The room we booked is better in person than in pictures. It is spacious and clean.

The sound of the AC in the room is bearable, however in the bathroom, its vibration is uncomfortable.

The location, cleanliness and staff are all superb.

The aircon should be more cooler in one of the rooms we stayed.

I like that the property is near at the pier and very accessible.

Shower could improve. The lighting is too dimmed. and the smell at the kitchen area, could be from the plumbing or from the bugs.

L'emplacement pour se rendre aux 100 islands est idéal. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Une cuisine est présente et fonctionnelle. Le personnel est très sympathique.

L'insonorisation est inexistante le long d'une route passante. Nous avons très mal dormi. A l'extérieur, nous ne nous entendions même pas parler en raison du bruit des motos sans pot d'échappement dans la rue. La cuisine est commune et les autres locataires y laissaient leur vaisselle sale dans l'évier, leurs poubelles, s'appropriaient tout l'espace. Et la vaisselle était sale. Dommage qu'il y ait ce manque de savoir-vivre en communauté. Pour la première fois en 6 mois de voyage, nous avons quitté notre logement plus tôt que prévu. Nous y sommes tombés le weekend de l'élection Miss Hundred Islands, ce qui n'a certainement pas aidé.

The place was very basic, but clean and tidy. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. . Highly recommend her for special mention

Everything was fine only issue that you can't control was the noise level from.the main road . . Any issues we had were resolved.

The rooms were spacious enough to occupy our big family. There was also water heater which is great since we use hot shower always. The staff was very accomodating and helped us also with the registration in our boat tour in the Island. There's a 7/11 store and small convenience stores near the guesthouse which helped us a lot to buy some of our needs since the market. The guesthouse was also just 3-5mins walk away from the park

I was expecting a larger refrigerator for us to store our food since we are a big family and the market is 25mins away from the guesthouse. And it is quite noisy since the guesthouse is along the highway, but nevertheless our stay was still good because we could cook our food and use the kitchen utensils for free. So not bad after all. Our overall stay was still great 😃

Near to hundred island

vhauschild is the perfect place to stay in alaminos if you want to travel to the hundred islands. the best part of our stay there is how helpful and accommodating the staffs are. sobrang bait and palaging naka check if we are ok.

The place is spacious and it is closed to the wharf, only for a walked. The host and staff provide everything we need. Kitchen utensils, stove, tables and chairs. It's memorable moments with family.

nothing to say that i dislike because they accommodate us even we arrived before time of check-in. The price is very affordable.

Very nice place for families, malawak, you can cook, may mga plates and cups na, rooms are nice, esp bathroom kasi clean and malawak, please inform them if you'll arrive late, kind and friendly staff

Weak water supply in our room

I had to ask for the kitchen stuff which was a hassle for both parties but Ate Sha was very quick to respond. No AC in the main living space.

Everything was good except the water supply in the upper rooms was quite slow especially during shower time.

We stayed in this transient room for one night with my family. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the wharf, which was very convenient for us. The owner was prompt in communication, and we were informed that either of two ladies would be there to accommodate us upon arrival, which was helpful. The room was equipped with toiletries and towels, which we appreciated.

However, we did notice a couple of issues. The toilet wasn’t as clean as expected—perhaps because the room hadn’t been used for a while. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy and didn’t seem sufficient for the size of the room.

The location and staff was the best.

The aircon was not that cold and the water supply was too slow and low.

Very near to 100 Islands, we just walk from the property to Alaminos port for 6minutes.

No water heater for shower. Have to shower though its cold.

The rooms are spacious; the kitchen feature is good; cooking saves money; parking is good for two cars; you can have more than 6 people to accommodate.

The light at the front of the house wasn't working. It was a bit of inconvenience because we did our cooking at night. So we were using flush light to cook.

The Hosts are very hospitable and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The location of the place is great since it is just 3-5 mins walking distance to the Hundred Islands, souvenir shops and restaurants.

