The Young Villas - Dolce, Bingin

The villa was huge and with a good pool size for the number of people. Quite environment with good cafe and spa in the villa. The team was very quick to response for any request. All communications were through whatsapp and effective.

The kitchen was simple equiped with just for simple cooking. Aircon remotes were not working well. Towels were lacking and requiring to request. Not much things in the surrounding.

Fantastische locatie met heerlijke luxe. Heerlijk restaurant erbij en met een (Grab) taxi zit je zo waar je wilt zijn rondom Uluwatu. Personeel bijzonder gastvrij.

Wij hadden wat problemen met het (warme) water maar dit is meteen en prima opgelost door het management.

Pool had stairs the whole length which made it a bit hard to swim. The place was fairly clean but certainly had a lot of dust in places. The mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets didn't even cover the mattress fully. The check in and reception area and service generally was really really bad. Being harassed by what's app messages to come at 7.30am for checking the potential mini bar purchases was not my idea of great service. When messages were sent... No replies at all. The location is far from anything.. a small mini mart is about 10 minutes walk away - no paths on the road. The two bedroom - had to walk outside to go between rooms which wasn't ideal.

Wenn ich könnte, dann würde ich hier auf Lebenszeit einziehen! Ich habe den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir waren zu dritt und die Villa war klasse was die Größe betrifft. Man kann vom Café das Frühstück per WhatsApp bestellen und bekommt es dann in die Villa geliefert. Zudem gratis Wäscheservice. Alles war immer absolut sauber.

Preise in der Minibar sehr teuer - es war attraktiver sich per Grab was zu bestellen. Ich denke wenn man hier die Preise anpassen würde, könnte man damit mehr Durchsatz generieren.

Everything was so aesthetically pleasing and looked so good. The pool was amazing and the arched windows were incredible, it’s a place you would want to live in.

As nice as the property was, it’s the small things. The bed was terrible, along with the pillows. The villa shower towels were stained/dirty, the staff were great. The blow dryer in the bathroom sprayed powder on my girlfriend’s hair and hardly dried it.

- Need a full length mirror in the back room please. I was getting ready for a wedding and needed one - It’s annoying that there are separate entrances for the living area and bedrooms so you have to walk out of your room, shut the door and walk into living area back and forth - We had some water pooling in the first bathroom as the floor wasn’t sloped correctly. Wasn’t a major issue but a bit annoying - Location was a little tricky to get in and out of but it seems like a lot of villas in Uluwatu had a similar issue

Amazing staff, beautiful villas and a good location!

The villa was stunning and looked exactly like the pictures. Café, Spa and Recovery Centre all onsite. Staff were very friendly.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (Villa 3) and there was a terrible smell that came from both bathrooms. Air freshers were placed inside to help with the smell, but unfortunately it made the smell worse. Bathrooms are connected to bedrooms, so having that sewage smell all night was not pleasant. Pool area only got direct sunlight from around 10:30am until about 1pm (during July) which was a bit disappointing however, Lounge Room/Kitchen area had sun directly shining through most of the day and it was impossible to work on the laptop, watch tv etc - would suggest getting some sheer curtains for that space. Water in showers would turn from extremely hot to extremely cold. There was never a happy medium. This was annoying when trying to shower younger children. Also, there is absolutely nothing within walking distance. Nothing.

Gorgeous villa! Great little cafe on premise and the wellness centre is amazing. Staff were lovely anytime we needed anything.

The smell coming from the bathroom in the last few days and the lounges by the pool need cushions, they are super uncomfortable but really none of it is a deal breaker.

We landed on a sun and our supervisor was not available for 2 days to assist. The staff, when available were wonderful, but it was hard to get them.

The villas were so beautifully set up and very clean. We loved the little cafe it was directly across from our villa. The staff were really helpful and responsive anytime we needed help. In particular when our daughter was unwell and we needed to stay a bit longer in the cool until our next accommodation was ready.

The check in at reception was a bit chaotic and they struggled to find our booking through booking.com. But they got it sorted after a bit of a wait. I think we just arrived at a particularly busy time.

Beautiful, clean and modern property.

Beautiful high ceilings, lots of storage space, pool was stunning, comfortable beds, the white and wooden aesthetic was very nice, service from the staff was very good with strong communication the whole time via WhatsApp. Liked having security in the whole resort area too, very nice for peace of mind.

We stayed in our Dolce Villa for 6 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. It was just as beautiful as the photos: minimal luxury vibes, an amazing private pool, a super comfy bed, and a huge bathroom with two showers and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the palm trees. Our supervisor, Bayu, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He showed us around the villa and was always happy to help with anything we needed. Housekeeping is arranged through WhatsApp, which was super convenient since you can choose the time that works best for you. The café inside the villa complex, Kayu Café, is really good, and you can even order food straight to your villa through WhatsApp, which made everything so easy. We’d 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Young Villas – Dolce. The property is located within a beautiful and secure compound in Uluwatu, with friendly security staff and easy access to some of the area's most popular attractions. It is only a few minutes from beach clubs such as El Kabron and around 10 minutes from the main shopping, dining, and entertainment areas, making it an excellent and convenient location for exploring the area. The villa itself is stunning and feels like something straight out of a design magazine. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with beautiful rooms, stylish interiors, and excellent privacy. We stayed in Villa No. 3 and found it to be very peaceful and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with quality amenities, including towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features of the property is the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Housekeeping came daily and did an excellent job maintaining both the villa and the pool. The compound also includes a fantastic coffee shop and a lovely spa, both of which added to the overall experience. Considering the quality of the accommodation, facilities, service, and location, we felt it offered excellent value for money and would happily stay here again.

