Kaka Point Beach House

Lovely tidy house was also great having a fire which help make of nice and cosy. Great kitchen to cook in. Was lovely being able to get a bit of a view of the sea.

Stairs inside are quite steep especially for the elderly

The home was so comfortable and felt very private. Great place to escape and relax.

That we only booked for two nights.

Ceiling Light closest to sliding door flickers when on & same with the light outside the sliding door (bit of a pain to bring wood up)

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, excellent showers. Well equipped kitchen. Nice and warm for midwinter with double glazing, the fire in the lounge, and heat pump downstairs.

Can't think of anything negative about the property.

We loved the size and location, bright and airy and close to the beaches.

Found the bed very soft but hey, you get fussy when you get older!

Lovely place, very modern and very tastefully done inside. Loved the beautiful splash back behind the cook top, a photo of Nugget Point lighthouse. A massive deck with great view and perfect for dinning outside. Log burner for those cooler nights. This place was 3 minutes walk to the beach , absolutely perfect.

We didn't like that our holiday came to an end

Property was in an excellent location with everything you need very cosy. Host was very responsive and very helpful.

Lovely setting in the bush with a view of the sea.

The location, view, comfort and facilities were exactly what we needed. The little fireplace was an absolute heating machine! Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very warm and comfortable with lovely linen. I would 100% recommend to others and will stay again if visiting the area again. Thank you Steph !

I really love the place for the holiday stay. It is perfect to me, the only thing I thought could be improved is to make a real chimney for the hoods：）

View, tranquility, and great beach & pub!

All perfect

We loved the area and convenience of being able to walk down to the amazing sandy beach. The house was well set up for little ones with plenty of baby equipment and toys. The sunny deck is a real feature and we appreciated the flexible comfortable seating.

The downstairs bedrooms are rather dark compared to upstairs.
