Everything else. Old furniture, old appliances, rattling floor-standing air conditioners with spilled plastic bottles for condensation. One small coffee spoon. The washing machine, dishwasher, and dishwasher smell bad and need cleaning. The two heating units are missing control knobs, and when it's 35 degrees outside, They get hot and can't be turned off. There was no shower gel in one bathroom, so I had to buy some.

Estava calor e apesar de haver ventoinhas e ar condicionados portáteis, não são muito eficazes e fazem algum ruído para serem usados a noite toda.

Em cada quarto tem um ar condicionado portátil com extração pela janela. Só funcionam no máximo, o que faz muito barulho e é inconveniente ter as janelas abertas!

L'emplacement dans les nouveaux quartiers est génial! A 5mn de l'aquarium. Le long du tracé une longue promenade où l'on respire... le calme après le vieux lisbonne... bref, parfait!

El aire acondicionado se compone de un aparato portátil en el salón y las habitaciones solo tienen ventilador eléctrico. Llegamos en plena ola de calor y la primera noche fue difícil conciliar el sueño ya que el piso parecía un horno y el aparato del salón no era suficiente ni siquiera para el salón…

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Spacious, spotless, comfortable, great location to explore Parque das Nações. Easy to find, amazing to have garage parking available. Lovely to walk along the nearby waterfront, nice selection of places for a drink, dinner. Would definitely choose this booking again. Would love to visit the Oceanário de Lisboa which is a short walk away, so coming back again soon (we live in Portugal) is on our list.
Because we only stayed only one night, we didn't bring kitchen provisions, and while coffee and bottled water were available, would have been nice to have tea, decaf coffee (could have been in the mix of capsules, but couldn't tell). But if we were staying longer, we certainly would have done our own shopping, so that's not really an issue, and no other problems to mention.

The windows are too thin ( but it's a quiet area) and one of the bedroom is in front of two streetlights, which was a little bit disturbing for sleeping.

Mal indiqué sur le site booking car nous souhaitions un hôtel avec petit déjeuner compris et non un appartement. La personne ne parlait pas du tout en français donc Très compliqué de se faire comprendre et donc de pouvoir prendre possession de l'appartement. Je pense que lorsque on loue des appartements il faut au minimum parler plusieurs langues. Nous avons trouvé notre logement grâce à une personne qui habite le logement.

Inoltre dispone di un ampio posto macchina in garage coperto, che per noi era fondamentale per custodire le due moto. Tutto perfetto!! E’ situato fuori dal centro storico di Lisbona, zona tranquilla e piacevole. A pochi metri, sulla riva del Tago, ci sono diversi locali dove mangiare. Host super disponibile

As orientações referente a garagem estavam mal redigidas, bem como relativo ao funcionamento do apartamento. Quando contatados não sabiam falar nem português e nem inglês, dificultando a comunicação. Porém no dia do chek out enviaram mensagem em português insinuando que fosse realizado antes das 11 da manhã para procederem com a limpeza. Em relação custo benefício recomendo para os próximos interessados procurarem um hotel. Não recomendo este imóvel.

Mutfak eşyası azdı (kaşık, çatal vs.) Temizleme için düzenli olarak her gün gelinse daha güzel olurdu onun yerine mesaj atıp bildirmeniz gerekiyor. Bunun dışında hiçbir sorunumuz olmadı, tamamen harika bir tatil geçirdik. Kesinlikle öneririm

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Very well situated a few minutes away from the sea side, main station oriente - which takes you in a few minutes to airport or historic center. Very calm A lot of place and well equiped. Manager was very nice. Wish we could stay more.
If you have a lot of bagages you will need a 15-20 minutes walk to appartement from Oriente. You may prefer a Uber for the transfer then.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Está bem localizado, longe da confusão mas de acesso rápido. Muito confortável, sossegado. Com lugar de garagem privado e acesso pelo interior do edifício. Exposição solar muito boa. Ideal para uma família. Ou 2 casais, mesmo com crianças. A limpeza e a quantidade de acessórios de cozinha.
A impossibilidade de colocar AC exterior obriga a usar AC portátil. No inverno não há problema pois tem aquecimento. Mas em dias muito quentes é pena não ser climatizado. Não vi a situação como problema, mas é o único ponto menos positivo.

It advertises air conditioning. There was only a window unit in the living room area that cannot cool off the bedrooms. It is not conducive to leaving windows open at night for noise and safety.

O alojamento é espaçoso, camas grandes e confortáveis. É um T2, e um dos quartos tem WC privativo. Possui ar condicionado portátil, sempre pode ajudar a refrescar em dias quentes, mas não chegamos a precisar de usar. Sala grande, com comodidades e TV com muitos canais e WiFi gratuito. Cozinha completa, não chegamos a utilizar. Excelente é ter um lugar de garagem, sempre temos onde deixar o veículo e estar descansado, e não ter custos com o estacionamento visto não existirem parques de estacionamento gratuitos na zona. A responsável foi sempre muito prestável e comunicativa.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Nous avons tout aimé. Le cadre, l'emplacement la qualité d'accueil, la propreté, le logement est parfait pour notre famille. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé et un lit d'appoint et tout avait été parfaitement préparé en amont pour nos enfants. L'accueil fut parfait. Il y avait tout de prévu pour notre famille, même des mouchoirs, pinces à linge, du café, les ustensiles de cuisine, etc. Nous avons pu faire une machine et étendre notre linge (une de nos filles avait été malade en voiture). La terrasse est agréable et situé plein sud. La Wifi gratuit, la TV pour les enfants fut parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les climatisations mobiles car à Lisbonne il fait chaud et l'appartement est bien situé plein sud. Nous avons vraiment tout aimé. Un grand merci, nous relouerons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine sur une plus longue durée et conseillerons à des amis.