Overall, our experience was very positive, but there were a few minor issues during our stay. Upon arrival, both the handheld bidet and the handheld shower were partially blocked and not functioning properly. The team responded and resolved the issue after we brought it to their attention. The room safe was also not working initially, although staff quickly came to assist and got it operational. The second bedroom, located in the corner of the villa, had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout our stay. We kept the ventilation and exhaust fan running, but the odor never went away, which made that room less comfortable than the rest of the villa. The only other thing we missed was having a coffee machine. There was instant coffee provided with a kettle, which may be sufficient for some guests, but we would have preferred freshly brewed coffee. These were relatively minor points, however, and the outstanding service from the staff, along with the overall quality of the property, more than made up for them.

the villa was reflecting the picture, absolutely beautiful place, bathroom pretty, very impressive with the height of all the door.

Room change without prior notice We booked for 4 nights. Upon check-in, we were informed that we would have to change rooms the following day — something we were never warned about. We did not pay to pack and unpack after just one night. Due to jet lag, we asked to delay the move to 2pm, which the manager agreed to. However, at 11am someone came to wake us up to change rooms. The internal communication was clearly lacking. Unacceptable apology As an apology, the hotel offered us breakfast at Kayu Café. We ordered waffles, avocado toast, a mango smoothie and a pineapple juice. Everything was disappointing — fortunately it was complimentary. Dirty villa When we finally got our villa, we found hair on the pillow and in the bed, and both the pool and the outdoor area were dirty. We requested cleaning, and housekeeping as well as a pool cleaner were sent — which we appreciated. Invasion of privacy The next morning at 8:55am, housekeeping rang the doorbell loudly and, before we could answer, opened the door. I was naked and about to get dressed to let them know to come back later. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. No housekeeping for the rest of the stay After that incident, housekeeping never came again for the remaining nights — despite us displaying the “Please Clean” sign on the door every day. On the last day, they did reach out via message to offer housekeeping — however, since the WiFi was almost non-functional and we had no mobile signal either, we never received it. For a 4-night stay, we effectively had no housekeeping service at all. Poor WiFi The WiFi was almost non-functional throughout our entire stay, which also meant we missed any communications sent by the hotel. Bathroom — a good idea, poorly executed The villa featured a beautiful bathroom with two separate showers — perfect for a couple who prefer different water temperatures.

The Villa's are aesthetically gorgeous and really set the tone for our trip. We loved every minute of being at Dolce villas and would never want to stay anywhere out of Uluwatu. If you love a mediterranean-vibe residence this is the place for you.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and small things like cleaners not leaving pool and bath towels; not cleaning the pool or at least leave us a net to do ourselves; i asked for mosquito repellent numerous times so i just had to organise myself... - but this was all fine and forgotten as the hosts were SO accommodating and great.

Everything was more than perfect, Budi the supervisor of the villa was always there whenever we needed anything with a very fast response, the villa was exactly as the pictures if not better. Will definitely comeback again.

Perfect Villa We enjoyed the villa a lot. The pool was lovely. The villa is very stylish and comfortable. It is very well equipped. We loved the cafe which is on site. The food and drinks there are amazing and it’s located just opposite our villa which was super handy for breakfast. The staff in cafe and villa were super helpful and responsive.

I felt it could have benefitted from a comfortable outdoor sofa. There is a built in seating area but it’s not comfortable for gathering over evening drinks. The indoor sunken sofa area is huge and very comfortable

Clean and spacious

Perhaps the pillow can be better & the sheets can be much cleaner. It’s generally clean but OCD like me thinks it can be cleaner.

The most beautiful villa ever

Our expectations of Dolce Villas were absolutely exceeded - from the generous size of the villa and pool to the modern, stylish finishes and blissfully quiet, well-insulated rooms. The service was seamless and genuinely impressive; everything from the on-site café can be delivered straight to your villa, making it effortless to unwind without ever needing to venture far. Communication via Whatsapp with the villa managers made everything so easy to organise. We travelled with a 1.5-year-old, and the staff were wonderfully warm and attentive with him, which made such a difference. Special shout out to Santa and Anika! The addition of a spa and recovery centre on the property was a real highlight - it elevated the whole stay and made relaxation feel completely effortless. In terms of location, it's well-situated for exploring Uluwatu - a short drive brings you to the main shops and restaurants. Most areas are best reached by car/bike rather than on foot, but that's a minor consideration for what is otherwise a standout stay.

Only issue we had was the internet was a bit patchy and would keep disconnecting from our TV. This was quickly resolved when we spoke to the staff who came out to fix it promptly. Otherwise absolutely no issues!

I am absolutely smitten with the décor—each detail is a feast for the eyes—and the staff are an utter joy, warm and genuine in every encounter.

The villa and facilities were beautiful. The villa was very clean, really new, modern and comfortable. The pool and gardens are spectacular! We loved our stay there. The location is a little out of the way, particularly if you aren't keen on scooters like we are. We found we had to hire a driver every day to get around. The staff were very accomodating though and we loved the onsite cafe and spa. The spa was absolutlely beautiful. It's clear alot of thought has gone into the design of the complex. It's stunning!

Check-in was really clunky and confusing. There's no dedicated reception desk; everything's done through WhatsApp - cleaning requests, etc. A security guard showed us to our room, asked for a selfie with no explanation as to why (??), didn't share the wifi password, handed the keys and left. We had no idea how to contact anyone at the villas or have any internet connection to do so. We had to wait for the cafe to open in the morning and ask a staff member there. Once we had wifi and understood everything happens through WhatsApp, we were off and running. We had a couple of things we needed, such as hand towels (there were only bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided - that was a little disappointing, we didn't even have hand towels or kitchen towels). And the pool wasn't vacuumed and had a leak. They did keep topping it up every day for us, though.

The villas are clean and pool are nice.
