Superpehmeät pedit, isommat ihmiset nukkuvat ainakin parisängyssä kuopassa! Käydessämme huoneisto oli suursiivouksen tarpeessa, vanhaa pölyä, muruja ja roskia, sekä amme epäsiisti. Asioita repsotti ja oli rempallaan. Parvekkeen laseja ei onnistuttu saamaan auki. Kesähelteillä todennäköisesti kuuma, sillä yhden päivän lämpöaaltokin tuntui huoneistossa.

Vessan amme oli mustissa karvoissa sekä pakastimen laatikoissa myös roskia ja karvoja. Vessan haju myös hieman ummehtunut.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We didn't like it at all, but the communication with the hosts was ok and the wifi worked. The price is ok.
The apartment was not clean; there were hairs on the bathroom floor and on other places, the bathtub was yellow in color (not like in the pictures) and the bathroom smelled odd, the pillows had some stains, the fridge didn't seem too clean either, the kitchen had an extremely dirty and unusable spatula in a drawer. The sheets were too small for the king bed; they didn't fit. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. The balcony was not clean either. We found the decoration ugly. We would have liked to use the bathtub/shower but we found it too dirty to try. Sorry, but we didn't find it was like in the pictures at all. Despite the relatively cheap price, we didn't think it was worth it.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Grosses und geräumiges Apartement mit allem nötigen Equipment. Gute Lage ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums von Kouvola, aber doch mit allem nötigen in der Umgebung.
Badezimmer passt nicht zur restlichen modernen Wohnung. Schlüsselabholung im Haupthaus etwas umständlich, wenn man nur zu Fuss resp. mit Bus (sehr selten fährt einer) unterwegs ist, da 15 Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung.

Bathroom condition is very very, not good. It needs to be renovated ASAP shower curtain, dirty, sewage, overflowing, and all in all very uncomfortable to take a shower when the showerhead is connected to the faucet of the sink of the bathroom.also we were surprised that we needed to make the beds our own it wasn’t told in advance.

Vessa ja suihku kaipaisivat remonttia, sokeritoukkia juoksi lattialla. Keittiössä puutteellinen varustus: ei ollut leivinpaperia, talouspaperia, patalappuja.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025The apartment is very spacious, nicely furnished, and has enough beds. Bed linen and towels were provided. Great location – really peaceful. Parking available both on a designated spot and easily around the property. There are parks, shops and restaurants nearby. Nothing to complain about.”
“The bathroom could be improved – it did not look very clean and the drainage system was not working properly, as water came back onto the floor. This was a significant drawback. The kitchen equipment was quite limited, which made cooking meals rather difficult.”

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024Very spacious and good view. Had all the things we needed for a night stay. Really like the big TV and a huge sofa bed.
Toilet and bath. Toilet was by the door so hard to fit in. Bath was too high to get in and out.
