Die Küche ist spartanisch eingerichtet es fehlen Rüstmesser für die Zubereitung von Gemüse. Stielkasserolen hat es nur 2 Stück, dass ist Zuwenig. Es hat nur 2 Kaffeelöffel. Von 3 grossen Wassergläsern ist eines defekt, es ist gefährlich daraus zu drinken. Der Backofen war nicht appetitlich. Die Befestigung des WC Deckels ist defekt, obwohl bereits Februar 26 gemeldet Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist mangelhaft Die Küchenlampe sehr primitiv. Die Aussicht in die Umgebung ist nicht so wie auf der Beschreibung

Es muy amplio y muy bien decorado y equipado. Muy buena ubicación. Muy tranquilo.

La tapa del WC estaba suelta. No hay microondas.

Il manque un tout petit peu d équipement de cuisine (verre mesureur ou balance de cuisine par exemple)

La lunette des wc ne tient pas La lumière dans la cuisine, les wc et le salon ne vont pas très bien.

L'appartement était très propre, bien agencé et bien équipé. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

Ce n'est qu'un détail mais nous aurions apprécié un guide d'accueil en français et un chauffage réglable dans l'appartement (il faisait un peu chaud).

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, près de tout. Nous avons aussi apprécié avoir un accès facile à un parking. Il y avait un garage sous-terrain privé.

Un seul petit détail, les oreillers n'étaient vraiment pas confortables pour nous, mais comme le confort d'un oreiller est vraiment personnel je donne quand même une note parfaite à cet établissement.

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la communication avec Eliot, même si il n'était pas présent sur place. Le petit guide de logement est bien pratique pour faciliter l'accès au logement. La place de parking privative est un plus.

Ease of arrival with self check in, dog friendly. Laundry detergent made available, same for dishwasher and other kitchen cleaning products. Underground parking was very convenient as well.

Pillows were too firm preventing us to sleep well. We could have used a drying rack and it was missing.

The really easy check in and communication with the owner. There is a good parking spot, laundry machine and nice shower.

It is difficult to keep the flies out and get some fresh air in the appartment. But that's a minor thing

Beds were very comfortable! The location was only a short walk away from the train station. Absolutely beautiful area. The access to a full kitchen and also laundry was perfect for us.

The flat was too warm and we had no possibility to adjust the temperature. The sofa wasn’t comfortable and it was the only place to sit in the living room. Not very good if we had been four people.

The host provided a pdf with detailed instructions for check in, which worked perfectly. The apartment is very comfortable and the location is very good: it's in a very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the center of Broc and with a car very close to Gruyères and Moléson.

The shower drain was partially clogged.

In addition of the great location to enjoy Gruyère area, the apartment is clean and comfortable. Elio is reachable, the indications of the guide are very well done. For a family of four, everything perfect.
