①初めにチェックインした部屋27階について、上の部屋なのか隣の部屋なのか不明だが毎日深夜0:30から4:00に、鳴り響くものすごい騒音。眠れない。 フロントで部屋の交換を頼んだが，騒音の件を信じてもらえなかった。その後、騒音を起こしてる人がチェックアウトする事を祈りながら四日間は、別のホテルを予約してまで泊まった。 再びこのホテルに戻ったが、その日の晩も、騒音は続いた。どうやら住人のようだった。別のホテルへ逃げたが意味がなかった。 騒音のビデオまで撮って、二度目問い合わせたが変えられる部屋がないと言われた。 三度目問い合わせて我慢の限界、念を押して伝えたら女性スタッフは親切に聞いてくれた。すぐに交換してくれた。 チェンジ後の部屋、残念ながら13階にはタバコを吸う住人がいる。とても臭い。それと別に、猫を飼ってる部屋がある、猫の匂いと芳香剤の匂いが混ざって臭いが廊下に漂ってる。 ②リネンが不潔 シーツの下のベッドパッドはシミだらけ。尿や、行為のシミが残ってる。シーツをめくれば分かる。爪や髪の毛，その他が沢山入ってます。汚い。 タオルも臭い、クリーニング済みのシーツでも、枕や布団は汗臭い。とにかく不潔。 ※とにかく問題点が多すぎる。長期滞在のお客様をもう少し大切にして欲しい。せめて長期滞在のお客様を、ガーデンとは反対の部屋(ビル側)には泊まらせないでください。景観の悪さで、鬱になりそうです。

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and I had plenty of space to relax.
There were quite a few small cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing. The TV also couldn't be turned on easily throughout my stay. I would also appreciate it if the room had a small dining table and a couple of chairs for added convenience. I stayed in room Q-10-10, and unfortunately, the guests in the room above were extremely noisy throughout the night until the early morning. The constant stomping, running, and dragging of chairs made it very difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. I tried calling the reception several times to report the noise issue, but no one answered the phone. I hope the hotel can improve its response to guest concerns and address these issues to provide a better experience in the future.

The pool was small, not so nice and ive seen many guest not following the swimwear attire, especially the kid. Please improve the lift , even have 5 lift , you will be suck if you stay at level 1/2 especially on checkout time 😌 it is very disappointing

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The room was so lousy that I paid more but still got a lousy room. No fans for the rooms. Furniture is very cheap, legs of the chairs are almost broken. Dust covers the floor. The door lock was a problem; it couldn't ever read the access card. During my stay at Massaz I had an unfortunate experience.
Lift waiting area always has many people to wait. It took me about 20 minutes to get into the lift. The lift is always packed. Make the lift service better.

I say fantastic because they've laid a benchmark for all other BnB"s. We can't help comparing others to Mossaz. (Mossaz please don't increase your price further because of this review)
Well, the price has increased a lot. We did have the option of paying at the counter last year. Now we have to use the booking apps like Agoda or Booking.com. It is very, very expensive. And their Mana-Mana membership does not give much privileges.

This place is very difficult to reach by self-drive. If you are not familiar with the Damansara area, you will definitely get lost. Neither Google-map nor Waze able to bring you to reach this building, both apps bring you to intersection only and no further instruction given. At the same time, my sister who's drove by herself not even to reach the intersection. She had pass by the building 3-4 times but couldn't get into the correct road to reach the building, she was not able to exist from the highway to reach the building. Pillow and towels provided was a little bit smelly. It smells like not enough of detergent when they do laundry and cause smells of 'human-oils' at towels and pillow.

Went to the wrong room 33-06 instead of 33'A'-06. Manage to get in because coincidentally 33-06 lock is faulty. They wanted to charge a cleaning fee but in the end they gave me back my deposit in full. Though the staff pulled a long face when they gave me back my deposit this could've been a 1 star review.

This is not a hotel. It is a bit of a scam. They are badly serviced apartments. I have seen prison cells better fitted out. Of the 2 rooms booked one was unusable not cleaned or beds changed from previous occupants. Changed to another room which was ok apart from the blinds in both bedrooms being trashed so you were woken at 5am sun up. Only 2 thin pillows. No option for any more. You are only allowed one key for each room which also operates the lifts to access only your floor. So you can't return separately from your friends. But it is ok you can whatsapp reception with your location and they will eventually send a prison guard to escort you to your cell!
