Qualche difficolta' nell'inglese, scooter noleggiato praticamente senza uno dei 2 freni (siamo comunque riusciti ad andare dove volevamo senza alcun problema)

The guest house is well located. The swimming pool is really nice. Air conditioning worked well..

The bathroom wasn't great, there were no hot water nor paper toilette.

Eine gute Lage etwas ausserhalb von Tam Coc ca 10 min mit Fahrrad, 40 min zu Fuss. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hang Mua ist in ca 2 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Grosses, helles Zimmer. Bett sehr bequem. Heisses Wasser, man muss sich allerdings etwas beeilen beim Duschen.

Personal sehr freundlich, leider ist die Kommunikation eher schwierig auch mit Translater. Frühstück hab ich am ersten Tag etwas ähnliches wie fried egg und ein undefinierbares, süsses Brot erhalten. Kein Frühstück mehr dort eingenommen . Im Allgemeinen war es schwierig jemanden vom Personal antzutreffen oder gar etwas zu Essen zu bestellen. Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt, was mich auch nicht gestört hat. Am Tag vor meiner Abreise wurde mir zugesichert, dass ich mit Kreditkarte bezahlen kann. Jedoch konnten sie keine Zahlung per Kreditkarte vornehmen und ich musste mein Bargeld, welches ich für die Weiterreise benötigte ausgeben.

Las habitaciones eran cómodas y amplias. Estuvimos practicamente solos en el Hotel. La piscina hacía llevadero el calor.

La localización no es del todo Tam coc, y estàs alejado del centro. El personal muy amable, aunque no hablan nada de inglés lo que dificulta a veces la comunicación.

L’accesso diretto al patio con piscina è bello. Le camere sono grandi e il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente, ci hanno offerto un sacco di frutta locale buonissima. Molto vicino al trekking hang mua, pochi minuti a piedi! Anche la colazione è stata buona, fatta al momento con crepe, nutella e frutta.

Hôtel bien situé. Hôte très aimable au petit soin. On a mangé un soir une mega fondu. C’est royal.

Hôtes très gentils et aux petits soins qui ont fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe super bien. Situé au calme, à 2 pas de Hang Mua. La fondue que nous avons mangée là-bas était excellente ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande !

Un peu éloigné du centre-ville mais location de vélos et scooter à proximité et pas mal de restaurants et cafés dans la rue

It's a little place of paradise, calm, clean. The host was adorable and attentive, always there when we needed her, we didn't have time to have breakfast so they made us sandwiches .. And the swimming pool is a real plus! Thank you very much, I will definitely come back

Great room and beds, the location and the hotel area are perfect. Once the cold water in our room has gone, the owner fixed it quickly.

Two things: Cleanness: somebodies hairs on beds ant in the bathroom and nails on the table in the room The communication was a bit strange. - On the next day after the check-in we got a message that we should check-out even tho we had two more nights. - During 3 days for the breakfast we were ordering coffee, saying "we would like coffee": the first day it was Vietnamese coffee with condense milk as we expected, the next day it was 3in1, the third day I ordered coffee with milk (milk is usually condense milk), so I got a glass of coffee and a glass of milk 😂 I am not sure what is the correct keyword to get Vietnamese coffee here to be honest. - Bicycle rental, not sure whether it's here our in entire Ninh Binh but it's not "24 hours" but rather a "per day" rental, but this issue was solved with the staff. The communication was not that an issue and we lowed rating mostly because of cleanness of the room.

Too expensive for all things received, small room and just enough equipment. Breakfast is too simple with just bread and egg or instant noodles.

Very kind and helpful staff, lovely clean rooms and comfortable beds. Easy 2 minute walk to Hang Mua Caves and Dragon Mountain trail and 10 minutes by Grab to Trang An boat pier. A relaxed and safe environment for our family stay.

