Sehr tolle, freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute vor Ort. Man kümmert sich sofort um die Anliegen und bleibt bis zum Schluß dabei. Super!

- Hot water worked perfectly. -Some staff members, especially the night staff, were friendly and helpful. -Affordable price. -Location was acceptable, with quick access to the center by Grab.

-The bathroom was in poor condition: the shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere, with no shower enclosure. -The sink and soap dispenser were leaking, making the bathroom floor slippery. -Mold on the bathroom ceiling and unpleasant smell. -The room had a strong damp smell. -The bed was very uncomfortable, made of two mattresses with an uncomfortable gap at hip level. -Poor quality and stained bed sheets and towels. No daily room cleaning. -Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable. -The advertised breakfast was not available. -Reception service was not professional, with staff often sleeping at the reception area.

My room was large for my price bracket. Everything was clean and in good order. Lots of power points and all electrical fittings were of high quality.Everything worked as it should. I found the staff to be welcoming and kind. The hotel is located a bit away from the main area so is generally quieter. I found my stay to be relaxing and good value.

Staff were the nicest people we have met on our trip. Location was great, room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Great value for money. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Ninh Binh / Tam Coc. Free bikes and scooter rental available.

Le matelas qui devrait être changé chambre 502 (3 jours de douleurs) !Et comme dans tous les établissements (plus de 60 en 3 mois), le manque de propreté, l’humidité constante et l’odeur qui va avec. Des immeubles qui, même récents, sont mal conçus et mal entretenus, bref.

Hôtel récent, les chambres sont propres et (presque) bien équipées... (Il y a un bureau mais pas une chaise que j'ai dû pleurer via Google translator en vietnamien ; même en mimant, rien n'y faisait). Une marge de progrès ÉNORME est devant eux pour ce qui voudrait s'appeler "petit déjeuner" (sur une échelle de 0 à 100, ils sont à 10). Aucun choix... Le service est à l'assiette (2 œufs miroir, 2 tranches de pain de mie non toastés, un peu de confiture et une banane, avec un verre d'eau chaude jaune pisse "thé ?") ça c'est le premier jour, le second (nouilles sautées, très bonnes, et clémentine avec toujours ce "thé"... Le 3ème jour, j'ai baissé les bras ! Dommage car l'hôtel est agréable même si quelques bribes d'anglais par les personnels (peu sympathiques à l'exception de deux personnes) seraient un plus. Très belles peintures murales dans le hall (quand on aime le quotidien vietnamien peint). Attention : si on vous fait le coup de la machine à carte bancaire en panne (on vous demande d'aller chercher du cash), vous menacez de repartir et la machine refonctionne. Hôtel très agréable mais avec une grande marge de progrès

Extremely clean. We were able to check in at 5am even though check in wasn’t until 2pm as we had arrived of an early sleeper bus. We just had to pay half a night which was definitely worth it as the price was so cheap. Breakfast was nice. Great location

There was construction going on at the time, heavy drilling at 6:30 till 9 am every day which was quite a pain but not the hotels fault.

Cet hôtel est très propre, les lits sont confortables et les pièces grandes. Le personnel est adorable et nous remercions la personne à la réception pour sa grande gentillesse et tous les renseignements fournis. L hôtel met à disposition des vélos.

Simplement savoir que certaines chambres sont côté rue avec de la circulation mais pas toutes.

Paní domácí byla velmi nápomocná. Mohli jsme si půjčit kola (nebyla sice v nejlepším stavu), ale na všechna místa nás dovezla. Kola byla navíc zdarma. Vedle v domě dělají rekonstrukci, takže byly slyšet vrtačky. Ale bylo to v čase 8:00 - 16:30 a to jsme byli stejně na výletech. Navíc za měsíc by měla rekonstrukce vedle v domě skončit. Takže od ledna 2026, tam bude klid. Místo je jinak velmi klidné a dobře se nám tam spalo.

The location was good. The owner was wonderful, I arrived at 4am so needed a late check in. This was no problem, the problem with this hotel is the noise! I was woken by builders at 7am by the adjoining hotel (so only had 3 hours sleep) so before you book this "Peaceful" Hotel, you should check that the building work is finished!

Comfortable rooms with all the basic facilities. The host was kind enough to use their kitchen for cooking our own food.

