Everything as advertised, great price and location

Amazing, extremely clean apartment in amazing place

There was a problem with WiFi in the apartment

Great location

Shutter to balcony broken so we couldn’t use balcony. No toilet paper. Shampoo bottle empty. Bed very uncomfortable. Springs were almost coming out.

The apartment itself was quite nice and the location was very convenient. Overall, it had good potential for a comfortable stay, and there were several things I genuinely liked about it.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to several issues with the apartment and the lack of proper support. The biggest problem was the balcony. The roller shutter was not working, which effectively made the balcony inaccessible. I contacted the property about the issue, but there was no proper technical support available. Despite reporting the problem, it was never fixed during my stay. This was particularly frustrating because the balcony was one of the features I expected to be able to use. Another major issue was the lack of natural daylight inside the apartment. Because of the situation with the shutter and the apartment itself, there was very little daylight, which made the space feel dark and uncomfortable during the day. There was also no drying rack or suitable place to dry clothes, which is a fairly basic amenity for this type of accommodation, especially for guests staying for more than just one night. Cleanliness was also below expectations. The apartment was relatively dirty in several areas and did not feel as though it had been thoroughly cleaned before check-in. Most noticeably, the ventilation system/grilles were heavily clogged with dust. This is something that should be checked and cleaned regularly, and seeing such a significant accumulation of dust gave a generally poor impression of the apartment’s maintenance. What made these problems worse was the lack of responsive technical support. Problems can happen in any apartment, and I understand that, but when something important does not work, I expect the host or management to provide a solution within a reasonable time. In this case, I reported the broken balcony shutter, but the issue remained unresolved for the duration of my stay.

Very nice apartment at city centar

Location and how it looks

Great location!

The air condition was not working. The balcony door was not closing properly and there was some noise.

The property is at perfect location, near the city centre and all the touristy places.

Unfortunately, the easy access to the heart of Thessaloniki, makes it impossible to park if you are with car. For sure you have to look in advance to book a place at private parking /around 20€ per day/. When it comes to the hosting property, during our stay there was no hot water, nor hygiene supplies such as soap etc.

Great location. The apartment was clean and quite. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had an amazing stay here. Highly recommended!

Konum çok iyi

Yastık yetersiz

Great location and nice apartment, for a short stay its perfect, easy access to the keys regardless of tim e of arrival, definitely would book again!

If you plan a longer stay, keep in mind that the kitchen has a few items only

Excellent location.

The apartment is too small for 2 people. There were no furniture at all at the balcony, not even a chair. In addition the ceramic hob didn't work and the building is in a bad shape and quite dirty.

Localização e comodidade

O chuveiro foi um problema. A água quente não funcionou durante a minha estadia

Pretty Central Location

Wasn’t really clean. As someone with a dust allergy, it was a rough night. The dust filter in the bathroom was visibly covered in dust. The mattress was also pretty worn out and sagging.

One thing that I did enjoy was the location of the city centre.

It wasn't very clean. They had dirty towels, and the mattress on the bed was disgusting. Also, the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly.

itan telio kai aneto

Lokasyon ve çamaşır makinesi olması güzeldi

Balkonda sandalye yoktu, internet asla çekmiyordu, ve temizlik servisleri yetersizdi

Locație din împrejurimi

Zgomotul, probleme cu apa calda, curățenie insuficientă.etc..

The location

Hygiene was poor. The trash from the previous guests wasn't thrown away and there was no wi-fi connection.

Great location. Modern facilities. Very clean. Washing machine, WiFi and Greek Tv.

Difficult to find as no number on door. Owners difficult to get through to so anxious about getting access.

The location was good.

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was disappointing. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable from the beginning. The towels provided were dirty, the mattress was of poor quality and very uncomfortable, and the shower gel/shampoo bottle was empty upon arrival. In addition, the bathroom lacked proper space or hooks to hang towels, which was inconvenient during our stay. Another issue was that only one roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire 5-day stay, which was clearly insufficient. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and level of preparation did not meet the standards we expected from a property listed on Booking.com. We hope the owners take this feedback seriously and improve the experience for future guests.

- The wifi didn't work. We told it to the host, they promised to fix, but they didn't. - We requested a few pots, they promised to bring, but they didn't. - It was challenging to turn on hot water.

I was very disappointed with this apartment. The photos on Booking did not reflect the real condition of the place at all. When we arrived, the apartment was not as clean as expected and it felt poorly maintained. Several things in the apartment were either old, uncomfortable, or not working properly, which made the stay quite unpleasant. The bed was in particularly bad condition and not suitable for sleeping comfortably. Communication with the host was also not very helpful when we raised some of these issues. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid or the expectations created by the listing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

It is close to the city center, for one night or a shorter stay it is a good stay, and very clean

Problem: first, there is no parking, second, a lot of noise, very bad windows, no sound insulation
