Reviewed Aug 14, 2026We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad! Het is een mooi huis op een prima locatie in een rustige buurt. Ongeveer 40 minuten rijden naar zowel Helsinki centrum als naar Porvoo. De auto kan geparkeerd worden op het terrein, dat is prettig. Het huis is modern ingericht en comfortabel. De sauna is ook erg fijn. De keuken is compleet.
Een paar kleine verbeterpunten. Het had net wat schoner/opgeruimder gekund (er stond nog vaat in de vaatwasser; wat stoffig hier en daar). De communicatie vonden wij wat onpersoonlijk (online via sites/formulieren). Het huis vonden wij wat sfeerloos. Er ontbreekt niks, maar er is ook weinig gezelligheid. Allemaal kleine dingen op een over het algemeen heel fijn verblijf.

Natuke jahe oli hommikuti, õhtul peale sauna mõnusam ja soojem.

No había armarios en ninguna habitación. El dueño una vez que acabe la estancia me dice que en Finlandia no es costumbre si no se dice hacer las camas. He estado en otros alojamientos y siempre he encontrado la cama preparada. El orden y la limpieza pasable. La comunicación personal con el dueño, inexistente solamente por mensajes a través de Booking. La relación calidad precio es caro para lo que se ofrece

Talo oli aika kuuma päivällä näillä kesähelteillä. Illaksi onneksi vähän viileni.

Keittiö kaappien kahvattomat ovet on kamalat. Emännän kynsi katkesi kun otti huonosti ovesta kiinni avattaessa. Vähän kuuma makuuhuone, kun ollaan totuttu kylmään. Onhan nyt toki kesä. :)

Reviewed Jul 3, 2025Sehr ruhige Wohnlage, Parkplatz mit E Lademöglichkeit, moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung, Reihenhaussiedlung, 30 Minuten vom Zentrum. Unten wohnen oben schlafen!
Nur mit eigenem PKW sinnvoll! Zwei Schlafzimmer sind gut, drittes Schlafzimmer Durchgangszimmer zu zweiten, für Kind ok für Erwachsene vielleicht nicht glücklich, vor allem weil drittes Zimmer extrem klein und obwohl Fenster keine Öffnung und Lüftung möglich. Sauna im OG auch ok aber auch im Bad keine Lüftung möglich, sodass heiße Luft im OG stehen bleibt und nur über die Schlafzimmer „ entsorgt“ werden kann.

The location is a bit far from the centre of Helsinki. It was not so clean, there was some dust near the floor light. The beds were not ready, we had to put the filling to the duvet covers ourselves and this was annoying. And made my skin itching. The flat has stairs so It will be hard to get the luggage up if you have a lot of them as the bedrooms are all upstairs. This flat has not 3 separate bedrooms, it seems that the walk in closet was made a bedroom and they considered it as a bedroom, it is too small. We could not leave our luggage as the owner was traveling and thus not responding. We took our luggage with us to the train station, and luckily there were lockers there so we put our luggage there, and the price was around 7 euros for 6 hours.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2024Quiet neighborhood, modern, clean, everything you need for cooking is available. Possibility of sauna, parking space available. Communication with the owner is quick and correct. A beautiful park is within walking distance and there is an opportunity to do sports in the form of an outdoor gym.
Didn't like the small beds and since we were there during the hot season, we missed the air conditioning.
