Big room, nice swimmingpool, friendly staf. About 20 minute walk from pubstreet. 7/11 just around the corner. The room had airco and a van.

The description mentioned a bar and coffee/tea facilities. There weren't any. The stairs into the pool didn't have any steps. It was noisy

Location was great and staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfy albeit a little dated.

Noisy, not every night but if people or bikes are coming and going you hear everything.

The location is perfect to explore the city, also 7-11 right around the corner and many restaurants in the next street. The staff was really friendly. Also its nice that they have got a pool.

Our room was bit smelly (they offered us to change but the other one, also smelled not that nice). Also you need to know there is no room service (I think you need to specifically ask for it).

Bathroom's facility is little bit old. Water doesn't go out well into the bath hole.

Daarnaast was het niet heel schoon, kon ik me niet verstaanbaar maken in het Engels en was er veel overlast van andere gasten waar niet tegenop getreden werd. Alles werd maar getolereerd. Van tegenvallende accomodaties tijdens mijn reis staat deze op nummer 2...

Nice budget hotel outside of downtown SR. For me it was 10 minutes walking, situated in a non party district so you can get some good rest there. The owner speaks a little English and is absolutely sweet and polite person. They stored my luggage when I took 2 days trip around province. The hotel itself is not luxurious but much better than most you can find in downtown, and a lot cheaper too. On booking they were listed 15usd/night … but the street sign if you walk in says 7! That discrepancy is why I deducted a star. The same time it is still a very good deal. Maybe the building is not new but it is ok and has nice clean pool. There was even hot water and toiletries provided. The only thing I can think about is that room really need more cleaning. Spiders webs can be removed easily and it will change an impression…

Como viaje sola me hizo sentir segura, el personal fue muy amable cuando tenía alguna duda y la habitación fue muy cómoda.

Para ingresar el hotel vas por un pasaje oscuro, sería genial que fuese iluminado.

Super emplacement, calme car situé dans une petite rue perpendiculaire à un axe très fréquenté. Très pratique pour accéder au cœur de Siem Reap ou partir à Angkor Wat. Belle piscine et la famille à qui appartient le lieu est adorable 😊

Super emplacement dans une rue très calme. La piscine est agréable et propre. La chambre est spacieuse.

Il n’y a qu’une prise derrière le lit dans la chambre et il n’y pas d’eau chaude. Aussi, nous avions une chambre orientée plein Est et dès le lever du jour, le soleil éclairait toute la chambre (les rideaux sont fins et clairs). Il suffit simplement de changer les rideaux et ça serait très bien!

This motel style property that is very budget friendly, has no cleaning or maintenance during your stay, but staff is super responsive to needs and services required. Highly recommend:)

Very friendly family that run this homestay. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool to cool down and unwind after a day in town or Angkor Wat. Just behind the busy street, so very quiet compared to other hostels

The location and the swimming pool some of the staff are very polite and pleasant.

The cobwebs in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. Ants in the room. When you had a shower, it took ages for water to drain, kept getting wet feet when you had to use toilet. The door also didn't shut properly the gap between frame and door. Also, they need to upgrade their site, no coffee or tea facilities, and no mini bar. Was told to go and buy a coffee

The hotel is very well located (15 minutes from pub street and the center). The swimming pool is very enjoyable after a long day. The staff is very nice and welcoming, always there when you need something.

We had to change rooms after one night because the bathroom sink was clogged. The second room we got also had problems (smells and leaking toilet).

I only stayed a night, the hotel is basic but it has all you need, good location, friendly staff and comfy bed

Die Besitzer waren Freundlich der Swimmingpool war ok die Zimmer auch ok aber haben kein Fernseher drinnen

Nicht Empfelenswert denn die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt wenn man es ihnen nicht ausdrücklich sagt,es gibt kein tägliches frisches Trinkwasser aufs Zimmer wo es normal in jedem Hotel gibt und es gibt nicht einmal ein Restaurant dort man muss das Essen und Trinken alles auserhalb besorgen

Le personnel était gentil et serviable et la piscine plus que bienvenue après nos journées de visites du site historique de Angkor sous un soleil de plomb.

Great homestay offered by a lovely family. The staff is kind and helpful, the location is perfect (10 min walk from pub street or 1$ tuktuk ride), our room was spacious and clean. Would gladly return.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The family that run the business are really sweet and although the room could use a fresh lick of paint it was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again! The pool was a fantastic bonus in the really hot weather!

Le personnel très gentil, compétent et réactif. L'emplacement est très bien.

Malgré la gentillesse de nos hôtes nous n'avons pas prolongé notre séjour. Problème avec les toilettes, l'eau sale se déverse par terre. Ils ont essayé de trouver une solution en nous changeant de chambre mais même problème. Le personnel est courant et je pense qu'ils tenteront de faire au mieux. La piscine qui pourrait être très bien n'est pas fonctionnelle et entretenu. Le système de filtration n'est plus utilisé, l'eau est comme croupie. Ils remettent seulement un peu d'eau propre de temps en temps.

Peaceful place not far from everything center, also local market and all you could need nearby, new family running the place, really nice and helpful. Don't hesitate to come here to be away from the hustle and crowd but conveniently near everything, enjoy that great pool !