The location was just perfect. 5 min walk from mua caves this was perfect! The staff is very nice even though they don’t speak english they are really here for you. The room was simple but clean

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The swimming pool was great to cool off in. The owner Aslina is a lovely lady and very interesting to talk to.

The mosquito's are annoying. Use repellent.

Staff were extremely helpful, organised tour for us, they cooked for us whenever we needed food (the food was excellent) and really made us feel at home. Beautiful lodge and also a great place to relax as well as explore Ninh Binh.

I love it!! Best value for money we've had in our entire trip. The place is exactly if not better than the pictures, rooms are so clean and spacious, and the staff is very nice and helpful. We totally recommend staying here, it made our experience so much better that we decided to extend a few more nights 😊

Hang Mua Green Retreat was so lovely 😄 our host was very welcoming and helpful, we hired push bikes from him, he was always jolly and smiling. The room was great, with so much space, the biggest bathroom we’ve had in our whole trip. The garden area outside of the rooms is lovely too. It’s a great location being only a few minutes walk from Hang Mua Viewpoint, we also cycled through the rice paddies to the main village and then to other quieter areas very easily from here. We’d definitely stay again 👍

Best price, location and whole environment

Everything was very comfortable. It's a quiet place and the personnel is very nice and helpful. We appreciate it very much and will recommend to stay at this place. The room was clean and you can solve all the questions with the manager, who is always ready to help you.

Great price and right next to. Mua Caves. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the family very helpful and friendly. They arranged a bike for me and limousine transport back to Hanoi at short notice. Using Google translate means you can have a conversation and WhatsApp was always answered (use this to order breakfast). Good for families and couples as well as solo travellers like me. There are a few places to eat nearby and more just a little further into the village. I felt safe at Hang Mua Green Retreat and the surrounding area and highly recommend a stay here.

Finally a place that fits the pictures. Beautiful interior, clean, beds super comfy, staff beyond helpful, location serene. Wifi good for work and meetings. Quiet, peaceful and beyond my expectations. 11 out of 10!

This is a beautiful place!! A must stay if you’re in the area. It is so quiet and peaceful. The room was huge we couldn’t believe that we had two double beds! Everything was so clean and tidy. The people who own the place are so kind and welcoming and will help you whenever you need. The location is good too, it is on the road of the mua cave and about a ten minute car ride to Tam coc town. There are some good restaurants right by the hotel too which is nice.

The bungalows are very beautiful and clean, with a great location for visiting all the attractions. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but we could still appreciate the peace and quiet of this place. The owners are very kind, and through them, we rented a scooter and arranged our transfer to Hanoi. They also allowed us to use the room before we left to take a shower.

The service is excellent from start to finish, and we feel very well taken care of. This place is run by an extremely kind family who truly cares about their guests and ensures everyone has a great time. The surroundings are beautiful and appealing, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is lovely, with many fresh and delicious options. Additionally, the facilities are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtful, making the stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Location is really 100mt from the Mua Cave. It’s a quite area with limited option for restaurants.

This place only opened a month ago so I don’t feel to give a bad rating. However we didn’t have our best experience. Breakfast is very poor (a coffee, a fried egg and two slices of bread), toilet paper was missing in the room and the room doesn’t get clean on daily basis. Chairs around the pool are rusted and dirty, not really pleasant to seat. We haven’t seen much of the staff around the property and only had contact via WhatsApp. They arranged a car to drive us to Hanoi but the communication was very poor and unclear and despite providing all details in the end the car dropped us in the middle of nowhere and we had to arrange another grab car to reach our final destination. Also they don’t accept credit card payment but it doesn’t say that when booking.

It was a great location and clean comfortable rooms with friendly staff.

Communication was a little difficult because the hosts didn’t speak much English so we communicated through WhatsApp. We didn’t have hot water one night which was a bit frustrating after a hike.

Super clean and nice hotel on the same street to go to the Mua caves. Excellent location! Ver big and spacious rooms and huge pool! The staff was super nice and the breakfast included was really good. I would repeat for sure!
