We had a great time at Ninh Binh Legend. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The spa was good, breakfast buffet was good. We stayed only for two nights, should have booked one more night.

여름날에 스카이 라운지는 냉방이 잘되는 유리건물이면 어떨까 한다.

Very big room, close to the old town of Ninh Binh. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options. Staff is helpful and friendly. There are three swimming pools, including an indoor one.

The room size is good.

Breakfast was very average. All things that should have been warm were pre cooked and cold. No one understood english or tried to pretend that they don't know English. It was frustrating to ask even for a fresh warm omlette. Milk is not provided in the room to make tea and again no one understood simple request to send some milk to make our tea with our tea bags. The reception staff guided us to take a limousine drop to Hanoi airport...the driver didn't know English, dropped us midway urging us to get into a car with a couple and a baby. The car was over loaded with luggage and a seven seater was converted into a four seater which has 5 adults and a baby. The limousine driver picked and dropped passengers like a city bus. He even picked two men who had sharp tools like axe and cutters which were placed in the Isle of the van. It was a disturbing and scary experience. Any amount of good work done by the hotel is ruined by taxi guys...they bring a bad name to the city :(

Quiet location

Very nice hotel in Ninh Binh, highly recommended to stay in! Liked almost everything - good location, spacious rooms with nice bathrooms, decent breakfasts - loved their mango smoothie. Hotel stuff fulfilled all my special requests - great thanks them for that!

It would be 10 out of 10, but…. Their housekeeping stuff ruined that - they are extremely loud at early mornings. Imagine hearing how they loudly discuss their clutches at 7:30 in the corridor while you still trying to sleep. Asked me if they clean my room now at 8 am - t told them in a 5 min they can while Im having breakfast. Imagine my surprise when coming back to my room hour later I realised it is not cleaned and they came to me with the same question 15 min later I came from breakfast. Also some items during breakfast such as some fruits were run our and not replenished…

Amazing experience. I loved the swimming pool at the roof top!

Block B is not well sheltered and rain water comes in, and it becomes slippery. Travelling from reception to block B is quite challenging.

Gratis kunnen uitchecken om 13u in plaats van 12u. Veel moeite gedaan voor onze honeymoon.

Vervelende vliegen tijdens het buffet en dinner. Ontzettend veel lawaai van verbouwing gedurende de hele dag maar ook al voor 8u in de ochtend.

La chambre était immense ! La salle de bain au format japonais.

Chambre un peu vétuste mais qui semble dans le renouvellement.

Hotel avec beaucoup d’espace, les piscines notamment celui du rooftop

La chambre n’est pas au niveau d’un 5 étoile. Il y a un besoin de rafraîchissement sur le design et les équipements comme la télévision ou le téléphone se font vieux.

Het dorp ning bing stel niet heel veel voor dit hotel ligt niet in t centrum maar is wel echt top hotel voor alle excursies die je hier doet- wel vroeg alle barren dicht in hotel

Excellent service and cleanliness with modern furniture

We booked the hotel at the last minute. The reception staff was helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too soft. The breakfast was average. We were giving a discount of 30% on body massage which was great thank you.

Beds were very hard. The food was average and overpriced. The hotel was unusually quiet and very little guests.

Really loved this hotel. The photos don’t do it justice. We really loved the breakfast choices and the sky bar and roof top pool. Our room was really spacious and the staff were really attentive. I loved the bag of water and wipes as we checked out. Thoughtful touch make this hotel 5 star. Every member of staff was really friendly and welcoming especially the man at breakfast who felt like family.

Wish there was a full length mirror in the room but there are other mirrors. This was a minor.

Modern, beautiful hotel. Rooms were very spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and organising taxis for us. 3 pools to choose from including a rooftop infinity pool. Breakfast was amazing.

Nice hotel, pool, breakfast and big room. More a 4 then 5 star. Area directly around is not (yet) interesting, but it is under development. We were by car so no issue for us. Also some tourbusses stopped by here.

