Reviewed Aug 23, 2026صراحة من اجمل الاماكن اللي سكنتها بالنمسا الاطلالة والتراس شيء من وحي الخيال مطل على ملتقى نهرين الاثاث نظيف ومودرن ومتعاونين وسريعين بالتجاوب والمكان هادي وآمن ولكن عدم وجود مصعد سبب لنا بعض التعب بالذات بالشناط وكبار السن مع انه موجود كرسي كهربائي لذوي الاجتياجات الخاصه ،، ولكن مامنع هذا الامر من الاستمتاع بالاجواء في المكان

القرية نفسها بدون فعاليات . ميزتها قربها من زيلامسي . الدرج صعب قليلا لكبار تلسن و لا يوجد مصعد

Die Betten waren für unsere Verhältnisse (Körpergröße über 2 m) etwas zu kurz.

Everything was spotless upon our arrival, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining a tidy space, which truly enhances the overall experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals during our stay, including some basic ingredients. This convenience allowed us to enjoy home-cooked meals, adding to our overall comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after busy days of skiing, snowboarding, and tobogganing. The apartment is located within a short distance of several ski slopes, perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. Additionally, there are ample parking facilities available, making it easy for us to explore the area by car. For those who prefer walking, shopping options are conveniently located within walking distance, ensuring that we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The host was exceptionally nice and accommodating. They provided us with valuable information about the area, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish apartment. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025سكنت بهالمكان وكان كل شي فيه فوق التوقعات! نظافة تشرح الصدر، ترتيب يفتح النفس، والإطلالة؟ شي خيالي ما ينوصف من كل صوب ججنه ولا فالأحلام على صوت النهرر ! كل الاحتياجات موجودة من أدوات المطبخ إلى الغسالة والنشافة والكواية، يعني تحس إنك ببيتك وأحسن بعد! والأحلى من كل شي إن المكان بعيد عن الزحمة وراعي السكن قمة فـ الاحترام والطيبة، كل ما يشوفنا يستقبلنا بـ وجه بشوش وكلام طيب. باختصار، السكن راقي ومريح ويناسب العوايل اكيد اني برجع له كل ماييت النمسا 🇦🇪 🇦🇹

Reviewed Mar 9, 2024Probably the best accommodation we ever stayed in, very modern, high-end, very spacious, it was brilliant. 3 bedrooms with double beds, huge living room area, very well equipped kitchen, it was really a penthouse in true meaning. Kaprun ski resort was around 15 min car drive, Kitzbuhel was about 30 minutes.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2024The apartment is spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Even 6 people can fit without disturbing the comfort of living. The property is richly equipped luxuriously, even a little more than usual for this type of property which is rented to tourists. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for permanent living and with quality appliances and a premium grade coffee maker. There is a walk-in closet, laundry room, master bedroom with bath, separate bathroom, separate toilet, 2nd bedroom with king bed and pull out sofa bed. The living room is spacious with clean design, nice smart TV large sofa and separate very comfortable armchair. The terrace is huge, the window frames are high quality, the windows overlooking the mountains also have external blinds with remote control. We were extremely happy with our choice - the place is very quiet, the town is peaceful, there is a great place to eat and a food shop nearby. The drive to areitXpress, Salzachtal Bundesstraße 22, 5700 Zell am See is 12-15 minutes and if that doesn't bother you the place is perfect for those wanting to practice winter sports in Schmitten and Kaprun
We didn't miss anything! The owners were very helpful without bothering us unnecessarily and we don't have any remarks. Hopefully next year we can be in the same place again :)
