Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The spa facilities were wonderful and relaxing, the decor across the whole hotel was lovely and peaceful.
There was a lack of enforcement of pool etiquette which meant children were using the indoor pool with no swimwear, jumping in loudly and not following the rules. There was no staff around to enforce these rules.

The desk in the room was tiny and position at the bottom of the bed was awkward. Toilet seat was low, strange, felt like kids toilet hahaha.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026I loved the modern contemporary interior design of this beautiful 4 star hotel, and it's within a great location too. Our Innside room was spacious and very comfortable. Our mini bar in the room was restocked daily with water and fruit juices which was complementary. I loved the welcome written message left in the room upon arrival in the room and the complementary biscuits, made me feel welcomed and special. We enjoyed the various areas/spaces to relax and unwind. Breakfast was included in the daily rate and was satisfying. Each staff member we encountered was pleasant, helpful and respectful. We will definately be staying here, when visiting Braga again. I really Highly recommend this hotel.

Muy buena ubicación y un trato exquisito. Lástima no haber probado su piscina y spa q me ofrecieron tb. Minibar incluido tb. Lo tiene todo. Lo recomiendo.
Los vasos del wc sin sellar herméticamente en plástico. En pocos hoteles los tienen.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Zentrales Hotel, mit zweckmäßigen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal. Frühstück war okay für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Zimmer schön, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Ziemlich kleines Bad. Waschtisch außerhalb des Bades finde ich persönlich nervig, weil man den anderen weckt beim Fertigmachen. Keine ausreichende Lüftung in Toilette/Dusche (kein Fenster). Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und hatten keine Zeit die anderen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Massage, Schwimmbad, etc. zu testen. Sah aber gut aus. Haben in der Bar eine Kleinigkeit gegessen und getrunken, das war nett und gut. Die Tiefgarage mit € 15,50 war gut.
Ein Kofferständer wenigstens wäre schön, auch wenn ich nicht wüsste wo er in dem Zimmer Platz hätte.

Os serviços em si não funcionam bem, os funcionários na sua maioria não sabem fazer gestão de reclamações, faltam amenities básicas que não existem no hotel ou as poucas que têm à disposição são a pagar. O restaurante funciona mal e os artigos não têm qualidade nem cuidado de confecção

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Un hôtel très beau visuellement (le spa et la piscine extérieure sont superbes) mais gâché par de gros problèmes pratiques et un service décevant
Zéro service de base : Pas de serviettes ni de peignoirs au spa ou à la salle de sport, et rien n'est précisé au check-in (il faut réclamer les serviettes à l'accueil, et ils n'ont pas de peignoirs, et nul par où ranger ces affaires dans le spa). Chambre incomplète : Pas de repose-bagage ni de miroir en pied Petit-déjeuner décevant : 100% industriel et servi dans une salle beaucoup trop exiguë. Mention spéciale pour les serveurs qui s'empressent de débarrasser sans demander, couverts compris, et qui soufflent ou lèvent les yeux au ciel quand on leur redemande une cuillère. Un bel écrin sur Instagram, mais les prestations ne suivent pas. Dommage !

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Excelente localização, design muito interessante com vários pormenores que acabam por fazer a diferença na decoração. A cama era otima, o quarto confortável com minibar de cortesia. Pequeno almoço muito completo, com várias opções disponíveis.
O parque de estacionamento não é privativo, e é pago mesmo para hóspedes sem qualquer redução na tarifa.

No quarto ao tomar banho o polivã não isola bem e a casa de banho inunda com água.

la piscine que l'on découvre vers 17h envahie par les américains avec des bouteilles et des assiettes vides ou pleines de déchets empilées partout sur les tables basses et sous les transats (relief d'un mariage ou avez vous osé un service repas autour de la piscine ) qui auraient du etre evacuées par votre service rapidement; sinon ce n'est pas de votre faute si les américains parlent aussi fort, vous 'etes en rien responsable Le sauna a 60°c copieusement benit par chaque entrant, çe n'est pas cela , le hamann à 70° non plus mais les usagers ont du passer leur temps a entrer sortir: merci de mettre des mode d'emploi clair pour les nuls sur les porte d'entrée desolé je suis français , on cultive la critique constructive dès la naissance ;)