Without knowing, they went into our room to fix an AC. For me it is unheard of to have people access a room that you gave to a guest, without first asking/checking

We traveled to Ninh Binh only to see Trang An. This hotel is very close to Trang An. It only takes about 12 minutes to reach the location and about 5 minutes to the Hoa Lu old town. Located in the villa area so it's rather quiet.

Upon first impression, it's evident this hotel suffers from neglect, evident in the pervasive mold, damaged amenities, and overall lack of maintenance. Despite the gesture of a welcome cake, the incorrect room names on the welcome letters immediately set a tone of disorganization. On top, the bed and pillows are too hard and thick. Our dining experiences further compounded our disappointment. The all-day dining option showcased inattentive staff and a notable lack of care in service. The quality of the food, particularly the pizzas, left much to be desired. The odd texture of the pizza dough and the incorrect preparation of our order was frustrating. Breakfast, a hallmark of any reputable establishment, was another letdown. For a purported 5-star hotel, the absence of a coffee machine was surprising. The brewed coffee, left in a large container akin to tea, was not only cold but also excessively strong. The use of instant noodles in one of the dishes further underscored the lack of attention to detail and quality. Miscommunications persisted throughout our stay, exemplified by errors in food orders and careless service at the live station. Despite clear instructions, our requests were repeatedly mishandled, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Even the basic amenities, such as electricity, proved unreliable due to frequent power outages. The reliance on a generator during specific hours disrupted our comfort and added to the overall dissatisfaction. Given these numerous shortcomings, we had no choice but to cut our stay short and vow never to return to this establishment. The lack of care and attention to detail across all aspects of our experience left a lasting negative impression.

Spacious hotel rooms. Lots of facilities to enjoy…. Indoor swimming pool is a plus for cold weather. Staff are excellent. Spa and massage rooms are very nice. We enjoy our time staying there for 2 nights.

Needs a car to get to local food. But it’s all good since we stay there only for 2 nights. We ate at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is very close to Trang An and Tam Coc.

The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from any eateries (other than the restaurant at the hotel).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner inside the hotel is very delicious, particularly Pho is so yummy! The hotel decor is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable.

The infinity pool and sky bar was closed due to heavy rain. However the view is exceptional on the top level.

The accommodation is clean and complete.

Bathroom is a bit small, the shower is divided with glass and your clothes might get wet by the splashing water but manageable.

Outstanding service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ninh Binh Legend Hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from (Vietnamese/Asian, European) and dinner at the restaurant was very enjoyable. General Manager mr. Ha and his staff/colleagues (Mr. Hoan, amongst others) are great and give very good service. They'll help you in every possible way. It was very pleasant to see how nice the staff interacts with each other and that they enjoy their work.

The hotel is at a higher level than other accommodation facilities in this category in Vietnam. Large, well-equipped room, 2 swimming pools and at least part of the staff speaking English. Prices in restaurants and wellness are high for local conditions, but still affordable compared to prices in Europe. The hotel offers organized tours of all the surrounding attractions. If you want to discover this beautiful place individually, they will give you the necessary information.

Some socialist practices. Waking up by the cleaning lady before 6am. Inadequate property maintenance. Breakfast only until 9am and the restaurant only until 10pm. But probably the most ill-mannered visitors of bus tours from China.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were great and always willing to help. A few language barriers here and there but nothing that couldn't be managed with a bit of patience. The big bathtub in the room was a bliss after traveling in the mountains of Vietnam for 4 days. The staff helped us a lot with recommendations in regards of which activities to do and which ones to skip as we didn't have time to do all of them and they really met our needs. We decided to extend our stay by one night and we booked a different (a bit cheaper) room but the staff offered to upgrade us. .

The outdoor swimming pool could use a proper bar where they make cocktails as at the moment they only sell bottles down there. The only cocktail bar was at 10th floor and I had to go and get my drinks from there and bring them to the pool
