Being in Manali, Siddu, the authentic and traditional national dish was missing in the menu.

Nothing great.

It is over priced & service is very poor. Reception & other staff are very rude & would not resolve to any complaints or issues. Breakfast does not have a good spread. Even very poor hygiene. Rooms were also unclean at checkin time. Safety lockers were not working.

Garden area

I booked a royal suite. As per booking details it was written AC is installed in the room. But no AC was there in royal suite. I stayed on 27 june 2026 which was quite hot in Manali and without AC stay is not worth Rs 11000 for the room

Excellent location excellent hotel excellent staff

The hotel is conveniently located on the Main Highway with parking available. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast is satisfying.

There is a single water flow in the park, likely originating from the upper hill and hotel areas. It resembles an open drain, with wastewater flowing and emitting a foul smell, making it hard to enjoy park visits. Additionally, I booked a deluxe room with a park view, but upon arrival, staff informed me that such room doesn't exist; the only deluxe rooms overlook the back side. This was quite disappointing. Booking.com should update their website to clearly indicate that deluxe rooms do not have park views.

Single mattress for the bed should have been better as it's not a twin room. Netflix should be available than arranging hundreds of local channels.

Everything was excellent

Spanking clean..the entire facility from the entrance to all the spaces inside to the room was spotless at all times. Felt real good.

since it was off season, there was no buffet either for breakfast or dinner.

The staff is very cooperative, and the service is very good. Cleanliness is also awesome. I liked their service a lot.

The only thing that I didn't like was the TV, the TV was not working properly. WiFi was also not good, very bad connection.

Electricity problem

Each and everything, especially the garden and cleanliness. It's a beautiful property. A balcony would had been a cherry on top.

Breakfast was OK. Otherwise ala carte food was good.

One of the finest property in Manali location wise and most importantly the staff is very polite and friendly. Nishu one of the staff is very polite and helpful and made our stay more comfortable.

Lack of heating in the Hotel

Staff at reception was polite and courteous. One of the rooms given to me had a broken toilet so they upgraded my room to a bigger room which is very much appreciated since I was travelling with family and it made our stay more comfortable. Both the rooms were inter connected so kids could easily move around and enjoy their stay at the hotel.

The housekeeping and management at this hotel are poor, leading to multiple issues during my 3-night stay: * The corridor outside my room was filthy on check-in and remained uncleaned until checkout. * Despite booking two rooms for a family of five, housekeeping provided only 2 towels, 2 water bottles, and no replenishment of toiletries each day, even after requests. * Restaurant staff were untrained, repeatedly providing insufficient glasses and cutlery for our group. * The food was bland and subpar, far below 4-star standards. We ate outside after two disappointing meals. * My upgraded room had a non-functional living area AC, making the space unusable. * The hotel did not honor the advertised 10% discount on food, citing unclear conditions. I cannot recommend this hotel due to these issues.

The Hospitality managed by Mr. Harish and Mr. Maheshwar Singh exceeded my expectations, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic stay starting from the smooth check in process with complimentary drinks and tea they offered. The room was spacious and comfortable as Mr. Maheshwar and Mr. Harish upgraded my non-view room to View room and the bed was incredibly comfortable and I also loved the decor and amenities. I also enjoyed the variety of Dining options. Overall I would highly recommend this Hotel, a perfect place to relax and unwind.

There was some power tripping issue in the 2nd floor where I stayed which was also sorted immediately.... Rest everything was fabulous.

Staff upgraded both my deluxe rooms into suites . Kids were ecstatic. Great rooms Great and comfortable stay .best in manali I rate it 12 out of 10

Can improve on the breakfast buffet .... But again not complaining .

The property is located at a very good place and you can commute to old manali and mall road easily I want to pen down a note for the manager Maheshwar Singh and Nishu ji, they were very kind and helpful, moreover they extended their support in each and every aspect. The amount of hospitality they have shown it's difficult to get it even in a 5 star. I would highly recommend this property. Very beautiful and moreover the best staff I have even experienced.

Overall I am very much satisfied with the service, staff and amenities in the hotel. Especially the kids playing area and humbleness of the staff. Its a road side property fairly near to mall road ample parking space and a beautifully maintained garden for bon fire and spending leisure time. other than than food was also delicious and room service was top notch. yeah as I said very much satisfied with the rock Manali.

Everything was good but Spa was not available for the may be some work was going on or I don't know other than that everything was great.

Location was amazing near to beas river ... You can get to see the river view from suite room. Rooms are spacious. Amazing hospitality and food was delicious.

We liked the breakfast. Good ambiance for photo session. Vishu a technician was kind hearted person.

We were given a room without heater. And staff kept lying that room is big that's why we are feeling cold. After 1.5 days stay one technician came and said that that heater was getting cut again n again. So do not trust the place. Management kept telling me there are no rooms to transfer us and staff said there is a room.. All lies and no respect to guests. Ones you step inside the property only God is helpful..

The staff is polite and professional. If you are looking for a nice, cozy, professional place to stay in manali then this is it. The staff was so helpful that they even offered help to fix a flat tire of our car. The room was clean, the food was good, the staff was excellent, and overall a big thumbs up.
