Noise and dust from the construction work on the neighbors

Central Location. Toilet and shower in every room. Clean and tidy. The caretaker (Alvin) was friendly and always available to contact.

Spacious. Water filter machine that also dispensed hot water. Nice furniture. Air conditioning. House keeper next door on call. Pool and outdoor kitchen

This is in a residential area. 24 hours a day there is cockerels crowing. Down the road a man has then on a string. Also dog barking. And next door building work, even on Sunday. It was not restful at all. Even indoors with the window closed you could still hear. The WiFi only works in the living room. There are no instructions , you just ask the housekeeper. The kitchen is basic and basically equipped. I think the idea is to cook outside. The seating area is nice but not enough for thrbsize of the house.

Overall stay was great and my families enjoyed all the facilities like the pool, billards and karaoke.

Every room was spacious, had its own A/C, and their own BATHROOMS with showers! Their was a couple on site that handled any questions or concerns we had as they developed. We didn't have to wait for help with anything. It is very private. The pool is beautiful and so is the small grounds. There is so much room in the house: TV area, pool table area, deck off the front of the villa and a covered area by the pool.

We never had a key. The couple would open the gate for us when we needed to leave or enter. The window locks are very flimsy. The villa smelled of bug spray when we got there and the room without a window smelled of bugs pray our whole stay. Also, the first day the pool area became so slippery with a little water that everyone slipped. I was so upset and sore. But then the next day the slickness was gone. It might have been what they used to clean.
