It would be nice if there was a pool. Having a refrigerator was nice but we also needed a microwave in the room.

The only bad thing I could say was the TV kept going in and out and freezing the whole time we was down there even the day I left it was doing the same thing someone did come up and told us the situation but not acceptable especially when you paying that kind of money!!

The staff was nice and helpful and very knowledgeable.

How clean it was and the bed was very comfortable.

This was my first time coming. I liked the layout and the room was great. The night shift was good, and tried to resolve an issue that I had. It was a late check in.

The TV didn't work. The person on nights at the front desk came to our room to try to help, but nothing worked. I came to the front desk in the morning to check out, and all I got was a thank you for staying. No caring at all that the issue I had wasn't resolved. It wasn't until I asked more about being inconvenient by not having a television did the person mention about a credit. Was told it had to be used that day and couldn't be used at another time. I had a flight to catch and couldn't use any credits. Would have been nice to know, or put for a future reservation.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly. I love the fact that no one from the casino can roam around or enter the hotel part. You have to have a room key to enter and move in the elevator. The room was very clean and spacious.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Loved the breakfast bag hanging outside the door in the mornings. The staff very friendly. The casino was tight, didn't see one person win a jackpot in 2 days.

The road noise from Rt 95 and Rte 234 or Rt 1 absolutely terrible. I had nightmares from the road noise. Casino tight and price for a beer way too high!! Should be free drinks or at least inexpensive.

Front desk staff were great manager on duty was inflexible and due to their policies. It makes me not want to spend any more money staying At The Rose.

Easy access from I95. Nice rooms. Good selection of games.

Smoking section was cold. Many food outlets closed during the week . Need to have better comps for members.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We were on a road trip, and it was getting late (around 11:30pm) so we booked this last-minute and were able to get a room on a special rate. It exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with excellent bed and pillows. Staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt very safe with elevator card access and visible security. We didn’t get to try the restaurant or casino, but would happily recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the area.

The only slight downside was that Google Maps directed us into the carpark entrance, which was a little confusing late at night and a little unsettling but there were plenty of security driving around.

Staff were wonderful. The room was lovely! Quiet, stylish, and lux. I booked another 2 nights here after staying!

The breakfast was fine and the location worked out well for us. The hotel was great, very nicely decorated.

I believe that we stayed in rm. 314. The bed frame has a decorative wooden trim with a sharp edge that runs the perimeter of the bed and protrudes approximately 2-3" from the mattress. It is painted black and blends in with the dark carpet. When the lights were low, my wife bumped into it with her knee which broke the skin and bled. Minutes later she mistakenly bumped into it again with the same knee. Needless to say, you must be careful around the bed. If you tuck face towels under the mattress at the corners as padding, it won't be as painful when your knee hits these corners. Good news is that the front desk was able to give her a bandage for her knee.

To start ,front desk staff was friendly and helpful ,spacious room ,everything was conveniently located in the hotel/food court/gaming ,nice environment.

It's a casino resort ,so people go to eat, drink and gamble but we would also like the TV in the room to have good service also ,whoever they're TV provider is are lousy ,TV service kept freezing during programming so that was very annoying and finally the Air-conditioning was working but loud as a Semi-truck driving through the room ,so those two features need attention!!

I loved the everything about the casino. The food was great. The hotel room was amazing and the staff was very helpful when I had a issue with a machine.

It was a little warm at times which cause me and my husband to take breaks no one offer us water while we was gambling. but other than that we had a great time.

I didn’t like one thing: when I booked the hotel on Booking, it was not stated that I had to leave a deposit for one night’s stay in the amount of $254. I understand that most hotels require a deposit, but this is usually clearly stated. In this case, it was not mentioned.
