Eine Wunderbare Familie! Das Homestay ist wunderbar gelegen und man ist mit dem Grab oder Roller schnell überall. Die Familie ist super nett und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Egal ob Wäschewaschen, Zimmer aufräumen, Touren organisieren oder spät essen 😅 es war immer mit einem aufrichtigen Lächeln möglich. Wir haben und sehr sehr wohl gefühlt!

Todo perfecto, desde las instalaciones, el baño, la limpieza los dormitorios y el personal amable y atento en todo momento para hacerte sentir como en casa. He extendido mi estancia, el trato es extremadamente amable y familiar. La zona me parece perfecta dado que estás en el pecientro de todo lo que se puede visitar. La piscina ideal para poder relajarte y refrescar despues de todo un dia de visitas en los alrededores.

The owner was very kind and helpful with all of our requests (motorbike, taxi to Hanoi). The room itself was spacious, clean, A/C worked well and was quiet, shower was hot, wifi worked well. The property is right on a little river with the most beautiful backdrop of the limestone karsts. I recommend staying here if you are visiting Trang An!

In assoluto il posto più bello in Vietnam in cui ho soggiornato. La camera è ampia, spaziosa, bella, PULITISSIMA! La famiglia che la gestisce inizia a pulire gli ambienti comuni già alle 6 del mattino (visto con i miei occhi) e addirittura puliscono quotidianamente le sedie a dondolo. La struttura sembra nuova. C’è una piscina ben pulita, come tutto del resto. Il posto è direttamente sul fiume, davvero affascinante. Cibo decisamente buono (molto meglio che nei ristoranti). anche se non parlano inglese grazie a Google translate siamo riusciti a capirci senza problemi. Come la maggior parte dei vietnamiti la famiglia è di una gentilezza squisita. Servizio lavanderia. Camminando per 20 minuti arrivi al punto in cui puoi farti il giro nel fiume con le barchette e dove c’è l’ATM. Un ospite mi ha detto che grab non funziona sempre ma quando mi è servito ha funzionato.

Internet in camera non funziona quindi se qualcuno deve lavorare potrebbe avere problemi perché deve stare negli spazi comuni.

The rooms are super clean and nice, and they have great AC, which is pretty awesome after a day in Ninh Binh. The hostess and staff were all extremely sweet and kind, and even helped us deal with a really stressful event that came up. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Tôi đánh giá là tuyệt vời với giá tiền hợp lý. Bữa sáng đầy đủ món như cơm + mỳ xào + thịt + xúc xích + trứng + món tráng miệng đầy đủ + nước ép cam .

The staff were so lovely and helpful, we arrived at 4:00 am and still managed to get into our room which was amazing. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm and it had a large area outside of the bathroom for bags which helped. The hotel is clean and in a good location to get around.

The only thing I would recommend is getting a motorbike because there’s not a lot within walking distance.

4-Bett dormitory ist schon mal gut! Hatte ich für 2 Nächte für mich alleine. Großes WC/Bad mit heißem Wasser. Frühstück Standard. Pool ist super,wenn das Wetter passt. Ruhige Lage, zu Fuß zum Trang An Bootsanleger in 15 Minuten oder mit Grab um 15 000Dong. Bus nach Hanoi wurde organisiert von der Besitzerin. Gutes Restaurant dort und einige in naher Umgebung

Von einer sehr freundlichen Familie geführt, die einem gerne jederzeit behilflich ist. Sollte es um Buchungen von Bussen oder Ratschlägen zu Unternehmungen gehen auch das inklusive Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Betten bequem und das Badezimmer sauber

Liegt etwas außerhalb, aber für mich genau richtig, dass dadurch etwas ruhiger war. Außerdem ist mit dem Scooter alles problemlos zu erreichen. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sogar ausgesprochen nah.

