The toilet was dirty. Not maintainence properly. Toilet bowl flush not functioning well. Disappointed. Room also sticky floor. Hmm

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was handled efficiently, making the whole experience pleasant. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, food places, and shops nearby. It is very convenient to find something to eat or do some shopping without having to travel far.

Ada breakfast dan semua makanan sedap. Teh panas memang terbaik.

Start pukul12 malam ada gangguan di tingkat atas. Bunyi kanak-kanak gelak-gelak. Bunyi perabot bergerak bising betul macam orang baru pindah masuk rumah. Around pukul2 pagi baru bunyi tu stop. Tak tahu nak think +ve macam mana lagi dah. Second day bunyi a bit normal dan berkurang sebab dah baca doa dan mengaji ayat suci alquran. Untuk yang tak kuat semangat better cari hotel yang ditengah centrum. Lebih sibuk dan ramai orang bising dikedai bawah.

The bedsheet not clean. Pillow also not comfortable. Noisy because busy area Room with not even one chair Body feel itchy being bite by bed bug Smelly room, cupboard make lots of noise when open. No reception service before 8 am. Lots of mold at the bathroom Overall, cleanliness is below standard level. Disappointed for this trip.

Hotel mudah dicari kerana berada di bangunan Centrum Mall. Kemudahan asas disediakan seperti tuala, pengering rambut di dalam bilik dan kemudahan air panas serta iron baju di ruangan hall. Ruang masuk ke setiap aras di lengkapi pintu yang mempunyai kod keselamatan khas untuk para penginap sahaja. Walau parking tidak begitu mudah, namun boleh parking di bahagian basement bangunan tersebut. Ruangan dalam bilik memuaskan, ada ruang untuk letak dan membuka bagasi juga ada ruang untuk solat dengan selesa. Sejadah juga turut disediakan. Proses check in dan check out mudah dan pantas. Makanan yang disediakan untuk sarapan di kiosk BungkusNow memuaskan. Boleh dine in kerana disediakan tempat untuk makan atau boleh bungkus. Hanya perlu jalan sedikit dari hotel untuk ke kiosk BungkusNow yang berada di hadapan premis Watsons, Centrum Mall. Terima kasih untuk 3 hari 2 malam.

Keadaan bilik semasa check-in bersih namun tuala dan cadar serta bantal berbau seperti sudah lama tidak digantikan. Juga semasa menggunakan bilik air, di belakang pintu terdapat satu tuala yg berbau seperti baru sahaja digunkaan kerana masih basah. Sepertinya staf housekeeping tidak melihat ia tergantung di belakang pintu bilik air tersebut. Di lantai bilik air juga ada segumpal rambut yang tidak dikutip atau dibersihkan. Keadaan bilik air juga kurang memuaskan kerana tidak disental dengan bersih kerana terdapat daki kotoran di sudut mangkuk tandas, dinding dan sinki. Sila tambah baik kebersihan bilik terutama dari segi bau yang tidak memuaskan di tuala dan cadar serta bantal agar penginap selesa. Terima kasih.

Tempat memang sangat okay sebab jalan kaki je nak pergi kedai kedai.

Toilet ada bau yang kurang senang, kipas tak boleh nak perlahankan, remote kipas tak sure kenapa walaupun dah tukar battery masih tak boleh perlahankan. Agak susah nak cari bilik sebab staff reception bagi information yang salah. Hopefully boleh perbaiki lagi.

La ubicación es lo único que merece la pena por el mercado nocturno de enfrente, en cambio queda lejos del pueblo.

Era una habitación sin ventana con una humedad que hacía difícil hasta respirar. La sábanas e incluso el papel higiénico estaban húmedos por ello. El olor era insoportable. Además se oía absolutamente cada sonido de otras habitaciones y de los pasillos, haciendo imposible el descanso. No había nadie en la recepción hasta las 15h y no te dejaban ni dejar el equipaje antes. El precio es desorbitado para las condiciones y la ubicación. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Curtain cannot close closer to window. Sun/ light flashing inside room, can't sleep. Car/motorbike /Lorry sounds is too high coming inside room. Can't sleep. Breakfast poor.

Noise - from the next rooms could be easily heard if you are a light sleeper ..pls think about it We wanted extra blanket coz it was so cold but the receptionist said cannot, no extra blanket provided. Well I have travelled to many other cold places and when we request for extra blanket the hotel would surely provide it. Parking is a bit of a problem- limited parking especially if its a weekend or public holiday When we asked about the basement parking rates, the receptionist seems not to know. I think hotel management must educate the staff so that they can give sufficient information to the hotel guest.

Overall okay semua. Cuma malam kedua ada sikit gangguan. Bilik tingkat 5, ada dengar bunyi orang buat kerja tukang pukul 12am ke 1.30am di tingkat 6 😅 ganggu anak nak tido. Tak pasti orang atau bukan. Sebab dah tgh pagi. Hahaha

Location of the hotel easy to access. There are many restaurants, fast food outlets and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient.

The environment was extremely noisy. We couldn't sleep well at all on our first night. The situation improved on the second day. The shower head has a very low water flow, making showering inconvenient.

The room is very dirty. All the pillows, blankets are smelly. No vacuum. We even experienced supernatural incident. Not worth to stay.

THE ROOM SMELL SO BAD. THE PILLOW NEED TO CHANGE NEW. THE ROOM MUST BE REPAINTING AGAIN. THE TOILET SINKI DRAINER PIPE MUST BE REPAIR. PLEASE PUT 1 SMALL TABLE BETWEEN BOTH BED.

if you want a place only for rest, it is suitable.. not too quiet because it is busy place.

if you want privacy, it is not for you.. the place located near to the centrum night market, it quite noisy
