Super convenient—obviously ultra-close to Universal, but also very central and easy to get to all the other main attractions around Orlando. - Rooms & Views: The rooms are fresh, modern, comfy, and top-tier. We got a room with an amazing view overlooking Epic Universe—seeing the park right out our window was such a huge bonus! - Park Perks & Shuttles: Early Park Admission saved us so much time, especially at Epic Universe. The shuttle service is smooth and fast—you’re at the park gates in about 5 minutes (with easy shuttles to the other parks too). They also have a super helpful desk for buying park tickets and planning your days, plus a convenient luggage storage area. - Food & Pool Area: The pool area is huge, spotless, and great for unwinding. The food on-site was delicious, and a $300 resort credit we received covered all of our meals during the trip! Bottom Line: Amazing value for the price, incredible theme, top-notch service, and maximum convenience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Orlando!

A quick tip for improvement: Housekeeping is currently scheduled every other day. If daily room cleaning were offered, it would take the experience from great to absolute perfection!

Rooms were very clean property. Well kept perfect location for what we went for. Great breakfast at the Cafe.

Die vier Parks sind ideall mit den Busen, die regelmäßig fahren, erreichbar. Sehr modernes Hotel und gemütliche Zimmer. Sehr angenehm ist der Starbuck in der Lobby. Sehr schöner und großer Pool.

Die Zimmerreinigung hat nicht funktioniert. In zehn Tagen wurde das Zimmer nur zwei mal gereinigt.

Hôtel neuf à proximité du parc Epic. Chambre très confortable, grande et belle! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bus fréquent vers Epic et les autres parcs. Très bon food court. Aussi bien que d’autres hôtel plus haut de gamme

Trajet un rien long vers les anciens parcs (20min plus ou moins selon la circulation)…. Surtout intéressant pour Epic… mais complètement faisable et pratique malgré tout vu la quantité et la fréquence des bus

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. Lo que más nos gustó fue la comodidad que ofrece el hotel: todo está pensado para que la experiencia sea práctica y relajada. El transporte hacia los parques fue muy eficiente, el personal siempre fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar, y las instalaciones estaban impecables.

Nous avons séjourné à 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 14 ans au Terra Luna Resort et nous avons été entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour. L'hôtel est neuf, moderne et très bien entretenu. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable pour nous trois et nous avons eu une très belle vue sur la piscine. Le plus gros avantage est la navette gratuite vers les parcs Universal, qui passe environ toutes les 10 minutes. C'est extrêmement pratique et permet de rejoindre les parcs rapidement sans utiliser la voiture. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la présence d'un Guest Services Universal directement dans le hall de l'hôtel. Nous avions fait une erreur lors de l'achat de nos billets pour les parcs et le problème a été résolu immédiatement sur place par le personnel Universal, sans avoir à nous déplacer. C'est un véritable plus. La piscine est grande et agréable, le bar est parfait pour se détendre en fin de journée et les espaces communs sont modernes et accueillants. Le parking est pratique, l'accès à l'hôtel est facile et le personnel est très souriant et serviable. Même avec un anglais limité, nous avons toujours réussi à nous faire comprendre sans difficulté. En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité-prix, un hôtel moderne avec de nombreux services et un emplacement idéal pour profiter des parcs Universal. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

It is a very nice hotel with everything that you need for a good stay, very close to Epic Universe, which was the park we were visiting, with free shuttles to that park and to the other universal parks

O hotel é muito bom. Fui para um congresso que ficava ao lado e consegui aproveitar os parques (o hotel oferecia transporte para as 2 atividades). O quarto era confortável, espaçoso e bem climatizado. A estrutura do hotel tbm era ótima, com uma piscina grande que ficava aberta até tarde. Pontos positivos extras: recebe encomendas da Amazon (uma taxa de 5 dólares bem ok), tem filtro de água e gelo no corredor dos quartos, entrada antes nos parques.

As opções do restaurante para café e jantar são um tanto limitadas para quem fica por mais de 10 dias (acaba enjoando). Também a função de a limpeza não ser diária (mas nada demais).

Cafe/food market in hotel is ridiculously expensive. 8usd for water??? It is very cheeky of them to not put prices on things in the market. Parking fee should be included as price per stay is not cheap already.

Great hotel, very modern, awesome pool and gym, food was brilliant, Staff on reception were super helpful, especially after I forgot to bring my ID, very patient, Friendly and understanding.

Very noisy at night, people slamming doors till early hours of the morning so I didn't get a great sleep, makes me question if I would stay again, Also the walls are very thin which is disappointing considering the look and feel of the hotel.

Beautiful new building, super clean, comfy room and bed. Super kind staff. Good breakfast. We forgot the Lady’s name from the reception (she was from Venezuela), but she was really really kind and helpful.

El hotel está hermoso y nuevo. Le dan muy buen mantenimiento y todos los empleados son muy amables. El área de la alberca es muy cómoda y agradable, cuenta con tina de hidromasaje. Tienen salvavidas durante el tiempo que permanece la alberca abierta. Muy útil y oportuno el servicio de transporte a los parques.

La cafetería tiene poca variedad y los alimentos son caros y no es buena la relación calidad-precio. La cafetera de la habitación nunca sirvió, solicitamos otra y nunca nos la llevaron. Hacen servicio a las habitaciones un día sí y otro no, el problema es que no te lo informan claramente. El estacionamiento es caro.
