Rayelin Hotel Old Town

Amazing location, wonderful staff, and a very clean hotel! We had a really great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around Istanbul. The metro is just 1 minute away, the subway is around 5 minutes, and the Marmaray train is about 10–15 minutes away. There are also plenty of great and affordable restaurants nearby in Yusufpaşa, lots of markets, and Fatih Pazarı is around 10–15 minutes away on foot (although it’s a bit uphill!). The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mohannad and Ibrahim at reception, Sarah from housekeeping, and Orhan, the bellboy. They were all wonderful and made us feel very welcome. They helped us so much throughout our stay. A special mention to Mohannad, who always made it very easy for me to contact the hotel whenever I needed anything. His helpfulness and friendly attitude are honestly one of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel. The breakfast was good and tasty, and I really liked that they prepared different dishes each day, so there was always something a little different to try. The hotel itself is super clean and feels very new. It also has two elevators, and surprisingly, we never had to wait for them! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I basically liked everything, but i might recommend making the fridge a little cooler in summer season, although its only my preference

Másodszor szálltunk meg itt. Kedves személyzet, tisztaság, jó hangszigetelés, nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Kétágyas szoba helyett egy nagyobb méretű háromágyas szobát kaptunk, felár nélkül! Közvetlen a bejárat a recepció felett. Köszönjük szépen! A két évvel ezelőtti reggeli változatosabb volt, mint a mostani. Ettől függetlenül, bőséges volt. Tisztaság a reggelizőhelyiségben. Ajánlom mindenkinek a szállodát!

Je félicite la direction pour le choix de ses employés notment Naima qui s'occupe du nettoyage des chambre, trés efficace et minutieuse je lui donne un 10, je remercie aussi Mohanad pour son accueil chaleureux et Ramzi qui nous assisté pendant notre séjours.Merci à tous.

Très bon séjour au Rayelin Hotel Old Town. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de la station de métro Aksaray, ce qui facilite les déplacements et permet d'accéder facilement aux principaux sites touristiques d'Istanbul. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de bénéficier d'un surclassement gratuit vers une suite supérieure, un geste très apprécié qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable.La suite était propre, spacieuse et très bien entretenue. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement le Manager, ainsi que Mohand et Elhan, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et la qualité de leur service. Ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Le seul point à améliorer concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui gagnerait à être plus varié. Malgré cela, l'expérience globale reste très positive et je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent emplacement et la qualité de son accueil.

HavaistのステーションAksaray も近く(Aksaray Metro Station)全てのアクセスしやすかった。 又近くのお店も手頃な店がある。 ホテルスタッフは対応よく、説明も良かった。

壁やドアが薄いか、隣のドアの開け閉めや会話が結構聞こえる。

Location was pretty close to Grand Bazaar and other attractions. Staff were nice and helpful.

Struttura accogliente fornita di tutti i servizi. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione abbondante e varia. A 4 min a piedi stazione del tram per collegamenti continui per il centro.

Čistoča hotela, osebje.

Slaba ponudba zajtrka. V hotelski sobi se skos prižigajo “varnostne” ali ne vem kako naj opišem te luči. Ena je kokr se mi zdi požarna druga pa rdeča in na nekaj sekund utripajo kar je seveda ponoči izjemno moteče in odveč. Vonj na stopnišču oz. v notranjosti hotela nasploh je izjemno močan. Je res da je stvar okusa vendar neke dišave v skupnih prostorih bi zagotovo morale biti bolj nežne in neutralne kot izjemno močne in moteče.

Reception staff were very helpful. Manager was very helpful assisting us with transport shuttle to airport as well.

We have stayed with the family! A great, modern, clean hotel with 3 stops with a tram from Blue mosque square. Underground station is in front of hotel too.

