Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Prekrásne miesto na pobyt. Veľmi blízko centra mesta, kde sa konalo historické podujatie Palio di San Donato. Apartmán veľký, dobre vybavený, čistý a záhrada upravená. Tento penzión navštevujeme často a vrátime sa znova.
Jediná vec, ktorá je problém pri každom našom pobyte sú matrace na posteli. Sú tak mäkké, že človek po pár minútach leží v hlbokej priehlbine.. Pamäťová pena je pre nás veľkou a bolestivou výzvou.. Niekto to má rád, ale my sa bohužiaľ vždy vytrápime. Aj napriek tomu sa vraciame, lebo všetko ostatné je top !

All'esterno c'e una zona esterna molto carina per fare colazione e per rilassarsi, dotata di tavolo con sedie+sdraietta. C'è un parcheggio privato con pochi posti, e dall'altro lato della strada si trova un parcheggio pubblico molto comodo. Orario di arrivo flessibile grazie al self check in.

Siamo arrivati in struttura con un cane di taglia media e la scala metallica x scendere nell appartamento ( il numero 3) non era da lui percorribile per il rischio di rimanere con le unghie incastrate….mio marito l ha dovuto prendere in braccio ogni volta… l’unica pecca della casa. Perciò nn darei l appartamento n. 3 a chi ha un cane medio/grande

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Wir waren schon einmal in dieser Unterkunft, wirklich sehr schön uns super gelegen. Daher hatten wir uns auch sehr gefreut, nochmal hier übernachten zu können, da doch sehr oft leider ausgebucht.
Da es ein Apartment ist, hatten wir unser Frühstück extra mitgenommen und wollten uns hier selbst versorgen. Leider war die Kapsel-Café-Maschine defekt, das ganze Wasser ist unten aus der Maschine ausgelaufen. Wir hatten erst mal eine halbe Überschwemmung in der Küche. Es gab nur ein kleines Küchenhandtuch, um das Wasser wieder irgendwie wegzuwischen. Wir haben dann sofort Kontakt aufgenommen, in der Hoffnung, dass man das Problem bis zum nächsten Tag lösen kann. Leider sehr ärgerlich - uns wurde erst mal unterstellt, dass wir die Maschine nicht richtig bedient haben, dann wurden uns andere Kapseln vor die Tür gestellt, mit demselben Ergebnis, Wasser unten aus der Maschine ausgelaufen. Fakt also, die Maschine war defekt, wir hatten Frühstück ohne Cafe. Da hätten wir uns (auch bei diesen Preisen!) eine andere Lösung gewünscht, oder irgendein Entgegenkommen. Wir werden dort nicht wieder übernachten.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Popsal bych to jako vkusné moderní praktické ubytování s nádechem historie. Hned u vjezdu do historického centra a zároveň s parkováním zdarma. Apartmán 3 měl krásnou vlastní terasu u vstupu. (některé apartmány měly ale terasy trochu bokem). Cestovali jsme 14 dní po Itálii a toto jasně nejlepší ubytování v dané cenové kategorii. Dal bych 11/10 👍
Matrace z paměťové pěny nám úplně nesedí, ale je to o tom na co je kdo zvyklý...

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Vše bylo voňavé, čisté a moc dobře se nám tam spalo - kvalitní matrace. Fungující klimatizace a moskytiéry v oknech jsme ocenili na velký plus. Celkově budova a zahrada jsou pěkné a pečováné. Blízko do centra města 😊 Určitě bychom přijeli zas! 💚🤍♥️
Není to velký minus, ale v koupelně moc nebylo místo kam věšet ručníky ani nebyl sušák na prádlo.

Perfect for 2 people. There is a small terrace with a table and chairs. Location is excellent: close to main roads and a 200m walk to the central square with loads of bars and restaurants. Supermarket (Spar) is also a 200m walk. Excellent service: there was no iron and they bought one on request.
Nothing really. Some hooks in the bathroom to dry towels.

Leider war das Bett/Matratze nicht so gut. Zu dünn bzw. weich, wir sind in einer Mulde gelegen. Ab der 2. Nacht haben wir auf der Matratze am Boden geschlafen, da war es besser. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Zuwenig Parkplätze für alle Appartements vorhanden. Öffentlicher Parkplatz gegenüber ist gut. Vielleicht könnte ein Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft nur für Be- und Entladen reserviert werden. Im wunderschönen Badezimmer haben mir lediglich eine Halterungen/Stangen für die Bade-/Handtücher gefehlt. Die vorhanden beiden kleinen Halterungen sind nicht zum Trocknen der Tücher geeignet.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Che dire, tutto era perfetto. Dalla riservazione, alle dettagliate informazioni ricevute prima dell'arrivo, fino al pratico "passaggio" delle chiavi dell'appartamento. Per non parlare del posteggio praticamente a ridosso dell'appartamento. L'appartamento era molto comodo, pulito, arredato con cura e disponeva di tutto quanto può servire per un breve soggiorno. Un bonus molto apprezzato era lo spazio esterno, con una zona assegnata ad ogni appartamento. Eccezionale la posizione, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Cividale. Esperienza sicuramente da rifare !
Non c'é praticamente nulla di negativo da dire. Se proprio si vuole trovare il "pelo nell'uovo", si potrebbe prevedere un forno (o fornetto), quantomeno nell'appartamento in cui eravamo noi. Niente di essenziale, comunque

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026La struttura era molto bella, spaziosa e in una posizione ottimale. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
Il tavolo della cucina era veramente piccolo e diventava difficilmente usarlo comodamente. Le luci erano un po' troppo soffuse, soprattutto nel bagno che risultava poco illuminato. La porta d'ingresso e la finestra della cucina mancavano di oscuranti, lasciando così passare tantissima luce durante la notte e la mattina presto.

Es war zu kalt ( Februar ) in der Unterkunft , sehr träge Fußbodenheizung. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Parkplatz, 3 Stellplätze für 6 Wohnungen ist zu wenig.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Quando io e mia moglie viaggiamo vogliamo anche poter riposare bene. Altrimenti un viaggio di piacere rischia di diventare stressante. Ecco...in questo caso, complice anche il maltempo, non vedevamo l'ora di rientrare nell'alloggio per quanto si stesse bene e comodi. L'intera struttura è stupenda, un vero tuffo nel passato. Scelta appositamente per le sue caratteristiche.
Abbiamo una bimba di un anno ed un'altra di tre anni e per accedere all'alloggio dovevamo scendere una scala in ferro ripida e resa pericolosa dalla pioggia. Rientravamo la sera sempre con le bimbe in braccio addormentate ed affrontare quella scala era preoccupante. Per quanto ci siamo trovati bene non voglio penalizzare la struttura ma scrivo questo come consiglio per i gestori (aggiungere foto o avviso in fase di prenotazione).
