Бассейн. Для посещения необходима шапочка, это не совсем удобно. Расположение лежаков у бассейна тоже неудобное, особенно, если вы с коляской. Везде лестницы.

Reviewed May 15, 2026J’ai réservé une chambre avec petit déjeuner pour un séjour de 4 jours pour les affaires. Arrive le 3e jours pendant que je prends mon petit déjeuner le personnel me demande mon numéro de chambre que je communique comme d’habitude, à ma grande surprise ils me font comprendre que je n’ai pas droit au petit déjeuner, ce qui est faux car lors de l’enregistrement le personnel me confirme que j’ai bien petit déjeuner inclus c’était même écris sur le récapitulatif qu’elle m’a remis. Ils me font alors comprendre qu’il y a eu un problème dans la réservation et que je vais devoir régler le petit déjeuner en plus. Je leurs ai dit que ce n’était pas mon problème à moi car je n’en suis pas responsable. Sur Booking j’ai payé une chambre avec petit déjeuner et que même sur le récapitulatif qu’ils m’ont communiqué c’est écris par leurs propres personnels. Ils ne veulent pas entendre et me fait clairement comprendre que c’était un beug. Je trouve ça vraiment grave, car si j’étais quelqu’un qui me laissais faire ils m’auraient fait payé une deuxième fois malgré les preuves.

номера старые, плесень, запах канализации из кондиционера, расположение очень далеко от всего, в шаговой доступности негде обедать и ужинать кроме ресторана отеля, до ближайшего кафе нужно ехать далеко. И вообще все далеко. В последний день мы не попадали на завтрак, из-за раннего отъезда, попросили ланч боксы с собой, сказали что не могут этого предоставить(((. КОМАРЫЫЫЫЫЫЫ ужас, за такие деньги ну положите вы приборчик от комаров какой-нибудь в номере!!!!! Самое главное депозит не платите картой, лучше наличными, так как нам не вернули его до сих пор!!!! К ВНИМАНИЮ СОТРУДНИКАМ ОТЕЛЯ И БУКИНГА!!!!!

The kids were told by the staff that they must have a swimming hat before entering the pool, after we bought them the hat and went back to the pool and found that other people were inside the pool without a swimming hat! We were very disappointed by this experience. Also there were mosquitoes inside the hotel room

Старые номера, требуют ремонта и инновации, плесень в ванной, запах из кондиционера невозможный, пахнет канализацией, мы выезжали рано утром и нам отказали в Ланчбоксе, хотя завтрак был оплачен. Комарыыыыыы, это кошмар. Могли бы в номерах положить какие то средства. Далеко от всех достопримечательностей. Рядом с отелем нет кафе, один маленький магазин, но там только перекус. В бассейне заставили купить шапочку, без нее не пускали. Но вишенка на торте - взяли депозит через алипей, и не вернули. Прошу разобраться сотрудникам отеля и сотрудникам букинга с этой ситуацией. Совет всем, отдавайте депозит наличными.

Overpriced buffet restaurant. The massage spa is expensive. There are few English speaking staff.

Tasty food at onsite chinese restaurant - both yum cha lunch and dinner was fantastic 3. Rooms were massive and clean 4. English was not widely spoken by staff but they made effective use of translation apps and were very helpful. Very responsive to any query / request..
1. Onsite spa - massage was ok but pricey, better value elsewhere 2. Location a little far from main shopping / dining / metro, but close to chimelong. Need to take DiDi (Chinese Uber) everywhere. 3. Swimming in pools - Rule was that swim caps must be worn by all who enter pools (incl. children). They charged ~75 yuan for a swim cap 😳, very expensive. We didn’t end up swimming due to this. Bring a swim cap if you intend to use the pools.

체크인 시간이 pm 15:00 시작인데 객실 청소가 확인이 안된다고 1시간을 기다리라는 어이없는 답변을 들음. 그래서 직원과 한참을 실랑이 하다가 메니저가 직접 객실 확인하고 오더니 바로 체크인 해줌. 이게 pm 15:30. 대화가 잘 안되는 직원(중국어만 함, 영어로 간신히 소통함)과 30분을 대화함... 이미 지침... 이런 점이 좀 불편했네요.
