Jól felszerelt,könnyen bejutottunk az appartmanba,már másodszor voltunk.Nagyon tiszta.

Az ágyat középre tenném, hogy kényelmesen lehessen lefeküdni, a Tv-t a falra és jó lenne,műsor is.😀

I stayed there for only one night and got it for a very good price, around €50. The hotel was easy to reach, and parking was convenient.

For roughly double the price, you can book a four star hotel in Malmö city center, which is actually what I did for the following night. The bed was extremely small and uncomfortable, and everything in the room felt very cramped, including the bathroom. Considering the overall experience, this definitely wouldn’t be my choice for my next trip.

Jammer dat we niet buiten konden zitten, alwas er wel plek in de tuin. Helaas stond daar wel veel rommel in. Geen mooi aangezicht als je aankomt.

Großes Appartement mit Küchenzeile und modernem Badezimmer in extrem ruhiger Lage. Bushaltestelle in Richtung Zentrum 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Appartement ist gemütlich, mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Matratze ist weich aber bequem. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert. Check in und aus über eine Schlüsselbox mit Code.

Lots of food delivery options using the Foodora app to toss location so great if you don’t fancy going out, but there’s a shop less than 10 minutes up the road A really cute little place to stay, would use again!

Das Zimmer war gut, alles war vorhanden, wie es beschrieben war.

Das Badezimmer hatte etwas muffig gerochen.

Rent och välstädat, där fanns allt man behövde. Lugnt och bra läge med parkering utanför dörren.

Gute Anbindung und sehr sehr gute Ausstattung. Alles was man sich vorstellen könnte.

Die Lage war super da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, konnte man überall schnell hin.

Die Unterkunft müsste dringend renoviert werden. Das Bad muss dringend richtig sauber gemacht werden, und die Matratze + Topper haben so viele Flecken dass sie dringend entsorgt werden müssen. Wir haben uns echt erschrocken. Zudem sind die Unterkünfte in 3 kleinen Vorbauten aus Holz wo das Apartment neben uns gerade saniert werden musste aufgrund eines Wasserrohrbruches was dazu führte, dass auch unser Hauseingang eher einer großen unordentlichen Baustelle ähnelte, als das es zum wohlfühlen geeignet wäre. Zudem war tagtäglich auch an Sonn & Feiertagen immer Baulärm. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunftsküche war auch sehr schlecht, es gab z.B. nur 2 Teller, die Kochtöpfe waren auch verschmutzt und es fehlte überhaupt an Kochbesteck um sich Essen zubereiten zu können. Wir sind eher enttäuscht und erschrocken über die Unsauberkeit bzw. dass man dort noch jemanden übernachten lässt.

The location is close to the bus stop and the neighbourhood is quiet and nice. The apartment is small, but it is enough for short stays.

There were many surfaces in the apartment with a lot of dust on them. It could use a bit more cleaning. Also, unfortunately, there were some bugs on the floor. That was not pleasant at all.

O estúdio está muito bem localizado, fica próximo das paragens de autocarro que nos levam ao centro da cidade e supermercados. Além disso oferece conforto para uma estadia de alguns dias e boas sugestões de locais a visitar em Malmö.

Alguns utensílios que teriam sido úteis não estavam em condições razoáveis, como o caso do forno. Recomendaríamos também a adição de uma cortina de banho no chuveiro.

De locatie was heel fijn. Onderdeel van het woonhuis in een rustige buitenwijk. Eigen ingang met sleutelkastje en auto kan recht voor de accommodatie worden geparkeerd. Bushalte op korte afstand en dan ben je zo in het centrum. Niet ver van supermarkt en tankstation. Studio is heel compleet. Host was goed bereikbaar. Ik was bijvoorbeeld op zoek naar kussenslopen voor de extra kussens die er lagen. Die werden na een appje meteen gebracht. Het was koud dus we konden een extra verwarming gebruiken. Goede wifi en Netflix. Wij hebben 2 nachten genoten

Het is inderdaad af en toe een beetje gehorig, maar dat vonden wij niet storend. Je zit niet in een hotel, maar bij mensen thuis en daar is de prijs ook naar. Het bed was mij iets te zacht, maar mijn man vindt dat heerlijk.

