Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Close to ski lanes, with underground recreation center which has plenty of restaurants, entertainments, sports facilities, supermarkets and pharmacy, etc. you can just spend all day without walking out in the cold.
Big room but no basic amenities such as slippers.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025소노캄 객실이 생각보다는 좀 아쉬웠어요. 일단 화장실이 좁고, 인테리어는 좋아 보이는듯 하다가도 쪼금 아쉽네요. 아마 전에 건물 개조해서 그런건지.. 그래도 역시나 비발디파크는 대규모 부대시설이 짱이죠. 놀기 좋아요! 굿

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025다른 일정을 소화 하고 가느라 9시쯤 도착했는데 1층 객실만 남았다고 했음. 층간소음 걱정없이 편히 쉴수 있어서 오히려 좋다 생각했는데 들어가보니 로비앞 차량 주정차하는곳이 훤히 보였음. 안그래도 어두운 숙소인데 종일 암막 커텐 치고 있으니 더 답답했음. 숲이 있는것도 아니고 사람들과 차가 오고 가는곳에 1층에 객실을 짓는건 아니지 않나 하는 생각 듬.

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025Everything—written and spoken—was exclusively in Korean. As a non-Korean speaker, this made communication quite difficult and left me feeling a bit isolated. I found myself relying on Papago and Google Translate for every sentence. It seemed hotel staff were not well-equipped or expecting non-Korean language visitors. Additionally, I encountered difficulties with housekeeping. Their communication was purely in Korean, making it hard to convey my needs. When I tried to reach them, they often asked me to call the front desk, which seldom picked up the phone. This added further frustration to my experience. After checking out, I needed to store my luggage for a few hours. Initially, I was informed that I would have to pay for locker use, but upon discovering all lockers were full, the front desk offered to store my luggage for free. While I appreciated the gesture, I found it rather disappointing that complimentary luggage storage wasn't offered as standard practice, which is common in many other hotels. The hotel’s WiFi coverage is divided into zones. This means you to log in multiple times as you move between different areas, which is quite frustrating. I booked a room with two bathroom but only found out that one had no shower. The on-site shopping arcade features several Korean restaurants and bakeries, which is great if you enjoy local cuisine. Self-service at 24-hour convenience stores only operates in Korean.

1). Staff were not that proficient in English. 2). Counter staff told us there was no luggage service, which, for a ski resort is completely ridiculous as everyone has to bring big luggages as ski clothes takes up so much room. We checked out to take a ski lesson and were told they wouldn’t take our luggage. It took us some debating with the staff before they relented and took our big luggage but we had to use lockers for our smaller ones. I’ve skied all around the world and have NEVER had a ski resort that didn’t have luggage service. 3). Hotel didn’t offer any ski packages with hotel guests, again, very unprofessional and shortsighted.

Other than that, everything was great including the family friendly restaurants and underground stores.

There is no food service at the hotel except for breakfast, as the café is only open in the morning. This means you need to rely on the mall nearby, which has a limited selection of restaurants.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2024Room has a very nice view and decor, very pleasant to stay in. The hotel is within Vivaldi Park and is surrounded by all needed facilities and eating places. We had a very enjoyable stay!
The staff is courteous but not the most helpful. They could be limited by the rules of the hotel, but flexibility and more customer focus surely can go a longer way.