Очень понравился этот отель. Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Заселение прошло быстро и без каких-либо проблем. Номера чистые и уютные, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Уборка проводится регулярно. Душевая и ванная комната также чистые, всё работает исправно, всегда есть горячая вода. Отдельно хочется отметить удобное расположение отеля — рядом находятся магазины, кафе и остановки транспорта, поэтому легко добраться до разных районов города. Персонал относится к гостям с уважением и старается сделать пребывание максимально комфортным. В следующий раз, когда я приеду в Istanbul, я обязательно остановлюсь именно в этом отеле. Искренне рекомендую его всем. ⸻ English I really liked this hotel. The staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping is done regularly. The shower and bathroom are also clean, everything works properly, and there is always hot water. I would also like to highlight the great location of the hotel — there are shops, cafés, and public transport stops nearby, making it easy to reach different parts of the city. The staff treat guests with great care and try to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The next time I visit Istanbul, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I sincerely recommend it. Nice new hotel in the old city of Istanbul. Interesting neighbourhood with many restaurants and lokantasi, and easy access to all kinds of transportation (including direct bus line to airport) plus parking station nearby. Clean and conforatble. Very good breakfast with changes everyday.

The location is only about 100 meters from the metro and 300 meters from the tramway wich reaches key places in the city.

De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend, dichtbij Aksaray metrostation, bus- en tramhaltes, evenals diverse restaurants, winkels en een groot winkelcentrum. De kamers zijn netjes en goed onderhouden. Onze superior familiekamer was praktisch ingedeeld. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Новый отель, чисто, красиво, приятно. Часто летаю транзитом через Стамбул, всегда останавливаюсь в этом районе, но в других отелях. Давно смотрела на этот отель, однако на себя одну не хотелось тратить лишние деньги. А тут выдалась поездка с мамой, поэтому выбор стал очевиден. Прекрасный завтрак, удобное расположение (рядом с автобусом Хаваист в аэропорт, городским метро и трамваем), Но главное - это ИЗУМИТЕЛЬНЫЙ отзывчивый персонал. Мы приехали в 14:10, специально подгадали время, чтобы сразу заселиться. Однако администратор сказала, что номер ещё не убран, я сказала, что это очень плохо, так как по правилам заселение с 14:00 и мы с моей пожилой мамой очень устали после перелёта, поэтому очень расстроены, что номер не готов. В эту же секунду администратор вернулась за стойку и дала нам ключ от трехместного номера (хотя бронировали мы двухместный). Спасибо за апгрейт! На следующий день у нас отменили рейс, я обратилась за помощью к другому администратору, который помог мне на турецком языке решить вопрос с изменением билета, распечатал все необходимые документы и предложил варианты продления номера. Он просто вывел меня из состояния шока, когда я увидела, что человек включился в мою проблему, сказав: "Не переживайте, мадам, я Вам могу помочь!" В тот момент мне это было очень нужно. Делаю вывод, что все сотрудники этого отеля отличаются высоким уровнем клиентоориентированности. Это очень важный аспекта работы менеджмента и именно то, что особо ценят гости. Спасибо огромное!

Абсолютно некуда положить вещи! Мест для хранения практически нет. Учитывая, что номер рассчитан на 3-х человек, нельзя ставить в нем один крошечный узенький шкаф даже без полок, только со штангой для плечиков, в которых место только для четырех вешалок. Верхнюю одежду повесить некуда, в ванной тоже нет полок, поставить принадлежности некуда, хотя места достаточно для шкафчика или полочек. Это очень странно и безумно неудобно. Нам двоим места не было, а три человека класть одежду смогут только на пол. Можно хоть крючки прикрутить около двери или вешалку повесить и в ванной несложно что-то придумать. Тут недоработочка. На этом минусы закончились. Всё остальное - прекрасно, однако считаю, что цена несколько завышена.

توقعت ان يكون هناك مطعم في الطابق العلوي على سطح المبنى يكون له اطلالة على المدينة ارجو ان يكون موجود في الزيارة القادمة

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in Istanbul verbracht. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Metro, sodass man ganz einfach mit dem Bus vom Flughafen dorthin fahren kann. Auch die Rückfahrt vom Stadtzentrum zum Flughafen ist sehr günstig. Das Hotel wurde neu renoviert und alles war sauber. Besser hätte es nicht sein können.
