La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro. Muchos negocios cerca donde conseguís todo lo necesario. Altamente recomendable. Miguel muy amable en su atención.

Quiza porque estamos acostumbrados a tener gas natural cuesta adaptarse en Puerto Iguazu, pero para nada es algo que afecto nuestra estadia/viaje.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Muy cerca del centro y de la costanera. Cómodo para descansar. Estás a unos minutos de las cataratas. Miguel fue muy amable y atento.
Tiene cochera semi abierta. Elegí este departamento específicamente pensando en el auto. De los 3 días solo 1 pude dejarlo bajo techo. La primera estaban en obra y quedó en la calle y la última había otro auto bajo techo y, por más que lo entré, quedó a la intérprete

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026La predisposición y amabilidad de Sandra para recibirnos y estar atenta a lo q pudiéramos necesitar. En general es muy cómodo, espacioso (con excepción del baño) y muy buena limpieza.
Todo estuvo muy bien, solo como sugerencia, estaría bueno contar con un estante en la ducha y otro cerca del lavatorio para apoyar shampoo y artículos de higiene, además de un gancho para colgar la toalla.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Reservamos y automaticamente no escribieron para consultarnos la hora de ingreso. Les dijimos que llegabamos en 15 minutos y estaban esperandonos. Desde que llegamos la atencion fue excelente. El departamento esta equipado y es super comodo. Esta cerca del centro, hay negocios cerca que abren 24 horas y tienen absolutamente todo los que busques. Darle las gracias a Miguel por su hospitalidad es poco.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2025The property is excellent is many ways. It is very clean and the ambience inside this one-bedroom apartment makes for a comfortable stay. Location is a few meters from the nearest bus stop to Iguazo Falls. The owner, Miguel and his son, Arturo are very accommodating hosts. They also offered airport pick up for a fee. Our flight was delayed and arrived late at night. When they learned that we didn’t have dinner yet upon our arrival they gave us a ride to a restaurant. The restaurant was in a very good location, giving us a view of Friendship Bridge at night. It was an added service that they provided for free. Thanks, Miguel and Arturo.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024I stayed here over Christmas, and it was a wonderful experience. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they kindly allowed me to move in as soon as the room was cleaned. The host was very helpful, assisting me with a tour to Iguazu Falls and offering great advice for planning my trip. The room was spacious and clean! The location was also excellent—just a few minutes from the bus stop that takes you to the falls. There were small shops and restaurants nearby, and it was only a 20-minute walk to Tres Fronteras and 15 minutes to the bus terminal, where I could catch an international bus to Brazil. To sum up, it was great value for the price, and I felt very well taken care of! Highly recommended!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2023Miguel is a great host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment is perfect, clean and comfy, with a good bed and a well-equiped kitchen. The location is perfect, in a calm area 5min walking from the city center and near the bus stop for the catararas. We highly recommend to stay at Miguel's place and would come back if we are again in Puerto Iguazu !
