Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Lo que más me gustó es que el personal por WhatsApp estuvo atento a mi llegada, mandandomé los ingresos con códigos para ingresar, que no tuve que pagar nada hasta llegar a la estadía y que todo el hostel estaba en condiciones. Las camas y sus sábanas eran super cómodas. La pieza privada para 5 personas estaba preparada hasta para 7 personas.
Quizás el patio puede estar más prolijito o el ingreso de noche no ser tan impermeable. Porque al estar todo cerrado o no tener cartel no daba un poco de desconfianza ingresar solos.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Relación precio-calidad-ubicacion. La comunicación fluida y siempre amable, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con el ingreso de manera virtual. Todo estaba muy limpio. El alojamiento es como una pensión muy cuidada, no esperes lujos por eso la relación precio-calidad es correcta.
Nada, volveremos seguramente.

Poco funcional el lugar, no hay un espacio común a excepción de la cocina (que como cocina está exelente) solo hay una especie de comedor en la terraza pero debido a los 6° C que hicieron difícilmente uno preferiría ir a comer ahi (más que nada de noche). El trato fue muy bueno. Se nos cortó la luz 2 días y de vez en cuando se tapaban los baños

Lo que no pudimos es conectarnos a la tele , no funcionaba Netflix, YouTube, etc, la habitación no es muy grande y aclarar que es compartida la cocina y el baño, en mi caso una noche pasa, pero más días me gusta la privacidad, igual me gusto el lugar

Lo único malo es que no tenía ninguna habitación con baño privado, pero aún así estaban limpios y pudimos usarlos siempre que quisimos.

My booking was 200USD and I've been asked to transfer 1000 USD to secure the booking and Booking.com didn't support me canceling. Luckily, I was able to convince the owner to let me pay on the arrival without the 1000 USD transfer. All of this made me doubt if it was a real accomodation or a scam.

Not having a window was kind of claustrophobic. Arriving late because of our flight being delayed was a bit difficult for accessing the apartment. But a regular client of the Casa Palermo Herrmann was very king and helped us out to get to our bedroom and gave us indications where to have diner
