Host and location excellent. Property pretty well maintained. Host was very attentive and organised a brilliant taxi ride for us back to the airport.

We were surprised about being in a cellar - it was a bit dark. We also thought we were getting two bedrooms and a sofa bed. We got one bedroom and an open kitchen seating and bed area. No privacy at all for that bed. It was a bit dark and small for 5 of us. However, we had no prior knowledge of Stockholm and it was OK for two nights only.

- Location was good - The airport transfer was prompt and rescued us when the door locked us in the unit with no way to leave

- We didn't know in advance we were paying for a well-appointed dungeon with no virtually no natural light. Note: The website post for this rental deceptive. The photos are doctored to make it appear much brighter and they failed to include photos to make clear it's a basement. - The bathroom and bedroom are windowless and the bedroom has a constant hum from the air system in the building - The bathroom mirror, door handle, and toilet seat were all broken at the time of our stay and the bath lighting it terrible (+ minimal storage) - The cleaner had only just arrived shortly before we did - after traveling several hours with young kids (we were not compensated for this). Not what we paid for... - Shower covered in mildew and generally not well-cleaned by the rush job - We were locked IN the unit the morning we were trying to leave (would've been very bad if not for the driver to the airport rescuing us)

Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento non era abbastanza pulito, la proprietaria si é resa disponibile e ha mandato qualcuno la mattina successiva a sistemare. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con la navetta all’andata perché é arrivata con un’ora e mezza di ritardo, al ritorno invece é andato tutto bene.

Location was great and the property was spacious

Master bed wasn’t comfortable. Also, lock box to be made available for guests in the room.

We arrived at property 5pm on the check-in date, never received an email on how to get inside the building and our unit number from Booking.com or the property owner. Fortunately our taxi driver helped called for the building entrance code and how to retrieve the key. He was told our unit # was 1209 and how to retrieve the key from a key lock box on B1 level. He retrieved the key and handed the key to us and left. But we couldn't find #1209 in that building. Fortunately we ran into someone who lives in that building and he told us there’s a rental unit in the basement and that’s where we found our apartment. The apartment itself looks very nice. Before checking out, the host emailed a list of tasks asking us to clean the apartment even though a 800 sek cleaning fee was included in the total charge when I reserved the apartment.

Central location, great communication, additional add-on services were extensive (airport transfer was very good and seamless)

No bathroom amenities, bedroom with no windows could be bothersome for some

Alle Zusatzleistungen hatten perfekt geklappt. Der Transfer Flughafen und zurück, das Frühstück. Top. Es war alles sauber.

- Die Wohnung ist im UG, daher nur sehr wenig Tageslicht. Badezimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer haben kein Fenster, daher etwas ungemütlich. Für einen Städtetrip, wo man nicht viel in der Wohnung ist ok. Für längere Aufenthalte in der Wohnung zu fünft ungeeignet. Da auch nur 4 Stühle am Esstisch.
