Cottage was amazing

I like the sound of river which was very closer to the cottage

Good property and food and excellent hospitality loved my stay at gurez.

Even after booking the place through booking.com the host denied entry. Pls make an offline booking to this hotel. Rude behaviour.

The rooms were not clean. Window panes were missing. A lot of noise from.adjacent construction site. The staff were not cooperative.

Exceptionally good stay for someone visiting gurez valley. The view of mountains was clearly visible from our room. The food was extremely delicious.

It’s on the main road of Gurez valley. Everything is near. The dinner and breakfast service is very good. Moreover we had good views from the room. The river is pretty near. So everything is very cool.

There used to be frequent power cut. But that has nothing to do with the hotel, given the place is so remote. Sometimes the bonfire in the backyard can cause some smoky smell.

Location is great ..by the river and close to dawar market. The team is super helpful and attentive.. when we told them i was keen on local cuisine they sweetly sourced a prized wild fern called lingda which is local to the Himalayan foothills and ensures i had a memorable meal. Would highly recommend this property for families.

Fantastic hotel with all the basic amenities. We stayed in room no 303. Electric bed warmer was there. Famous Habba Khatoon peak was clearly visible from the balcony.

We had a excellent stay. The rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful . The location was superb. The food was really nice. Most importantly they took good care of our pets and provided whatever was needed for them.

The staff was very warm and nice. They helped us with everything we needed. It is close to the river(2 mins walk) with a beautiful view of hubba khatun.

Gorgeous property, and really friendly hosts

Little bit of a drive from the bits of the city I had work in, but if I’d been on holiday it would have been no problem

The property has ample parking. Plus, the property is located very close to the river as well. The property has its own restaurant and food served was tasty. The owner Imtiaz is a kind person who has the urge to go extra mile to keep guests comfortable and happy.

The property while relatively basic has all modern amenities for such a remote location including hot showers, comfy bedding, 5g wifi connectivity, on-site parking, 24 hour electricity backup, a small restaurant that is popular, well catered and manned by very polite and ever helpful staff. We stayed a night and the team of Talib, Zeehan, Shabbir and Yunis were kind and helpful beyond expectations.

The only minor qualm we noticed being on ground floor was noise from restaurant service going on till 1130pm when things finally wrap up so if you are looking for an early sleep bring a pair of earbuds.

The property was amazing but more amazing were the people and food. It is right between the town with the Mountain View. Would recommend staying for sure and definitely try the food. Lovely people lovely place. A special thank you to Talib for everything and the owner.

Overall experience was good but bathroom size is not up to the mark. Modern wash basin should be present on each bathroom and warm water facilities should be 24X7