It feels great to be in this place, cozy vibes, very clean and organised and the food they cook and serve is amazing! Perfect location. I walked to Trang An Boat Station from there. Breakfast was good. They have many options to chose from. They turned on the AC to heat the room because it was super cold when I arrived. Clean and tidy. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Izredno zadovoljna sva bila z nastanitvijo. Popoln pobeg iz hrupa v mirno okolje, obdano z riževimi polji in hribi. Absolutno najboljša izkušnja v več kot 30 dneh potepanja po Vietnamu. Nastanitev je približno 10 km oddaljena od Ninh Binha, zato je potreben prevoz (najboljša izbira je najem motorja), vendar je v bližini več znamenitosti, ki si jih je res vredno ogledati. Sobe so obrnjene stran od ceste, z zelo privatno teraso in vrtnim pohištvom. Gostiteljica je izjemno prijazna in odlično kuha, zajtrki pa so bili izvrstni. Toplo priporočava vsem, ki iščejo mir in zasebnost. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

J’ai beaucoup aimé la nourriture et surtout l’extrême gentillesse de la dame qui tient l’établissement.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning also heated the room, which was necessary in December. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, and our host organised scooter rental and bus transfers. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The family who runs this pretty little homestay are lovely. I messed up with renewing my local sim's data plan and they spent an hour of their day trying to fix it for me! I guarantee they will help you with anything you need. Food is fine - beds super comfy - nice quiet street. Just 1km from gorgeous Trang An lake! Everything else is easily accessible by motorbike. Grab is surprisingly easy to get - this place is basically 15 minutes drive from town.

Such a serene place. Clean and large room. Staff was tough to track down at first but super friendly and helpful. Have us some homemade treats on our way out as we waited for our pick up.

They advertised that we can pay by card but only took cash. Luckily we had cash but for such a large amount, prefer to pay by card, especially since no real atms nearby.

Had an absolutely wonderful two night stay here! The owner is so kind and helpful, and she makes an amazing big breakfast! Bikes to use and a great location, super peaceful to wake up here and still close to popular sights! Definitely recommend, they are a lovely family :)

A wonderful place to relax and see the local sites. Pleasant walks, and they also supply bicycles free for use. The flat terrain makes cycling easy. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Very nice meals. Highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Leute sind sehr nett und Aufmerksam. Sie helfen bei Fragen und Anliegen. Eine ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser. Das Zimmer und Badzimmer war sauber. Fahrrad- und Motorradverleih vor Ort möglich. In der nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants die auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar sind.

Haber elegido una habitación compartida para cuatro personas y estar sólo todos los días. Si buscas tranquilidad y calma, lejos del bullicio de Tam Coc éste es un buen lugar para ello.

Entiendo que sea temporada baja, pero llegué el primer día, pedí una cerveza y me la tomé caliente porque tenían la nevera desenchufada. La enchufaron y, al rato, pude tomar una cerveza fría. Lo peor es que al día siguiente volvía a estar desenchufada! Al otro día bajé a las 8 a desayunar(el desayuno era, supuestamente, hasta las 9:30) y la dueña no estaba. Me tocó ir a tomar café a otro homestay cercano. Por la tarde llegué sobre las 18 y fui a ducharme, pero no había agua. Se lo dije a la dueña y me dijo que esperara media hora. A las 22 me cansé de esperar por el agua, después de decírselo dos veces más, y me fui a la cama sin duchar. Sin duda el peor arroz que me he comido en Vietnam en dos semanas. Barato? Sí Pero pienso que por muy poquito más hubiera estado muchísimo mejor en otro lugar

Really nice lady who runs everything. I stayed in the dorm and was alone for 5 nights! Really clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, nice pool. The location requires a motorbike, which was what I wanted, though you could ride a bike (free) or walk to the Trang An boats. Overall a great experience and I'd recommend it

Amazing woman! She helped me with everything I asked for. The food and portion size were also very good. I used their scooter rental which was cheap and there was nothing to complain about. The location is perfect, quiet place but right next to An Trang lake and not far from the Mua Cave viewpoint.

