Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The property is in a great location, right in the center of Seville.
-The room wasn’t very well soundproofed, so we could hear quite a lot of noise from the interior courtyard. -The bathroom was separated from the bedroom only by a frosted glass door, which didn’t provide much privacy or block noise and odors very well.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Amazing location and truly excellent, prompt, and friendly service. The room is small, but we knew that beforehand and it was not an issue for us. Unfortunately, there was a significant problem with the drainage system, as there was a very strong and unpleasant sewage smell, especially in the evenings. We reported it on the second day, and they tried to address it with an air freshener, but unfortunately the smell persisted. In the evenings, it was honestly unbearable. Apart from this issue, the location and the service were excellent.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Excellent location right in the center of Seville, within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. We booked the more spacious room and were happy with that choice, as it was more comfortable. Overall, the room was clean.
The air conditioning was the poor maintained. During the extremely hot days and nights in Seville, it did not properly cool the room; it only made the heat more tolerable. It was also leaking both inside and outside the room, and the wall around that area was visibly swollen from moisture. The room was on the second floor and required climbing many stairs in very hot and poorly ventilated conditions. We had not been informed about this in advance. Even though I am in good physical condition, it was difficult, and it could be especially exhausting for guests with mobility issues, heavy luggage, or small children. There was no refrigerator in the room. A shared kitchen with a fridge was available on another floor, but having a small fridge in the room would have been much more convenient. When we arrived, we were unable to enter the room. After contacting the host, I received a video explaining that the door tends to get stuck and showing how to open it. This information and the video could have been sent before our arrival to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. The property does not offer luggage storage, which would have been very useful on the day of check-out. The shower area did not have a door or partition, which meant there was very little privacy while using it.
