Nice, clean and a homely feeling. Perfect if you want a first short stage on the camino from porto.

No place close by to by any fruits, drinks or food but breakfast was realy good and dinner was also great so it was okej

This place just felt like coming home! Isobel is such an amazing host and she made dinner for all of us to enjoy (which was delicious by the way). The place feels like you're visiting a friend and I met the nicest people here, because we were with such a small group. Honestly couldn't recommend it more!!

It is a cosy place, perfect for a rest after walking the Camino. The owner was very nice, welcoming and had a lovely home cooked dinner.

A wonderful place to stay on the Camino. The hosts were incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming, and they made us feel completely at home. Their warm hospitality made our first day on the Camino even more special. The house was comfortable, peaceful, and full of warmth. We will always remember our stay with gratitude. Not allowed to take your rucksack to your room

The house is lovely and tastefully decorated. Isabella is charming, an excellent cook and so welcoming. She provided her phone number in case I needed anything and was so receptive to texts!

There were some minute repairs in the house that could have made the experience better such as the handle of the bathroom door and the small toilet. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The pilgrim dinner was one of the best I had on my Camino. The back garden and living room were both lovely areas to rest and spend time with other pilgrims.

There is only one shower available. I had to wait in a queue to shower at the end of my long day of walking.

What a beautiful place to stay and Issabell could not have been more kind. I chose to have the meal and it was outstanding. The properties, gorgeous the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. Everything a pilgrim needs and more!

Isabelle is awesome! She loves chatting & sharing stories with the Pilgrims. She even made a birthday cake for one in the group.

Das Haus hat sehr viel authentischen Charme und ist sehr schön gestaltet. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und sehr wohl. Es war sehr sauber und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Drumherum ist nicht viel los, aber als Zwischenstopp auf meiner Pilgerreise war es ideal.

Alles super. Evtl könnten die Schränke im Flur etwas größer sein, damit man seinen Rucksack problemlos reinstellen kann. Der darf nämlich nicht mit aufs Zimmer, was ich aus Hygienegründen sehr gut finde!

Nice meal in the evening which was a good introduction to life on the Camino on my first day.

It's a hostel.

The house was bathed in natural light, they provided sheets at a small cost and it was decorated beautifully. The dinner was delicious and there were vegetarian/vegan options. They provided snacks, beer and wine as well as some little items you may need

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen! Die Besitzerin ist super lieb & hat am Abend für alle gekocht, es war sehr lecker, vor allen das selbstgemachte Eis! 😍

Leider hatte ich über meinem Bett Schimmel.

Wir waren früher angemeldet, waren aufgrund verspäteter Landung zu spät und sims trotzdem extrem freundlich aufgenommen worden. Erste Möglichkeit als Pilgerunterkunft vom Flughafen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Con respecto a la ubicación es porque Booking lo tiene mal ubicado. Esta reserva la hice en mi trayecto hacia el Camino de Santiago de Compostela y al hacer la reserva lo mostraba cerca de donde yo me ubicaba pero en realidad estaba a 6km lejos. Fuera de esto todo estuvo muy bien

Quizá la cama; es muy delgado el colchón. Fuera de esto todo muy bien.

De dame was zo ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En vers gebakken warm brood......

Het was wel echt koud, maar dit is normaal in Portugal. Maar de dame gaf extra dekens en een kruikje, dus ik had er geen last meer van.

the place is absolutely beautiful - it's a work of art really, and the staff are friendly, attentive, honest and kind.

I was there on the last day of their season before they close for winter and I FROZE in the room. I slept with several layers, a hat, a scarf, a down jacket, and my nose and fingers were still ice cold - basically the temperature was like being outside. I imagine during the summer months, and beginning of fall it's not an issue, but for me this was my most uncomfortable night of sleep so far on my two caminos that I have walked due to the cold. The staff are lovely, and the place is visually phenomenal in terms of how it is decorated and arranged. But the cold was a big bummer.