A very modern homestay in Ninh Binh, which felt very much like a standard hotel. I enjoyed the big room, the swimming pool and mostly being in the middle of a very beautiful area - which would be true for basically all of Ninh Binh. There was a good breakfast too, although I didn't realize this was included for my first day. If you like to walk, there are a lot of touristic places accessible by walking one or two kilometers. Good restaurants nearby for all budgets. The staff were also very accommodating. I arrived super early, and they couldn't provide a room for me immediately, but kept my luggage while I went exploring.

The huge windows are nice, but the only way to not be seen from outside if to close the heavy curtains. It would be nice to have another option. The location of the hotel is, at this date, not available on the Grab app. It is however easy to find a taxi to bring you there. This place isn't as central as others depending on what you want to do in Ninh Binh, but if you're looking for a chill place, it's perfect.

Highly recommend staying here. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm. The rooms were spotless. Matreswas very comfy and clean pillows and bedding. There is lockable storage under the beds. The beds also had privacy curtains. The swimming pool was amazing and cooled us off after a long cycle ride. We are travelling by bicycle and our bikes were secure at night. A great choice for breakfast, which was included in the price. We stuck to a traditional Vietnamese breakfast of Pho. The owners are so friendly and don't stop smiling .

Everything was good here, the room and bathroom are clean, tidy and nice, breakfast was not exceptional but still good and tasty. The surrounding area is beautiful as well. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain really and I would gladly stay here again if I come back to this area!

The location was a bit far from main tam coc area. This could be a plus if you like to get out of the hustle, and there are bikes available for hire.

Great little homestay in Trang An. The host is a wonderful woman who really goes out of her way to make you feel at home. She has an adorable family with lots of fun and energetic children running around and helping with the restaurant. I had a wonderful stay.

While there are motorbikes you can rent out, I had to go into town for fuel as there was none at the property. Other than that, wonderful stay.

Spent 5 days in Ninh Binh at this lovely homestay. Very friendly, helpful owner who arrange scooter hire and did super quick laundry. Lovely quiet location to stay, very relaxed with nice clean pool. But close enough to visit the main tourist areas.

From the moment we arrived for our 7 night stay, our hosts were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, they were kind, helpful & very obliging. Our room was spacious & comfortable. The food was authentic homestyle Vietnamese. They did our washing for a small fee & it was washed ,& dried in no time. I asked for it to be washed in cold water..no trouble. On our last day, we were being picked up at 5.30pm, and they allowed us to leave our bags with them while we went out for the day & then we hung out around the pool area till dinner & pick up. There is a language barrier easily overcome with Google translator for more difficult conversations. The location is ideal for Trang An boat station, (walking distance) , the ancient capital, Am Thien Lake, Tam Coc, Hang Mua, Hoa Lu old town, the bear rescue, Endangered Primate centre, turtle rescue & Coc Phoung national forest & other attractions. Grab is an easy & cheap way to get around the area, or you can use a free bike. There are other restaurants & a small mini-mart about a kilometre away that carries a good range of products. The owner there is lovely too. I'd highly recommend this homestay to anyone wanting to stay away from the crowds.

The best place for the money. You are in a calm neighborhood a bit away from the rest of tourists in Ninh binh. Staff lady is superfriendly and beds are surprisingly good.

Everything was amazing. The homestay is so confortable, and cozy that's why I stayed for Almost 2 weeks. The owners are Very Kind and Lovely. The food and prices are good also. I REALLY enjoyed my stay, was just hard to leave. I Recomend!!

We were only supposed to stay for 2 nights but ended up extending for a week. I fell ill while there and the host was amazing and brought me lots of herbal/lemon & ginger teas and was so lovely the entire time. The room was super comfortable and the views out the window were amazing.

Room was very huge, very spacious and really clean. Getting to the Trang An boat rides is around a 15 minute walk from the homestay. Trang A village has a good number of food options (we went to mom’s kitchen a couple of times). Staff were friendly and helped us organise a taxi to the train station the following morning