The service was great! The lady boss is so caring and always offer help to book tickets and plan our trips

Phuong est une hôte très serviable, souriante. Elle nous a accompagnés à l'embarcadère pour un prix moins cher que le taxi Grab. Elle nous a trouvé des billets pour aller à Cat Ba pour un prix plus intéressant que celui proposé par Vexere. Le petit-déjeuner local, simple et excellent. L'hôtel Peaceful est hyper propre. Le personnel est très attentionné et adorable. La maman de Phuong nous a accompagnés jusqu'à la montée du bus, c'est très appréciable, on se sent en famille. Je recommande vivement Tam Coc Peaceful hôtel. Tout est parfait.

Lúc đi 1 tuần thì nv gọi báo hết phòng do note thiếu, mình không đồng ý thì được sắp xếp lại và đã có phòng. Giá phòng bao gồm ăn sáng và được đăng ký trước tuy nhiên không thấy phổ biến giờ ăn, 9:40 mình xuống thì hết giờ được sử dụng rồi, các bạn lưu ý hỏi kĩ nha <333

A basic but good stay for those on a budget! Comfortable and big bed, spacious room which was very clean. Breakfast options were basic but were made fresh - the pancakes with fresh fruit were amazing!!

I wish there was fresh coffee offered at breakfast rather than sachets of Nescafé with a kettle. Loud construction noise outside our window, unfortunately this hotel is next to a building site - not the hotels fault but something to be aware of!

The window leaked during rain. The rooms did not have numbers on them, so I had to guess. There was no breakfast (you are given a choice out of 5 options, but only one is available). Most importantly, it was really noisy with people shouting, playing music in the hallway and slamming doors after 10pm and I was woken up at 6:30am with the same.

As of end of May 2025, the construction is right undernearth Superior Double Room windows, it's not just somewhere in the area or nextdoor which would be fine. They start at 6.30am and are extremely noisy, understandably. Do not recommend at the moment! The gate and the door to the hotel gets locked, not sure at what time, nobody tells you, but if you come back at midnight, it's a problem to get in. Nobody at the reception, nobody answers the bell rings. Can take forever to get in. It seems that you have to call them on whatsapp and they will wake some staff member up who is sleeping at the hotel to let you in? But again, this is speculations. Nobody informs you about this. I figured when I waited outside for 20 mins at midnight. "Do not disturb" sign on your door doesn't work. They will come clean your room anyways. The breakfast tastes like nothing. It's meant to be until 9 am but if you show up at 8.40, the hot water for instant coffee (the only type of coffee they offer) is already cleared away and you have to ask for it. They ask you to pre-order breakfast the day before, even confirm it via WhatsApp, however, it's not guaranteed you will get what you pre-order, you will find out in the morning. Staff do not speak English. The girl with long brown hair who is always there always smiles and nods very nicely but does not understand you and doesn't put in effort to try to understand you by using translator. Internet barely working. I booked this hotel specifically as it had a "desk"/table in the room to be able to work remotely if needed, I wasn't successful at all. The Internet barely connected and when it did, basic websites were barely loading. Found someone's used q-tips upon check in. Gross! The mini fridge is inside a cupboard that is completely closed (no gaps for air). The fridge overheats to the poinr that the entire cupboard is burning hot.

That was okay for the price and the staff are nice, I really appreciate it. But before coming I mentioned that I was very light sleeper and what they didn't mentione to me is that there were some work just down the street from 6 or 7 am to this end of afternoon... Also there were a smell in my room when I arrived, they gave me a another room with the same smell. I just didn t say anything because they knew it, they put on the aircon before let me in so I could not notice right away. The breakfast was good though.

The shower jet didn t work or not really, smell in the room, work on the street... No much restaurant around the hotel that you can go.... But there are nice people.

Huge room with a big tv and netflix. The bedroom was comfortable but could have been cleaner there were some hairs on the bathroom and bed but other than that the room was clean. We were able to check in early but this was at an extra cost. This was the first time we experienced a fee for early check in

There was roadworks right outside the hotel which made access pretty difficult

Short distance from tam coc central. Which was great for us as it was quiet at night. Staff were lovely! And we actually extended our stay for another 2 nights. Bit of construction going on but did not bother us as we were always out

The hotel is very close to two famous places in Ninh Binh: Hang Mua and Tam Coc, just around 2–5 km away. The room is clean and warmly lit. The receptionist and host are very enthusiastic. If you’re visiting Ninh Binh, you can ask her for food recommendations—she will suggest good places to eat. Additionally, she can help you book tickets for Tam Coc or Trang An if you want to visit. A great place to stay during the trip!