Sessiz ve sakin bir mahalledeydi. Gürültüden uzaktık ve şehir merkezine giden otobüs durağına da yakındı. İnternet bağlantısı hızlıydı ve akıllı tv iyi çalışıyordu. Mutfak kısmının olanakları (tabak, tencere, kahve makinesi vb) iyiydi.

Fotoğraflarda çift kişilik bir koltuk görünüyordu ama odada daha küçük tek kişilik bir koltuk vardı. Mutfak kısmında çay vardı fakat kahve yoktu. Banyo havluları biraz küçük ve inceydi. Ev sahibinden ekstra havlu ve ısıtıcı istedik ve sağladığı için teşekkür ederiz.

Het matras was echt heel erg doorgezakt. Er waren geen handdoeken en er hangt ook geen douchegordijn. Het rook ook muf binnen.

The accommodation was very good overall. The room was warm during winter and well heated, which made the stay comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen; the only thing missing is an oven. The room is beautiful and spacious, suitable for two people (I stayed alone). The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The location is a bit far from the city center — about 15 minutes by car (I’m not sure about public transport). However, the area is clean and quiet, and there are many gas stations, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, which makes everything easy and convenient

We liked the apartment. It is a cozy and chic apartment, only good for two people. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: kitchen utensils, household appliances, a very comfortable bed and of course Netflix. The hosts gave us a lot of written information about what we can visit in the area but also what we can eat and where. Those tips were very helpful. Also check in was very easy. simple and without complications. We recommend it.

Echt van alle gemakken voorzien, oven, wasmachine, magnetron. Klein en knus verblijf met parkeerplek echt voor de deur.

Het is een houten huisje dus je hoort heel veel.

Wir sind total begeistert. Das Appartement ist liebevoll, gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Die Lage ist top. Ruhig, mit dem Bus ca 7 Minuten in die Stadt. Großartig. Supermarkt, Pizzeria, Park usw. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Didi ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, super nett , zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich "wie zu Hause" gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Clean, cozy, well equiped. While it's not in a central location, we actually preferred it! The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and green, offering a peaceful retreat. We easily explored Malmö by renting bikes, which was a breeze as we could safely store them in the accommodation's yard. We really enjoyed our stay.

The owner was very nice She communicated well

It is located under their living quarters .They were very loud upstairs. You could hear every footstep. The mattress is very soft Too soft for me but that is just a matter of preference It was too hot to sleep. I think it is common to not have air conditioning in Sweden though. It was a hot day and the room just couldn't cool off with the windows open and the door open. She cannot control the weather of course, but it was a miserable night The neighborhood is very active, so, not quiet. None of these things are the hosts fault, just letting future guests know what to expect.

Die Matratze ist sehr weich. Wer gerne weich schläft ist dort super aufgehoben.

it’s in a quite community, the place is clean and comfortable, almost all things needed for daily life is provided

i only have a single-person sofa, not the one for couple in the picture and and it would be better if there is a small lamp next to the sofa. also the tower doesn’t feel too clean as there are some color stain on it, maybe it is time to change a new one?

There was free chocolate. My wife loved them and took all!!

The area very quiet but very well served by transport. Proximity to the coop supermarket. The equipment of the apartment is great (washing machine, dishwasher). And the owners are very helpful and kind

Everything was very good

Quaint and quiet family neighborhood barely outside the city. Some very nice parks and walks to be had. Not very conveniently located but close enough to take a cheap cab or bus. Personal preferences. Great price!

It got rather cold inside during winter even with the heater all the way up. The windows are older and lets in air. The studio is a part of their home, with an upstairs above, and they have children so you will hear/smell all that comes with that. I didn’t mind, but it’s important to note for others.

Looks even better than the pictures and the bed is unbelievably comfy! Very soft, bouncy mattress. Has everything you need and is well-connected to the city via bus. In a lovely quiet area. It was a lovely slice of Swedish life. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
