Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Très beau bâtiment ancien, décoré avec goût, bien situé pour les visites. Patio intérieur magnifique. Chambres vastes et confortables, avec une bonne literie. Salle de bain très spacieuse et bien équipée. Personnel très serviable et agréable : le réceptionniste, notamment, nous a accompagnés à moto jusqu'à l'arrêt du bus pour Bikaner et n'est parti que lorsque nous avons été pris en charge.
Débit d'eau très faible (douche), et doute sur la sécurité de l'installation électrique. NB : sur ces deux points, il ne s'agit que d'un constat. Il est possible que les problèmes évoqués concernent toute la localité et pas seulement l'établissement.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026A gorgeous, historic and well maintained family-run Haveli in the centre of Mandawa. The room is well decorated and clean, everything worked. The building is such an eye-candy of its own, and is accessible by car (thus loading and unloading the luggage was not an issue). The owner was very generous to host us with tea after the checkout, while we await for the pickup by car. We only stayed there for 1 night but would’ve love to stay longer.
The aircon could get quite noisy during sleeping hours (we stayed in August) but we could cope with suppressed operation no prob.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026A beautifully restored Haveli around 250 years old located centrally in a quiet location with very spacious and clean rooms. The place is stunning and the heritage is well preserved. Rooms are beautifully decorated, have a good hot shower and WIFI with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and the onsite food served at their restaurant was also very good. Staff also had a lot of local knowledge and always happy to share it. Ongoing transport was also arranged through the hotel and went very smoothly. Location wise its near ATM's shops, restaurants, transport and the town itself is great to have a walk around...so much history. For a change in food types, visit the nearby Paawana Café and Kitchen restaurant.
I understand the building is old but as a suggestion only, please adjust/fix the doors to the room we stayed in, they scrapped on the floor making them a little harder to close.

Très grandes chambres (nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir en voir plusieurs et de choisir les nôtres). Accueil extrêmement sympathique et tout le personnel, sans exception, est au petit soin pour vous. Petit-déjeuner et dîner à ne pas rater. Tout est excellent ! Un vrai coup de cœur au cours de notre circuit à travers le Rajasthan.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026The staff was hospitable and willing to help you with everything. They checked with me for my arrival, welcomed me well and even treated me to a breakfast on the house on the last day of my stay.
The second day of my stay, the hotel received more than its usual number of guests and some of them were noisy. Moreover, the chair covers and the quilts were slightly dirty. The room and bathroom could have had more white light.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026After 24h of traveling non-stop, this haveli was everything I could have wished for and more. Om was kind enough to show me multiple rooms and allow me to choose my favourite. It was quite late when I got there, yet dinner was ready for me in a heartbeat. It was the perfect place to land after two flights and a 6-hour drive and I felt super safe as a female solo traveler.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Magnificent haveli hotel, the inner sanctum leaves you amazed. We stayed in one of the original rooms on the ground floor. It was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating, breakfast included was great and meals in the restaurant pretty good. All in all a highly recommended place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Tout est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable et répondre à chaque demande. Il faisait très froid durant notre séjour et ils nous ont donné un radiateur. On a pu choisir notre chambre, choix difficile car elles sont toutes très belles. Je recommande vivement ! »

La qualité du service est excellente, mais c'est surtout l'amabilité incroyable du personnel qui fait toute la différence. Ils sont chaleureux, attentionnés et vous font sentir comme à la maison. Un séjour magique que je recommande les yeux fermés.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025Séjourner dans une haveli au coeur de la ville de Mandawa. Chambre simple mais spacieuse. Personnel avenant et attentif. Le restaurant sert une cuisine familiale de qualité.
Le climatiseur de la chambre était trop bruyant et on a dû l'arrêter pour pouvoir dormir. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, en proposant des oeufs par exemple.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Nous avons adoré passer une nuit dans ce lieu authentique. Le propriétaire du haveli nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Le diner était excellent et le petit déjeuner très copieux.
Le haveli gagnerait a être un peu rafraîchi. La structure qui couvre la cour intérieure gâche quelque peu la beauté du lieu.

I also want to name our guide 'Mubarik' who is very energetic and knowlegable. Botht he property and the guide made our visit memorable. Staying in such a historic Haveli was a exciting experience. Reviewed Oct 19, 2025This is a large heritage haveli which has beautiful high ceilings and wonderful painted walls. The rooms we stayed in were huge with huge bathrooms. The breakfast was generous and nice and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
The floors were a bit dusty and it needed another bathmat because the bathroom was so huge. It was also hard to find which light switches turned off various lights. More centralised and less switches would be better

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Beautifully decorated old haveli right in the middle of Mandawa town, close to shops. The hotel restaurant served Indian cuisine, not overpriced and tasty. The entrance hall has a real wow-factor and we could choose between three rooms, all were very spacious.
The bedding was not clean, I had a pillowcase with stains. The AC was extremely loud and smelled moldy, under the water boiler there were loose cables. The toast I got for breakfast had moldy edges. No free guide for the town, other than advertised. In general the hotel seemed to miss a little TLC and was overpriced compared to other havelis we stayed in.

La pulizia non era al top, soprattutto degli asciugamani.

Stanze molto belle, letti comodi e un'infinità di particolari antichi e ricercati! Personale simpatico e gentile, colazione giusta per noi italiani, pane burro marmellata frutta cereali.
L'unica nota un poco negativa sono i bagni un po' vecchiotti e decadenti

Der freundliche Besitzer und seine Mitarbeiter haben uns aber zwischen 7 Zimmern auswählen lassen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alle anderen Havelis sind sehr nah. Alle sind sehr freundlich.

Abbiamo preso una stanza per 3 persone e ci hanno lasciato scegliere se volevamo quella con un letto extra o quella familiare più grande, per lo stesso prezzo. Bagno molto pulito, anche la stanza molto pulita e super spaziosa. Colazione top!! Frutta cereali latte pane marmellata ecc ecc molto ricca! Abbiamo speso 40€ per tre persone compreso di letto extra e colazione. Con anche regalino finale di saluto piccolo souvenir :) Grazie!! A presto! Namaste 🙏🏻

Reviewed Jul 13, 2025L’haveli est d’une grande beauté. Les chambres et l’hôtel vous plongent dans le faste d’antan. La literie est très bien et le personnel est très bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner proposé (continental) est copieux et de qualité. L’hôtel est très bien situé ; très proche des points touristiques . Parfait.
