La carretera para llegar no está pavimentada No hay recepción no se veía personal había q buscarlos No hay botes de basura tienes que buscar al personal para preguntar que haces con la basura de la comida que se genera Hay que actualizar los servicios ya que en la página decía que algunos juegos estaban y no había ninguno Hacia mucho calor en las habitaciones y no hay ventilador Hacia falta una luz en las escaleras para abrirla puerta y las escaleras las tablitas de los escalones de algunos se movían mucho por lo ,enos los de la habitación 11 como el tercer escalón se sentía que las tablas se movían mucho

Demasiado retirado del centro de la ciudad, el servicio de transporte publico fue muy complicadp. Casi nunca me agarro e wifi del hotel y muy solo el hotel, sin mucha atención del personal, de hecho no hay personal dispoible, solamente unos perros que cuidan en lugar

This hotel is well off the beaten path. The last 2.5 miles is a dusty gravel road with nothing on it. The hotel has no sign, and is not easy to find. My taxi driver had never heard of the hotel and I had to map it for him. there’s nothing nearby. Nothing. At. All. There’s no easy way to get a taxi to leave, either. The information—including in the room—indicates they have a tienda (small store). They do not. There is no store or restaurant in walking distance, despite what the information says. They have a communal kitchen, but if you don’t have a car, bring food with you. They also state that you can have breakfast in the morning, but they didn’t serve any while I was there. The room and grounds were clean and attractive, but there was an obvious wad of dark hair in the shower. Ick. It was chilly while I was staying in January, but no way to heat the room. No extra blankets on the bed. The room is very open to the elements with obvious holes in the roof. Thankfully it didn’t rain while I was there. Walls are thin. There are 4 very large dogs on the property. They made me uncomfortable, though they didn’t harm me. However, they bark CONSTANTLY. And ALL NIGHT LONG. You’ll need at least basic Spanish to communicate as there is no English. Booking listed this as “close” to the Monarch Butterfly preserve. It was more than an hour’s drive. Round trip cost more than $100 by taxi. Not my idea of close. I would not stay here again.

I forfeited my reservation at this property. The property was very pretty. The person who checked me in was friendly and helpful.

This property says it is 16 miles from Angangueo, which is optimistic and that distance translates to an hour of driving. It is way up in the hills with no convenience stores, restaurants, or conveniences nearby. Everything is a minimum of a 15minute car ride away. It may be a great.place.for some people, it was not for me.

Un lugar muy lindo, tranquilo, cómodo en medio de la naturaleza pero super cerca de la ciudad 👌🏼 puedes llevar alimentos y calentar o preparar ahí. El personal es muy amable 💖 lo recomiendo al 100 y sin duda volveré 👌🏼

Nunca encontramos la luz del baño. Las camas se veían sucias. Deben usar sábanas blancas y colchas. Las cobijas, deben estar adjunto, pero no de colcha.

Carlos was by far the best host we've ever encountered. He built everything on the property himself, and he rightfully has a lot of pride for his home. He made us feel welcome straight away when we arrived, everything was clean, and he told us we should treat his home like our home. The property is an oasis of peace with great facilities. The kitchen is functional, there's lots to do, and Carlos even made us a fire in the evening. When we had to go to the bus terminal, Carlos cleaned out his car and drove us without complaint. The rooms are very good, and you won't find a better spot around. Carlos still texts us every week how our vacation is going and if we are doing alright. I think that says enough! Thanks again Carlos y hasta luego!

Everything was fine

The property is gorgeous and the room was lovely with a large and very comfortable bed. The host was absolutely amazing and was on hand to help us throughout our trip, helping us get to them from Mexico City and back, offering private transfer and helping us book buses. They also organised for us to go and see the butterflies which was amazing. Thank you so much for all your help! Highly recommended!!

I believe is not enough space to write everything that I don’t like about the property. Horrible location, no toilet paper, poor water pressure right in the middle of nothing.

Very nice place. Beautiful garden. Comfortable, king size bed. Hot shower. Big dinning place, with music equipment, kitchen, space for dancing. Amazing staff... absolutely way above any standard. The best staff in whole Mexico !!! Never met so friendly staff in any other place. Very good place to stay. 100% recommend !
