Star Of Egypt Pyramids

Long time to check me in, Very, very bad smell inside the room and from the bathroom, and the hotel staff's constant requests...every little while someone comes knocking and asking for the car to be moved from one place to another.

كنا حاجزين اربع ليالى عملو مشكله بعد يومين عشان نمشي فندق تانى بعد م عملنا مشكله معاهم عشان حاجزين اربع ايام مش اتنين راحو قالو هنوديكم فندق تانى عشان عندنا فوج جاى وحاجزين الغرفه ومعلش ومش عارفه اى روحنا الفندق التانى لقينا عاوز فلوس زيادة واحنا دافعين فلوسنا ومخلصينا بجد نصابين

Luxury Hotel , comfortable furniture and widely rooms , Smart Tv , high caring of the Cleaning ,great location , uber services,a lot of restaurant near this Hotel , the reception employees are so Gentle, they are very cooperative with the clients , and they're treatment with the clients such as a friends and guests by respecting them and understanding their condetions, the bathroom has a jakuzi, the rooftop is so beautiful you can see all Giza sections specially the Pyramids. In addition to the rooms such as an apartment every thing you need you will find it .

The rooms are beautiful , the reception staff are so kind and friendly , they are smiling at you and treating you as a member of their family not just a guest especially Fatima she is so kind and present to all the clients all their needs , the transportation is a available 24 hours to the airport, and they're arranging a tourest round to the famous beautiful Historically places in Giza and other section of other cities.

An amazingly beautiful hotel , this hotel will get all your expectations , The Star of Hotel has a beautiful treatment from the reception staff especially Fatima she is so kind and she's treating with the clients by a high measuring by a Respecting treatment she coming from five stars Hotels , in other side the rooms has a good furniture , the beds are so comfortable, you will have your window on the main street of Giza city . There is an amazing rooftop you can see all Giza with the pyramids.

المكان جيد جدا ولكن التكييف لم يكن يعمل و المياه لم تكن متوفره موجوده نهائياً طول اليوم ولا يوجد اي ماء للإستحمام او الاغتسال الدرج كان طول جدا و متعب و لم يكن موجود مبني بار ولكن موظف الاستقبال وفرها لا انصح به ولكن إذا حجزت تأكد من الغرفه و المرافق قبل تاكيد الحجز

Mr Titou is an awesome host, kind and available. The rooftop and the waiters were also really kind and well disposed so I had a really great time there. I was able to relax and the view on the Pyramids at night is fabulous. Thank you so much for everything!

EVERYTHING. There is no elevator. It’s not all inclusive because they told us we had to pay if we wanted more than one meal even if we didn’t have lunch there. They started acting rude when we decided we didn’t want to book the excursions with them

The staff was very helpful and nice. I spent there a whole week and i was sad to leave. I have stayed in Kairo at three places, and it was the best thus far. Whenever I had a problem, it was instantly dealt with. Also had recommendations for visits - helped a lot. Lovely place. If I need place at Giza region, I certainly will return. Had breakfast for 200egp - it was delicious and worth the money. My personal favourite was the falafel (foul?). There is also a wonderful opportunity to eat on rooftop - the menu has great selection, and I managed to talk with chef to make small changes in the ordered food. Delicious.

There were small issues regarding the bedsheets, but as soon as I notified it, my problem got resolved. If possible, choose the room facing the pyramids - the street is quite busy all night.

Place is nearby Tourist location. Easy access to many famous locations. Room was clean in and comfortable. Staff was helpfu and friendly, specially ( Isam, Walid, Fatma)

The staff we’re friendly and pleasant. The food was 3 times a day and had good variety. The pick up drop off facility was good and kind drivers. Air con in cars.

The property was not cleaned daily and we were not given any clean towels or sheets to change for 4 nights. There was no running hot water and if we wanted a shower we had on turn on the geezer which took 30 min to warm up. The shower had barely any water coming out and very old and dated. The hotel Needs updating. The electricity gets disconnected for 10/20 min once or maybe twice a day so no water in taps and toilet. As it is connect to the electricity pumps. Bad system. No name on the property so it was hard for taxi to find the hotel.

Good location but it’s hard to reach by local transportation better take ober if you have kids , the room wasn’t that much clean also but any way it was good for the price

Huge room, amazing view of the pyramid from the rooftop, kind staff. Really close from the pyramid 10min walking. Good wifi too

I arrived at 26 January 2025 The staff ( mrs.Du'a ) Wellcoming us so friendly And the room was clean and comfortable, and roof top view is direct to the pyramid... For any one sollo traveller,or any one whoud visit pyramid in giza i recommend this hotel....

Our stay at Star Pyramids was fantastic! Mr. Tariq, Mohammed, and the entire staff were incredibly accommodating and generous. Any issues we encountered were addressed promptly, and the team went above and beyond to assist us, even with requests outside the hotel. We highly recommend Star Pyramids for anyone looking for a welcoming and attentive place to stay.

There was not kitchen in the rooms

Friendly staff. Excellent view of the pyramids (my room was on the 5th floor). Good breakfast (eggs, salad and a toast) for ~200LE.

Saw a little cockroach once. No shower curtain, so the floor was all wet after showering. WiFi signal was weak in my room.

It was very close to the pyramids! It was very cheap! The bathroom was big! There was towels!

There was no bedding on one of the beds and the covers had a big stain! It was hard to find and they did not reply for ages so I was stood about. The heating didn't work and it was freezing we ended up in bed together. The rooms connect so when the staff let other guests in at 4am an turned the light on it woke me up.

- It's a very good hotel with a fantastic location (Highly recommended for Pyramids visit). - Staff is super friendly and helpful. I want to mention the gorgeous nice lady at reception Jasmina, who was very caring and supportive for all guests. She's an asset for this hotel. - A cappuccino at the rooftop by Essam is highly recommended too.

I was deceived during my recent booking. The pictures displayed on the platform were entirely different from the actual condition of the property. Additionally, I was charged more than the amount shown on Booking.com. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.

They forced me to cancel the booking from booking.com platform to avoid negative comments about them

A stay in this property was the best choice I ever made. The property meets international standards. The staff were perfectly trained, they treated me in such a way that I almost forgot to return home..I wish I could stay there forever.(smiles). I will not forget to mention the names of the likes of Essam the receptionist who was so helpful in designing my daily tours and transportation within and outside the city, Doaa, and Zeyad who ironically became a brother from another mother. I miss Zeyad already and if I had the opportunity to visit Cairo again, all road leads to this property. I strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cairo.

Localization, view, comfort, and very good staff!

It’s more of a feedback: - The name of the hotel doesn’t appear on the map or Uber, it’s a problem very easy to solve. - There’s a light from the corridor that enters the room and doesn’t let it get dark.

The lady staff was friendly, the one I don't know the name of and the other lady Dua were helpful. Budget friendly hotel for a short stay for solo or a couple. Comfortable beds. Close to shops.

Not clean enough, there were many house flies inside the room. AC didn't work well.

They have traditional breakfast and it might be weird for a foreign guest. Tastes are little different so it might be upset you. But if you want to try different things its great for you

The guy at the front desk, named Walid, is the best in giza. If you need anything just let him know. I took this hotel just to spend daytime coz my flight was late at night. Best hotel in giza talking about quality and price. Views from the rooftop are amazing

Very good staff, Doaa and Walid were very welcoming. Staff in restaurant and other staff helpful and friendly. Great rooftop where all three pyramids are visible. Shops all around and near taxis and buses. Very clean and comfortable.

It was good and good location but there was unexpected payment 14% tax of your booking.
