Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Great location close to Cuc Phuong park entrance (about 1.5km walk), and a couple of decent restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Chuc is very friendly and helpful (and proficient at Google translate) as there was space were able to get into our rooms at 8am after a 'sleeper' bus ride, so we could get a couple of hours extra sleep, and we could leave our stuff in our room after we checked out so we could go out for the day. The pool was much needed in a very hot April. Chuc also arranged for scooters to be brought to the hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms were comfortable - big bed, good a/c. Egg noodle breakfast was delicious. Overall a lovely relaxing spot in the countryside.
Only one thing really - a couple of sun loungers by the pool would make relaxing there easier. And maybe a fridge guests can use to keep a couple of beers cold. And finally - a bedside lamp - though most homestays in Vietnam seem to lack these.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2024Great location to visit the parc. Lovely house with great pool. Beautiful nature surroundings. And most of all the host is so nice. I was sick and she agreed to make me some white rice at 10 in the morning even though she really did have no obligation !! We loved this peaceful place

Reviewed Nov 6, 2024I totally recommend staying at this place. The complex is beautiful and the lady on charge is very friendly, helpful and looked after us. She prepared a good breakfast for us, offered advice and rented motorbikes. Also she made sure we could arrive safely to our next destination. The place is well located and has a really nice garden, beautiful plants and a fantastic pool. Also the area is surrounded by nature, close by motorbike to the Cuc Phuong national park and 15min to the Bears sanctuary. It's a quiet place and totally worth it.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2024The home stay is more like a guesthouse with beautiful grounds and gardens. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable as well as quiet. The lady who runs the guest house speaks some English but is able to make herself understood through a translation app which worked very well, she is very friendly and helpful. She rents out bicycles to get to the National park or it’s about a 2 km walk. Breakfast was good. It is a short walk to a local restaurant where the food was great. Just for information she did not accept Visa and there is no ATM in the village.