The room was a good size for 4 of us. It had a fridge and a fabulous veranda. We used the kitchen for main meals. It is close to the ward and island excursions. The staff are very kind and helpful to all our needs.

The property is on the main road and there is a lot of traffic noise from early in the morning until late.

Sharon the caretaker was very accommodating. She made sure we are comfortable and helped us with everything we need. She even helped us with booking a tour.

There was a miscommunication when we checked in. The owner weren't able to communicate to the caretaker about our booking so the property was not immediately available when we got there. No answer on the phone numbers provided and we had to figure out how to get in. Luckily there was a neighbor who helped us contact the caretaker. It was late in the night and we were looking forward to rest after a long drive. Very inconvenient.

The place is very accessible to everywhere specially from the beach. Best service and assistance ever.

Wish theres a ceiling fan in the kitchen upstairs and towels Atleast it all bathrooms..

The property is along the road which make it very accessible and it is near the tourist destination.

Just that the stairs are a little too steep.

The place is near the wharf , and the staff are welcoming. All in all its superb and very nice to stay there we will definitely check in again once we go back.

My only comment are the cats we love eating outside the veranda for fresh air , and my kids are not used to having animals roaming around while eating, dont get me wrong , we have asthma thats why we dont have animals at home.

Location is very near to the dock area. Host was accommodating and easy to deal with. Room was clean.

Water pressure was very low in the 2nd floor. I never tried the shower but I doubt it would work given the water pressure. Aircon was under sized with the room size. I think it was just 0.5 to 0.75 HP. You'll be needing to turn on the wall fan to be more comfortable.

There is a smell coming under the sink like a sewage canal and small cabinet and needing s in the other room to put clothes if possible.

Great location - few minutes of walking to the port. I like the open floor area and balconies for guests, with possibility to boil a water or cook rice. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of that place and staff's helpfulness. I believe it was a great value for money.

Friendly and helpful housekeepers, helping us to book a boat tour and renting a scooter . Possibility to cook your own meal (we bought fresh fish from the fishermen coming in at the port and cooked it here)

No hot water for shower. Housekeeper had to boil water and gave it to us so we could mix it with cold water in a bucket.

There was no breakfast in the package which I understand - we brought our own food. The location is great, just a short walk from the wharf where you could book your hundred island hopping tour. The resto foods are not as good in Manila but as pricey in Manila (e.g. Maxine is so over rated).

The extremely horrible sound of the rattling thin roof (that serves as cover in-between the 2 flat roofs) in the terrace fronting the room where we stayed gave us a sleepless night. It was stormy 2-day stay, even if there are no storms the roof cladding continues to rattle when the wind blows like there is a demolition going on. It so unfortunate that we proceeded with our out of town trip thinking that typhoon will recede by next day so we could book the Hundred Islands tour but it did not happen, we were forced to stay in the room but we cant sleep and rest due to that irritating sound. It would be best to reinforce that piece of Thin sheet of "yero" or use thicker "yero" to muffle that horrible sound. All I remember from this Alaminos trip is that excruciating sound.

Good quality sheets and pillows, comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower room with sink and hangers. Toiletries are available such as tissue paper, shampoo and liquid bath soap. Easy access of kitchen where you can cook and use utensils for free. There's a balcony too with table and chairs if you want to see the sunrise. AC is fine. Television and mini refrigerator are working fine. Lights are good. Main door and screen door both have locks for security. Only 3 minutes walk to Lucap wharf. There are sari sari stores and other street foods nearby which is good. Tricycle terminal is at the front of the property which is very accessible when we want to go to city or other beaches. 250 pesos to bolo beach and 80 pesos to the city. Free wifi is okay. Staffs and owner are very accommodating. You can check-in before the 12:00 pm actual check-in! 💙

Bathroom doorknob is not working at times, an electrical tape around it and a bit of logic make it works, but it is fine since we don't really need to close the bathroom door when doing something at the sink, only when one of us is taking a bath.
